【摘要】：我國(guó)于2007年7月1日第一次頒布了關(guān)于合作社的法律----《中華人民共和國(guó)農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社法》,自從該法頒布以來(lái),各類農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社如雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn)出來(lái)。合作社發(fā)展如此迅速,原因是它可以將農(nóng)戶與市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行緊密的聯(lián)系,提高農(nóng)民的組織化程度。隨著農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,九臺(tái)區(qū)抓住歷史機(jī)遇,大力發(fā)展農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社,使農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社得到了快速發(fā)展。但是隨著合作社的不斷發(fā)展,也暴露出農(nóng)民參加合作社意愿不積極等問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重影響了合作社的健康發(fā)展。本文就是基于以上問(wèn)題的考慮,研究長(zhǎng)春市九臺(tái)區(qū)農(nóng)戶參與農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社意愿的影響因素,目的是為該地區(qū)合作社的發(fā)展提出可行的建議,以此來(lái)提高農(nóng)民的組織化程度和農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)化、現(xiàn)代化水平。本文通過(guò)對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市九臺(tái)區(qū)農(nóng)戶的實(shí)地問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,回收有效問(wèn)卷190份,分析影響長(zhǎng)春市九臺(tái)區(qū)農(nóng)戶加入農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社意愿的影響因素。運(yùn)用SPSS16.0統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件,采用Logistic模型分析影響該地區(qū)參與農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的影響因素。本文分為五章,具體內(nèi)容如下:第一章緒論,主要闡述了選題背景及意義、研究目標(biāo)與內(nèi)容、研究方法、技術(shù)路線、論文的難點(diǎn)與可能的創(chuàng)新和不足,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)有關(guān)農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行闡述。第二章分析了長(zhǎng)春市九臺(tái)區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)域概況以及該區(qū)農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的歷程,并對(duì)農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明,主要有農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社體制機(jī)制不健全,缺乏規(guī)范化的管理、缺乏專業(yè)技術(shù)人員,技術(shù)水平普遍偏低、合作社缺乏發(fā)展資金,發(fā)展動(dòng)力不足和合作社成立的目的不明確。第三章主要是通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的整理分析,對(duì)九臺(tái)區(qū)農(nóng)戶參與農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的影響因素進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。第四章是根據(jù)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件構(gòu)建模型,分析九臺(tái)區(qū)農(nóng)戶加入農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社意愿影響因素的方向和影響的程度大小。得出年齡、是否是村干部、務(wù)農(nóng)人口數(shù)、價(jià)格波動(dòng)情況、對(duì)合作社的了解程度、政府宣傳、農(nóng)技部門(mén)服務(wù)、資金問(wèn)題對(duì)農(nóng)戶參與農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社有顯著影響。其中,年齡、是否是村干部、價(jià)格波動(dòng)情況、對(duì)合作社的了解程度、政府宣傳、資金問(wèn)題與參與農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社意愿呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;務(wù)農(nóng)人口數(shù)、農(nóng)技部門(mén)的服務(wù)與參與農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社意愿呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。第五章是結(jié)論與政策建議。根據(jù)九臺(tái)區(qū)農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社存在的問(wèn)題和影響農(nóng)戶加入農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的因素,給出相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:China promulgated the law on cooperatives for the first time on July 1, 2007-the Law of the people's Republic of China on Farmers' specialized Cooperatives. Since the promulgation of this Law, all kinds of specialized Cooperatives of Farmers have sprung up. Cooperatives are developing so quickly because they can closely link farmers with the market and improve their organization. With the rapid development of agriculture and rural economy, Jiutai District grasps the historical opportunity and vigorously develops the farmers' specialized cooperatives, which makes the farmers' specialized cooperatives develop rapidly. However, with the continuous development of cooperatives, it also reveals that farmers' willingness to participate in cooperatives is not active and these problems seriously affect the healthy development of cooperatives. Based on the above considerations, this paper studies the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to participate in farmers' professional cooperatives in Jiutai District, Changchun City, in order to put forward feasible suggestions for the development of cooperatives in this area. In order to improve the degree of organization of farmers and agricultural specialization, modernization level. Based on the field survey of farmers in Jiutai District of Changchun City, 190 valid questionnaires were collected, and the factors influencing the farmers' willingness to join the farmers' specialized cooperatives were analyzed. Using SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis software, Logistic model was used to analyze the influencing factors of farmers' professional cooperative participation in this area. This paper is divided into five chapters, the specific content is as follows: the first chapter introduction, mainly elaborated the selected topic background and the significance, the research goal and the content, the research method, the technical route, the paper difficult point and the possible innovation and the insufficiency, And related domestic farmer specialized cooperative development literature carries on the elaboration. The second chapter analyzes the general situation of the agricultural area in Jiutai District of Changchun City and the course of the development of the farmers' specialized cooperatives in this area, and explains in detail the problems existing in the farmers' specialized cooperatives, which mainly include the imperfect system and mechanism of the farmers' specialized cooperatives. Lack of standardized management, lack of professional and technical personnel, the technical level is generally low, cooperatives lack of development funds, lack of motivation for development and the purpose of co-operative establishment is unclear. The third chapter is to analyze the influencing factors of farmers' participation in farmers' professional cooperatives in Jiutai district through the analysis of questionnaire. The fourth chapter is based on the survey data, using SPSS statistical analysis software to build a model to analyze the direction and extent of influence factors of farmers' willingness to join farmers' professional cooperatives in Jiutai district. It is concluded that age, village cadres, population, price fluctuation, the level of understanding of cooperatives, government propaganda, agricultural technical services and funds have a significant impact on farmers' participation in farmers' specialized cooperatives. Among them, age, whether village cadres, price fluctuation, the level of understanding of cooperatives, government propaganda, capital issues and the willingness to participate in farmers' professional cooperatives are positively correlated; the number of people working in agriculture, The service of agricultural technology department is negatively related to the willingness to participate in farmers' professional cooperative. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and policy suggestion. According to the existing problems of farmers' professional cooperatives in Jiutai District and the factors affecting farmers' joining the farmers' specialized cooperatives, the corresponding policy suggestions are given.
