【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟社會和城市化的快速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高,各類建筑的用水情況發(fā)生了較大變化,現(xiàn)有的《建筑給排水設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB50015—2003)中關(guān)于建筑用水定額的規(guī)定與現(xiàn)有用水狀況、建筑類別等有所不符,與設(shè)計需求相比有所滯后。為此,亟需對各類建筑用水狀況進行實地調(diào)研和分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上研究提出適宜的建筑用水定額。本論文國家水污染控制與治理科技重大專項(2014ZX07406002)是“建筑水系統(tǒng)微循環(huán)重構(gòu)技術(shù)研究與示范”的一部分。收集了重慶、合川和銅梁的學生宿舍、賓館、飯店、學校、醫(yī)院、養(yǎng)老院等共11種類別的建筑近3年的月用水統(tǒng)計資料及部分水平衡測試結(jié)果,同時收集了建筑物基本情況數(shù)據(jù)及用水人數(shù)等資料。本課題也對現(xiàn)有用水定額的管理情況進行了調(diào)查匯總,并收集了我國其他城市的用水管理規(guī)范等資料。對收集數(shù)據(jù)進行數(shù)理統(tǒng)計分析,得出的成果如下:對各類建筑的用水規(guī)律及用水結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析,并通過相關(guān)性分析對各類建筑用水影響因素進行了計算分析,找出影響用水量的決定性因素。利用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計中的系統(tǒng)聚類方法,在建筑用水影響因素分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對不同用水規(guī)模的建筑進行系統(tǒng)聚類分析,對建筑物規(guī)模進行重新分類。通過統(tǒng)計分析法中的二次平均法與概率測算法分別計算各類建筑用水定額。在此基礎(chǔ)上綜合分析現(xiàn)狀用水情況,參考其他省市的用水定額標準,確定最終的用水定額值。通過與現(xiàn)有定額進行比較分析并計算用水定額先進性水平對制定的用水定額進行評價,以保證用水定額的科學性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our country's economy, society and urbanization and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the water use situation of all kinds of buildings has changed greatly. In the present Code for Design of Building Water supply and drainage (GB50015-2003), the provisions on the quota of building water use are not in accordance with the existing water use situation, building types and so on, and lag behind the design demand. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out field investigation and analysis on various kinds of construction water use, and on this basis, to put forward the appropriate construction water quota. This paper is a part of "Research and demonstration of microcirculation Reconstruction Technology of Building Water system" (2014ZX07406002). The monthly water use statistics and some water balance test results of 11 kinds of buildings in Chongqing, Hechuan and Tongliang were collected in the past three years, such as student dormitory, hotel, school, hospital, nursing home, etc. At the same time, the basic data of the building and the number of water used are collected. This paper also makes a survey on the management of the existing water quota, and collects the data of the water management standard of other cities in our country. The results obtained are as follows: the law and structure of water use in various buildings are analyzed, and the influencing factors of water use for various buildings are calculated and analyzed through correlation analysis. Identify the determinants of water use. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of building water use, the systematic cluster analysis of buildings with different water use scales is carried out by using the systematic clustering method in mathematical statistics, and the scale of buildings is reclassified. By means of the quadratic average method and the probability calculation method in the statistical analysis method, the construction water quota is calculated respectively. On this basis, the current situation of water use is comprehensively analyzed, and the final water quota value is determined by referring to the water quota standards of other provinces and cities. Through comparing and analyzing with the existing quota and calculating the advanced level of the water quota, the water quota is evaluated to ensure the scientific nature of the water use quota.
