【摘要】：文章運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法,研究了武漢市民休閑生活及個(gè)體健康及兩者之間的聯(lián)系,調(diào)查結(jié)果表明:一、武漢市民的休閑生活方式的結(jié)構(gòu)上以"被動(dòng)型"休閑生活為主,"主動(dòng)型"休閑生活為輔;二、武漢市民對(duì)于當(dāng)前的休閑生活及個(gè)人生活質(zhì)量滿意程度一般,絕大多數(shù)處于中游水平,"主動(dòng)型"休閑生活能提高市民的休閑與健康滿意度;三、休閑制約與健康之間存在聯(lián)系,環(huán)境制約(休閑活動(dòng)的伙伴、技能,休閑場(chǎng)所服務(wù)質(zhì)量,足夠的精力等)與個(gè)體身體狀況呈正相關(guān);經(jīng)濟(jì)制約(經(jīng)濟(jì)能量,收入,安定的工作等)及信息與交通制約(開(kāi)車經(jīng)驗(yàn),交通工具,有關(guān)休閑的信息等)與市民的生活滿意度及生活保障條件呈正相關(guān);自我制約(能量,休閑的概念,意識(shí)等)與身體狀況、生活滿意度、生活保障條件上述3個(gè)健康變量都呈正相關(guān)。四、年齡、婚姻狀況、受教育程度、家庭收入等與休閑生活、健康狀況均呈正相關(guān)性。依據(jù)研究結(jié)果,本文有針對(duì)性地提出以下建議:一,管理部門(mén)要保障武漢市民對(duì)兩種類型休閑生活的需求,保持休閑結(jié)構(gòu)上的動(dòng)態(tài)平衡,建立休閑保障體系,減少休閑的經(jīng)濟(jì)制約。二,要加大休閑專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)力度,加強(qiáng)休閑文化的傳播,培養(yǎng)廣大市民的休閑意識(shí),養(yǎng)成良好的休閑習(xí)慣。同時(shí)要落實(shí)關(guān)于社區(qū)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員的相關(guān)政策,提高市民的休閑技能水平,減少武漢市民休閑的自我制約,從而提升市民休閑生活滿意程度以促進(jìn)個(gè)人健康狀況。三,要加強(qiáng)休閑生活的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),特別是在休閑娛樂(lè)場(chǎng)所的服務(wù)上要加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管,提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量,合理制定休閑場(chǎng)所的費(fèi)用,科學(xué)安排時(shí)間。同時(shí)要改善市民區(qū)周邊環(huán)境,尤其是交通狀況,以減少休閑的環(huán)境制約與交通制約。四,要進(jìn)一步貫徹落實(shí)國(guó)家與休閑相關(guān)的政策與法規(guī),如全民健身計(jì)劃、帶薪休假制度等,為休閑工作的開(kāi)展創(chuàng)造有利條件。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper studies the leisure life, individual health and the relationship between them in Wuhan. The results show that: 1. The structure of the leisure life style of Wuhan residents is mainly "passive" leisure life, supplemented by "active" leisure life; second, Wuhan citizens are generally satisfied with the current leisure life and the quality of their personal life. Most of them are in the middle stream. "active" leisure life can improve the people's satisfaction with leisure and health. Thirdly, there is a link between leisure restriction and health, environmental constraints (partner in leisure activities, skills, quality of service in leisure places). Adequate energy, etc., is positively correlated with the health of the individual; economic constraints (economic energy, income, stable work, etc.) and information and transportation constraints (driving experience, transportation, etc.) The information about leisure is positively related to the life satisfaction and living security conditions of citizens, and self-restriction (energy, concept of leisure, consciousness, etc.) is associated with physical condition, life satisfaction, etc. The three health variables mentioned above were positively correlated with the living security conditions. Fourth, age, marital status, education, family income and leisure life, health status are positively correlated. Based on the results of the study, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first, the management department should ensure the needs of Wuhan citizens for the two types of leisure life, maintain the dynamic balance of leisure structure, and establish a leisure security system. Reduce the economic constraints of leisure. Second, we should strengthen the training of leisure professionals, strengthen the spread of leisure culture, cultivate the general public's leisure consciousness and cultivate good leisure habits. At the same time, it is necessary to carry out the relevant policies on community social sports instructors, improve the leisure skills of the citizens, reduce the leisure self-restriction of Wuhan citizens, and thus promote the satisfaction of the citizens' leisure life to promote their personal health. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the infrastructure construction of leisure life, especially in the service of leisure and entertainment places to strengthen supervision, improve service quality, rationally determine the cost of leisure places, and arrange the time scientifically. At the same time, it is necessary to improve the surrounding environment, especially the traffic conditions, in order to reduce the leisure environment and traffic constraints. Fourth, it is necessary to further implement the state policies and regulations related to leisure, such as the national fitness plan, the system of paid leave, and so on, so as to create favorable conditions for the development of leisure work.
