【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)建筑節(jié)能大力開(kāi)展，供熱體制的不斷完善，，對(duì)集中供熱熱計(jì)量的方法的研究與探討也日趨完善。本文以通斷時(shí)間面積法熱計(jì)量理論為依托，針對(duì)該計(jì)量裝置對(duì)分?jǐn)傆脩魺崃康暮侠硇浴?zhǔn)確性進(jìn)行了深入的分析和研究，最大限度的滿足了用戶“等舒適度，等熱費(fèi)”的用熱理念。 供熱系統(tǒng)管網(wǎng)的水力平衡直接決定著通斷時(shí)間面積法熱計(jì)量的準(zhǔn)確性，本文結(jié)合通斷式供熱系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)分析了系統(tǒng)在正常水力工況運(yùn)行時(shí)熱用戶流量變化對(duì)其它用戶的影響，并通過(guò)LabVIEW仿真計(jì)算得出了用戶在用戶流量改變化其它用戶流量的波動(dòng)情況。 用戶流量的變化對(duì)熱用戶分?jǐn)偀崃繋?lái)一定的影響，目前應(yīng)用的通斷時(shí)間計(jì)量方法沒(méi)有考慮用戶流量變化對(duì)分?jǐn)偀崃康挠绊懀瑸榱搜芯窟@種影響情況，分析了以鋁制散熱器作為散熱末端時(shí)，流量的增減對(duì)散熱量影響的大小。通過(guò)對(duì)散熱器的不同供回水溫度，不同室溫的工況下測(cè)試以及散熱器散熱特性理論推導(dǎo)，提出對(duì)現(xiàn)有通斷時(shí)間面積法熱計(jì)量分?jǐn)偡椒ǖ男拚�，從而使基于通斷式熱�?jì)量的熱量分?jǐn)偢_，熱計(jì)量收費(fèi)更公平。
[Abstract]:With the development of building energy conservation and the continuous improvement of heating system, the research and discussion on the method of heat metering for central heating is becoming more and more perfect. In this paper, based on the theory of on-off time area method heat measurement, the rationality and accuracy of the measuring device to distribute the heat to the users are analyzed and studied in depth, which can satisfy the comfort of the users to the maximum extent. The idea of "equal heat cost". The hydraulic balance of the heating system pipe network directly determines the accuracy of the on-off time area method. This paper analyzes the influence of the heat user flow change on the other users when the system is running under the normal hydraulic condition combined with the characteristics of the on-off heating system. Through LabVIEW simulation, the fluctuation of other users' traffic is obtained when the user traffic changes. The change of user flow has a certain impact on the heat allocation of hot users. The current method of on-off time measurement does not take into account the effect of the change of user flow on the heat distribution. In order to study the effect of this kind of influence, The effect of flow rate on heat dissipation is analyzed when aluminum radiator is used as the end of heat dissipation. By testing the radiator at different temperature and at different room temperature, and deducing the radiator heat dissipation characteristic theory, this paper puts forward the modification of the existing method of heat metering and allocation of the on-off time area method. Thus, the heat allocation based on on-off heat metering is more accurate and the charge of heat metering is more fair.
