【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界正處于一個(gè)大的發(fā)展、變革和調(diào)整時(shí)期,世界多極化、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化深入發(fā)展,世界格局時(shí)刻發(fā)生新的變化。創(chuàng)新正日益成為一個(gè)國家綜合競爭力的核心要素和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)力,而我國正面臨著創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)能不足的困境,它致使我國在教育、科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面與世界發(fā)達(dá)國家存在一定的差距。在這種大背景下,胡錦濤在清華百年校慶上提出要“積極推動(dòng)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,促進(jìn)高等教育與科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的有機(jī)結(jié)合”,教育部、財(cái)政部緊隨其后啟動(dòng)“2011計(jì)劃”,重在對(duì)高校進(jìn)行機(jī)制體制改革,以推動(dòng)高校內(nèi)部與外部創(chuàng)新力量之間創(chuàng)新要素的融合發(fā)展,建立協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式,加快我國的創(chuàng)新型國家建設(shè)。鑒于我國協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心的建設(shè)正處于初級(jí)階段,以及協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心在我國創(chuàng)新事業(yè)中所扮演的重要角色,對(duì)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心進(jìn)行探索研究,分析其生態(tài)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的影響因素很有必要。本文基于創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)理論、生態(tài)學(xué)理論和協(xié)同理論,首先,選取8家國家級(jí)首批協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心進(jìn)行多案例研究,運(yùn)用扎根理論對(duì)收集到數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行開放性編碼、主軸編碼和選擇性編碼,發(fā)掘出協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心生態(tài)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的影響因素,并通過了理論飽和度檢驗(yàn)。研究表明:創(chuàng)新生態(tài)環(huán)境、創(chuàng)新保障體系、創(chuàng)新生態(tài)組織、創(chuàng)新生態(tài)動(dòng)力和創(chuàng)新生態(tài)能力是影響協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心生態(tài)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的5大因素,并據(jù)此構(gòu)建出我國協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心生態(tài)機(jī)制影響因素理論模型;其次,在上述案例研究和文獻(xiàn)閱讀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了本文的研究假設(shè)并構(gòu)建了實(shí)證模型。通過發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷獲得所需的實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用SPSS20.0對(duì)問卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、相關(guān)分析、回歸分析對(duì)對(duì)本文提出的“影響因素——?jiǎng)?chuàng)新績效”之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,并對(duì)驗(yàn)證結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析討論。最后,結(jié)合案例研究與實(shí)證結(jié)果,針對(duì)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心生態(tài)機(jī)制5大影響因素提出提高創(chuàng)新績效的對(duì)策。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)可以概括為以下2個(gè)方面:(1)采用多案例研究方法,運(yùn)用扎根理論發(fā)掘出協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心生態(tài)機(jī)制影響因素,并據(jù)此構(gòu)建了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心生態(tài)機(jī)制影響因素理論模型。(2)基于案例研究和文獻(xiàn)閱讀,設(shè)計(jì)了實(shí)證研究模型,通過調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心生態(tài)機(jī)制影響因素與創(chuàng)新績效之間關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,得出影響因素與創(chuàng)新績效顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系以及關(guān)系強(qiáng)度,對(duì)提高協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心創(chuàng)新績效具有重要的意義。本文采用了規(guī)范的質(zhì)性案例研究方法和定量的實(shí)證研究,得出的關(guān)于我國協(xié)同創(chuàng)新生態(tài)機(jī)制影響因素方面的結(jié)論對(duì)我國目前處于起步階段的中心建設(shè)具有一定的參考價(jià)值。但由于缺乏跨時(shí)間的比較案例研究和調(diào)查樣本數(shù)量有限等原因,還需要更進(jìn)一步的研究。
[Abstract]:The world is in a big development, in the period of change and adjustment, the world is multi polarization, the economic globalization is developing deeply, the world pattern is changing all the time. The innovation is becoming the core element of the comprehensive competitiveness of a country and the main driving force of the social and economic development, and China is facing the dilemma of the lack of innovation capacity. In this context, Hu Jintao proposed to "actively promote synergistic innovation, promote higher education and science and technology, economy, culture," under this big background, the Ministry of education and the Ministry of Finance followed up the "2011 plan", and emphasized In order to promote the integration and development of innovation elements between the internal and external innovation forces in Colleges and universities, a cooperative innovation model is set up to accelerate the construction of the innovative country in our country. On the basis of innovation system theory, ecological theory and cooperative theory, first, we select the first batch of 8 national cooperative innovation centers to carry out multiple case studies, and use the grounded theory to encode the data. The influence factors of the ecological operation mechanism of the cooperative innovation center are discovered by axis coding and selective coding, and the theoretical saturation test is adopted. The research shows that the 5 factors that affect the ecological operation mechanism of the cooperative innovation center are the innovative ecological environment, the innovation guarantee system, the innovation ecological organization, the innovation ecological power and the innovative ecological ability. Secondly, on the basis of the above case study and literature reading, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis and constructs an empirical model. Through the issuance of questionnaires, the necessary empirical data are obtained, and SPSS20.0 is used to make descriptive statistical analysis on the questionnaire data. Analysis, regression analysis on the relationship between the "influence factors - innovation performance" proposed in this paper and the analysis and discussion of the results. Finally, combining the case study and the empirical results, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the innovation performance of the 5 influential factors of the cooperative innovation center ecological mechanism. The innovation points of this paper can be summarized. The following 2 aspects are as follows: (1) using the multi case study method, using the grounded theory to discover the factors affecting the ecological mechanism of cooperative innovation center, and then build a theoretical model of the influence factors of the ecological mechanism of cooperative innovation center. (2) based on case study and literature reading, an empirical research model is designed, and the collaborative innovation center is carried out through the survey data. The relationship between the influence factors of the ecological mechanism and the innovation performance is empirically studied, and the significant positive correlation and the intensity of the relationship between the influencing factors and the innovation performance are obtained, which are of great significance to the improvement of the innovation performance of the cooperative innovation center. The conclusion of the factors affecting the cooperative innovation ecological mechanism of China has a certain reference value to the construction of China's central construction at the beginning stage, but it needs further research because of the lack of cross time comparative case study and the limited number of samples.
