基于供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同的國(guó)際貨代A企業(yè)物流模式研究
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of China's automobile industry, the international automobile logistics market is also expanding. On the one hand, it is strongly promoted by the strategic decision of national economic cooperation. On the other hand, faced with the domestic large-scale automobile logistics enterprises and multinational automobile logistics business competition threat. Faced with opportunities and challenges, international freight forwarding enterprises need to transform from the traditional business model. Based on the theory and method of supply chain coordination, this paper studies the logistics service of whole vehicle and parts for Guangzhou Auto Toyota, based on the theory and method of constructing the logistics model of International Freight forwarding Company A, adopting the combination of theory and practice. The mode of cooperating with partners in the supply chain provides an effective way to improve the overall operation efficiency of the automobile logistics service supply chain of the international freight forwarding company A. First of all, on the basis of the theory of supply chain coordination, the paper defines the logistics service supply chain coordination of freight forwarding enterprises, and analyzes the current situation of international freight forwarding A enterprises. Based on the qualitative analysis of the influencing factors of automobile logistics service supply chain by the method of exploratory diagram, the logistics mode is determined, and the loyalty of partners to the degree of information sharing is the main influencing factor of supply chain synergy in A enterprise. Secondly, the basic theory of logistics alliance model is expounded, and it is proved that logistics alliance mode can realize cooperation benefit and resource integration among logistics alliance enterprises. From the logistics service ability coordination and the supply chain benefit coordination two aspects explains the construction principle; sets up the international freight forwarder A enterprise logistics alliance main body, and determines the main body coordination relations; according to the supply chain coordination mechanism, From the strategic point of view, the selection of logistics alliance partners, trust and risk protection mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism are determined. The cooperative operation mode of parts supply logistics business and whole vehicle logistics business provided by International Freight Agency A enterprise for Guangzhou Auto Toyota Logistics system is constructed. The specific implementation strategy of logistics alliance enterprise logistics resource coordination allocation mode is given, and the supply chain cooperative operation is ensured by combing the information coordination system of supply chain technically. Finally, take the international freight forwarder A enterprise as an example, carries on the investigation statistics and the example analysis. Combined with the logistics model of the international freight forwarding A enterprise, the economic index of the whole vehicle logistics business is compared, and the effect of logistics service supply chain coordination is analyzed. This paper analyzes the organization mode and operation flow of the whole vehicle logistics alliance liner price purchasing business, uses the Shapley value method, the simplified MCRS method and the minimum core method to calculate the alliance procurement cost allocation, and uses the Shapley value method. On the premise of considering the success rate of cooperation, the profit distribution is calculated, and the effect of logistics alliance mode is verified.
