肥城農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)村金融,指的是一切與農(nóng)村流通和信用活動(dòng)有關(guān)的各種經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)。現(xiàn)在,隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛快增長,農(nóng)村居民的可支配收入也在不斷增加,農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu)的個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)受到越來越多農(nóng)村居民的青睞,這也就對農(nóng)村金融的個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的種類和質(zhì)量提出更高的要求。另外,隨著農(nóng)村市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和成熟,農(nóng)村地區(qū)的金融競爭日益加劇,單純的存貸款業(yè)務(wù)已不能滿足當(dāng)今農(nóng)村的金融現(xiàn)狀。如今,越來越多的銀行不斷通過創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品、優(yōu)化服務(wù)來占據(jù)和開拓新的農(nóng)村市場和客戶源,從而提高自身的競爭優(yōu)勢。對于肥城市這樣的三線城市來說,這種情況更加突出,農(nóng)村個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展還有很多不足?傊,無論是從滿足當(dāng)前農(nóng)村市場需求、適應(yīng)當(dāng)前農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的角度考慮,還是就肥城農(nóng)商銀行自身理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展水平而言,肥城農(nóng)商銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)都處于較為初級的發(fā)展階段,亟待得到進(jìn)一步的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展。鑒于此,本文選取了肥城農(nóng)商銀行發(fā)展中的個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品作為研究起點(diǎn),利用SWOT分析方法和理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的論證方法,通過分析肥城農(nóng)商銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)在農(nóng)村市場的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),洞察農(nóng)村市場競爭的動(dòng)態(tài),了解對手的動(dòng)向,剖析出自身面臨的問題:經(jīng)營政策層面的限制,分業(yè)經(jīng)營和監(jiān)管模式限制;理財(cái)產(chǎn)品體系不健全;金融市場發(fā)展水平滯后和理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新體系不完善,功能不健全。探究出解決問題的根本措施在于:積極做好從分業(yè)經(jīng)營向混業(yè)經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)變的準(zhǔn)備;打造卓越品牌形象,提供差異性,個(gè)性化的特色服務(wù),提高客戶忠誠度;培養(yǎng)專業(yè)理財(cái)人才隊(duì)伍;樹立良好的經(jīng)營理念,奠定創(chuàng)新的思想基礎(chǔ);個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置銜接較差;對農(nóng)村客戶市場進(jìn)行有效細(xì)分和合理定位,建立健全個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系。本文抓住肥城農(nóng)商銀行當(dāng)前個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的最新動(dòng)態(tài),實(shí)地查詢和統(tǒng)計(jì),掌握最新進(jìn)展數(shù)據(jù),突出實(shí)效性,并剖析實(shí)際現(xiàn)象,利用SWOT分析方法分析肥城農(nóng)商銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)在肥城地區(qū)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,本文提出了相應(yīng)的措施和建議,為推動(dòng)肥城農(nóng)商銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展起到一定的促進(jìn)和推動(dòng)作用。本文共分為六個(gè)章節(jié),第一章是引言。本章主要介紹本課題的背景和選題依據(jù)、課題研究的理論意義等。第二章介紹了相關(guān)概念界定及理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章分析了肥城農(nóng)商銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的需求和作用。第四章分析肥城農(nóng)商銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。第五章主要是講肥城農(nóng)商銀行在個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)方面的SWOT分析。第六章總結(jié)并提出肥城農(nóng)商銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新的對策及建議
[Abstract]:Rural finance refers to all kinds of economic activities related to rural circulation and credit activities. Now, with the rapid growth of the national economy, the disposable income of rural residents is also increasing, and the personal finance business of rural financial institutions is favored by more and more rural residents. This also puts forward higher requirements for the types and quality of personal financial products in rural finance. In addition, with the development and maturity of the rural market economy, the financial competition in rural areas is increasingly intensified, and the simple deposit and loan business can no longer meet the current financial situation in rural areas. Nowadays, more and more banks continue to improve their competitive advantage by innovating products and optimizing services to occupy and develop new rural markets and customer sources. For third-tier cities such as Feicheng, this situation is more prominent, the development of rural personal finance business there are many deficiencies. In short, whether from the point of view of meeting the needs of the current rural market and adapting to the current rural economic environment, or in terms of the level of development of the Feicheng Agricultural and Commercial Bank's own financial management business, The personal finance business of Feicheng Agricultural and Commercial Bank is in the primary stage of development and needs to be further innovated and developed. In view of this, this paper selects the personal financial products in the development of Feicheng Agricultural and Commercial Bank as the starting point of the research, using SWOT analysis method and the demonstration method of combining theory with practice. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the personal finance business of Feicheng Agricultural and Commercial Bank in the rural market, we can have insight into the dynamics of the rural market competition, understand the trend of the rivals, and analyze the problems we are facing: the restriction of the management policy level. The system of financial products is not perfect, the development level of financial market is lagging behind, the innovation system of financial management is not perfect, and the function is not perfect. The basic measures to solve the problem are as follows: actively preparing for the transition from separate operation to mixed operation, creating outstanding brand image, providing differential and individualized characteristic service, improving customer loyalty; Cultivate professional financial management personnel team; establish a good business philosophy, lay a foundation for innovation; personal financial products and institutions are poorly connected; effective segmentation and rational positioning of rural customer market, Establish and improve the risk management system of personal finance business. This paper grasps the latest development trend of Feicheng Agricultural and Commercial Bank's personal finance business, inquires and statistics on the spot, grasps the latest progress data, highlights the actual effect, and analyzes the actual phenomenon. The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Feicheng Agricultural and Commercial Bank's personal finance business development in Feicheng area. According to the analysis results, this paper puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions, which will play a certain role in promoting the development of the personal finance business of Feicheng Agricultural and Commercial Bank. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction. This chapter mainly introduces the background and the basis of the topic, the theoretical significance of the research. The second chapter introduces the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis. The third chapter analyzes the needs and functions of Feicheng Rural Commercial Bank's personal finance business development. Chapter four analyzes the present situation of Feicheng Rural Commercial Bank's personal finance business. The fifth chapter is mainly about the SWOT analysis of Feicheng Agricultural and Commercial Bank in personal finance business.
