【摘要】：自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等各方面都取得了飛速的發(fā)展。社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,對(duì)體育人才的需求也有了新的變化,即不僅需要學(xué)生掌握知識(shí)與技能,還要培養(yǎng)合作意識(shí)等非認(rèn)知能力的發(fā)展;但是,在體育課堂教學(xué)中,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)也存在著一些客觀的問(wèn)題,那就是學(xué)生以實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人目標(biāo)為主,同伴之間缺乏良好的合作與互動(dòng),不僅不利于學(xué)生掌握良好的知識(shí)與技能,也不利于學(xué)生合作意識(shí)等非認(rèn)知能力的提高;同時(shí),新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)改革使一些傳統(tǒng)的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目如田徑、體操等課程的課時(shí)量大大減少,學(xué)時(shí)少而學(xué)量大,體育教師普遍感到不適應(yīng)。為了解決這些問(wèn)題,特提出“合作學(xué)習(xí)法”,是將學(xué)生合理分為4-6人的學(xué)習(xí)小組,明確小組學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),通過(guò)教師的“授合作學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容、授合作學(xué)習(xí)要求”的教學(xué)步驟,學(xué)生之間的“及時(shí)觀察、及時(shí)反饋、及時(shí)改進(jìn)、交換練習(xí)”的合作形式,優(yōu)化評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和評(píng)價(jià)手段,促使每一個(gè)學(xué)生在知識(shí)、技能與非認(rèn)知方面都得到盡可能的發(fā)展。本文選取北京體育大學(xué)教學(xué)學(xué)院2015級(jí)本科生為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,并隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,將“合作學(xué)習(xí)法”應(yīng)用于鉛球教學(xué)中,進(jìn)行16學(xué)時(shí)的教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),并通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)法、錄像解析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。得出以下結(jié)論:1.在鉛球教學(xué)中應(yīng)用合作學(xué)習(xí)法,能有效改善學(xué)生推鉛球的出手速度,減少最后用力等技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié)所用的時(shí)間,加快學(xué)生對(duì)鉛球技能的掌握,可以提高學(xué)習(xí)效率。2.在鉛球教學(xué)中應(yīng)用合作學(xué)習(xí)法,能有效提高班級(jí)的整體技術(shù)水平,獲得較高的技評(píng)成績(jī),在整個(gè)班級(jí)中,有超過(guò)90%的技評(píng)成績(jī)主要集中在優(yōu)秀(90-100分)和良好(80-89分)兩個(gè)階段,而中等及以下人數(shù)的比例較小。3.在鉛球教學(xué)中應(yīng)用合作學(xué)習(xí)法,能有效能促進(jìn)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、合作意識(shí)等非認(rèn)知品質(zhì)的發(fā)展,順應(yīng)了社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)人才的需要。4.在鉛球教學(xué)中應(yīng)用合作學(xué)習(xí)法,能夠創(chuàng)造和諧、融洽與寬松的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,加快學(xué)生對(duì)掌握鉛球知識(shí)與技能的掌握,并形成良好的人際關(guān)系。能被大多數(shù)學(xué)生認(rèn)可,故認(rèn)為合作學(xué)習(xí)法在鉛球教學(xué)中能取得較好的教學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has made rapid development in economy, politics, culture and so on. With the progress of society, the demand for sports talents has also changed, that is, not only students need to master knowledge and skills, but also the development of non-cognitive ability, such as cultivating the consciousness of cooperation. However, in the physical education classroom teaching, There are also some objective problems in students' learning, that is, the students focus on achieving their personal goals and lack of good cooperation and interaction among their peers, which is not conducive to the students' mastery of good knowledge and skills. At the same time, the reform of new curriculum standards has greatly reduced the number of class hours in some traditional sports such as track and field, gymnastics and so on. Physical education teachers generally feel unfit. In order to solve these problems, we put forward the "cooperative learning method", which is the teaching step of dividing the students into 4-6 students' study groups, defining the group learning goals, and teaching the teachers'"teaching cooperative learning content, teaching cooperative learning requirements". The cooperative form of "timely observation, timely feedback, timely improvement and exchange of exercises" between students, optimizes evaluation criteria and means, and promotes every student to develop as much as possible in knowledge, skills and non-cognition. In this paper, 2015 undergraduate students of Beijing physical Education University were selected as experimental objects, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The "cooperative learning method" was applied to shot put teaching, and 16 hours of teaching experiment was carried out, and the method of literature was used. The results are analyzed by expert interview, questionnaire, teaching experiment, video analysis, mathematical statistics and so on. Draw the following conclusion: 1. The application of cooperative learning method in shot teaching can effectively improve the shooting speed of students, reduce the time used in technical links such as final exertion, speed up the students' mastery of shot put skills, and improve the learning efficiency. The application of cooperative learning method in shot put teaching can effectively improve the overall technical level of the class and obtain higher technical evaluation results. In the whole class, more than 90% of the technical evaluation results are mainly concentrated in two stages: excellent (90-100) and good (80-89). The proportion of the average and below is smaller. The application of cooperative learning method in shot put teaching can effectively promote the development of students' learning motivation, cooperative consciousness and other non-cognitive qualities, which conforms to the need of social development for talents. The application of cooperative learning method in shot teaching can create harmonious, harmonious and relaxed learning atmosphere, accelerate students' mastery of shot put knowledge and skills, and form good interpersonal relationship. It can be recognized by most students, so it is considered that cooperative learning method can achieve better teaching effect in shot put teaching.
