荔枝種植戶采用高接換種技術的影響因素

【摘要】:荔枝產(chǎn)業(yè)成熟期短,各產(chǎn)區(qū)鮮果上市期持續(xù)一個半月左右,導致中國荔枝產(chǎn)業(yè)供給結構矛盾突出,階段性的供過于求與供不應求并存,加之品種結構不合理,加劇荔枝供給結構問題,嚴重制約荔枝產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的提升,調節(jié)品種結構與均衡產(chǎn)期分布成為當務之急。推廣高接換種技術是解決荔枝產(chǎn)業(yè)品種結構問題的最佳途徑。相比于引種、選種與雜交育種等品種調控技術,高接換種技術具有節(jié)約資源、技術成本低等優(yōu)點,適合大范圍推廣應用。因此,實證研究高接換種技術經(jīng)濟效益與荔枝種植戶采用高接換種技術影響因素具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本研究以誘導性技術創(chuàng)新理論與農(nóng)戶行為理論為基礎,基于相關研究成果,采用典型案例分析法、問卷調查法、統(tǒng)計分析法、計量檢驗法對荔枝高接換種技術經(jīng)濟效益與技術采用影響因素進行實證研究,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)追蹤調查廣東茂名市信宜縣級市徐啟志果園與陽江市陽西縣華翔果場采用高接換種技術的經(jīng)濟效益,在正常生產(chǎn)年景和其他因素不變的條件下,兩個果園的平均單產(chǎn)、銷售收入、銷售價格均明顯提高,產(chǎn)值成本率下降,成本利潤率增長,整體生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營效率上升。(2)不同地區(qū)荔枝種植戶以及同一地區(qū)高接換種技術采用戶與未采用戶之間戶主特征、稀缺要素、市場需求、信息獲取差異均達到顯著水平,說明荔枝種植戶自身特征、稀缺要素、市場需求及信息獲取、地區(qū)差異對高接換種技術采用行為產(chǎn)生影響,其中荔枝生產(chǎn)年限、土地成本、銷售價格、技術實施成本對荔枝種植戶采用高接換種技術行為產(chǎn)生顯著正向影響。針對高接換種技術推廣過程中存在的問題,提出對策建議,包括建立完善荔枝市場價格信息平臺、推進新品種引進與推廣工作、設立技術采用補貼機制、積極開展技術培訓、合理調整產(chǎn)區(qū)品種結構、科學規(guī)劃產(chǎn)區(qū)熟期分布。
[Abstract]:The short maturity period of litchi industry and the period of fresh fruit market in various producing areas lasted for about one and a half months, which led to the prominent contradiction of supply structure of Chinese litchi industry, the coexistence of oversupply and shortage of supply, and the unreasonable variety structure. It is urgent to increase the supply structure of litchi, seriously restrict the competitiveness of litchi industry, and adjust the variety structure and balanced distribution of litchi production period. It is the best way to solve the variety structure problem of litchi industry by popularizing high-grafting technique. Compared with variety control techniques such as seed selection and hybrid breeding, high seed replacement technology has the advantages of saving resources and low technology cost, so it is suitable for wide application. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the economic benefits of high grafting technology and the influencing factors of litchi growers to adopt high grafting technology. Based on the theory of inductive technological innovation and the theory of farmers' behavior, this study adopts typical case analysis, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, based on the relevant research results. An empirical study was carried out on the economic benefit and the factors affecting the adoption of the technique of high-grafting litchi seed replacement by metrological test method. The study found that the economic benefits of using high seed replacement technology in Xuqizhi orchard of Xinyi County, Maoming City, Guangdong Province, and Huaxiang Fruit Farm in Yangjiang City, Yangjiang City, under the conditions of normal production year and other factors unchanged, The average unit yield, sales income, and sales price of the two orchards were significantly increased, the cost ratio of output value decreased, and the cost profit rate increased. The overall production and management efficiency of litchi growers in different areas and the same area of high seed replacement technology between the household and non-mining users of the household characteristics, scarce elements, market demand, information acquisition differences reached a significant level. The characteristics of litchi growers, scarcity factors, market demand and access to information, regional differences have an impact on the adoption of high seed replacement technology, including litchi production years, land cost, sales price, etc. The cost of technology implementation had a significant positive effect on the behavior of litchi growers adopting high grafting technique. In view of the problems existing in the process of popularization of high seed replacement technology, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, including establishing and perfecting the price information platform of litchi market, promoting the introduction and popularization of new varieties, setting up a subsidy mechanism for technology adoption, and actively developing technical training. Reasonable adjustment of the variety structure of production areas, scientific planning of maturity distribution in production areas.
