橋區(qū)安全通航保障技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng),帶動(dòng)了我國(guó)跨河橋梁的建造,給周邊經(jīng)濟(jì)與發(fā)展帶來(lái)積極影響?绾訕蛄阂哺淖兞藰騾^(qū)的通航環(huán)境,船舶通過(guò)橋區(qū)需要面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。船舶的數(shù)目增加迅速,橋區(qū)管理難度加大。橋區(qū)事故頻繁發(fā)生,造成了嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和人員傷亡。為了保障船舶的安全通航,通過(guò)對(duì)橋區(qū)的交通事故統(tǒng)計(jì)以及結(jié)合案例分析,得到了影響船舶通航的主要影響因素,并提出了對(duì)策:針對(duì)船舶和人為因素方面,通過(guò)分析目前船員素質(zhì)、船舶安全管理等存在的不足,提出加大船舶安全檢查的力度、提升船員業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì),提高船舶的適航性。針對(duì)環(huán)境因素方面,從影響航道寬度的動(dòng)態(tài)因素進(jìn)行考慮,制定橋區(qū)航道優(yōu)化布置設(shè)計(jì)方案。橋區(qū)航道寬度設(shè)計(jì)考慮船舶風(fēng)致漂移量和流致漂移量的影響,同時(shí)橋區(qū)的浮標(biāo)及航道應(yīng)布置在橋墩紊流漩渦區(qū)之外。針對(duì)橋區(qū)安全管理方面,提出應(yīng)加強(qiáng)VTS監(jiān)管,合理設(shè)置橋區(qū)航標(biāo)、助航標(biāo)志及警戒區(qū)。本文的研究對(duì)于保障橋區(qū)安全措施方面還有不足,后續(xù)還可圍繞航道、監(jiān)督管理等進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:The growth of national economy has led to the construction of bridge beams across rivers in China, which has brought positive influence to the surrounding economy and development. The bridge beam also changes the navigation environment of the bridge area. The number of ships increases rapidly, and the management of the bridge area becomes more difficult. Bridge area accidents occur frequently, resulting in serious economic losses and casualties. In order to ensure the safety and navigation of ships, through the traffic accident statistics in the bridge area and the analysis of cases, the main influencing factors of ship navigation are obtained, and the countermeasures are put forward: aiming at the ship and human factors, Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the present crew quality and ship safety management, it is proposed to increase the strength of ship safety inspection, to improve the crew professional quality and to improve the seaworthiness of the ship. In view of the environmental factors, considering the dynamic factors affecting the channel width, the optimal layout design scheme of the waterway in the bridge area is formulated. The influence of wind-induced drift and flow-induced drift is considered in the design of waterway width in bridge area, and the buoy and channel should be arranged outside the turbulent vortex zone of bridge pier. In view of the safety management of bridge area, it is suggested that the supervision of VTS should be strengthened and the navigation mark, navigation aid mark and warning area of bridge area should be set up reasonably. The research in this paper is insufficient for the safety measures of the bridge area, and can be further studied around the waterway, supervision and management.
