【摘要】：2015年國務(wù)院發(fā)布《關(guān)于加快體育產(chǎn)業(yè)促進(jìn)體育消費(fèi)的若干意見》指出,國家體育總局將簡政放權(quán),積極推進(jìn)體育賽事產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,取消商業(yè)性和群眾性體育賽事活動(dòng)審批,加強(qiáng)政府引導(dǎo),鼓勵(lì)民間團(tuán)體舉辦體育賽事,在很大程度上提高了城市承辦體育賽事的熱情,為城市積極承辦體育賽事提供了政策支持。體育賽事的舉辦成為促進(jìn)城市發(fā)展的綠色發(fā)展動(dòng)力,舉辦體育賽事不僅提高了承辦體育賽事城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)因素方面的發(fā)展,而且促進(jìn)了承辦體育賽事城市非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素方面的發(fā)展,提高了城市的競爭力。本文立足于我國的基本國情,基于城市國際化的需求,根據(jù)體育管理、體育經(jīng)濟(jì)、體育市場營銷、體育產(chǎn)業(yè)等學(xué)科的相關(guān)原理,以基于體育賽事視域下的城市競爭力的發(fā)展策略為研究對(duì)象,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查訪談法、定量、定性分析法、模型方法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法對(duì)體育賽事和城市競爭力的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,研究結(jié)果如下:體育賽事對(duì)城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)因素和非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素均有正相關(guān)的影響,城市承辦體育賽事能夠顯著提高本城市的競爭力。體育賽事對(duì)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)因素的影響表現(xiàn)在提高城市經(jīng)濟(jì)活性、增加人民的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、加快城市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展、優(yōu)化城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。體育賽事對(duì)城市非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素的影響表現(xiàn)在體育賽事能夠促進(jìn)城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的完善、提高居民素質(zhì)、提升居民心理收入、推動(dòng)城市體育發(fā)展、提高城市知名度、提高城市文化軟實(shí)力。城市舉辦體育賽事過程中存在的問題是增加了舉辦城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)、夸大體育賽事對(duì)承辦城市的影響、參加賽事組織工作人力過多、賽后體育場館利用率低、缺乏體育賽事管理人才、賽事品牌營銷策略落后。體育賽事促進(jìn)城市競爭力的策略是體育賽事與城市發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相符合、打造城市體育賽事品牌、建設(shè)可持續(xù)利用的體育場館賽事資源、加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估管理、加強(qiáng)城市之間的交流。
[Abstract]:In 2015, the State Council issued several opinions on speeding up the sports industry to promote sports consumption. It pointed out that the State Administration of Sports will simplify the administration of power, actively promote the rapid development of the sports industry, and cancel the examination and approval of commercial and mass sports events. Strengthening the guidance of the government and encouraging non-governmental organizations to hold sports events, to a large extent, has raised the enthusiasm of the city to host sports events, and provided policy support for cities to actively host sports events. The holding of sports events has become the green motive force to promote the development of the city. The holding of sports events not only improves the development of the economic factors of the city hosting sports events, but also promotes the development of the non-economic factors of the cities hosting sports events. Improved the competitiveness of the city. This article is based on the basic national conditions of our country, based on the demand of city internationalization, according to the relevant principles of sports management, sports economy, sports marketing, sports industry and so on. This paper takes the development strategy of city competitiveness based on sports events as the research object, synthetically uses the literature method, the investigation interview method, the quantitative analysis method, the qualitative analysis method, the model method. Mathematical statistics and other research methods are used to study the relationship between sports events and city competitiveness. The results are as follows: sports events have a positive correlation with the economic and non-economic factors of the city. City hosting sports events can significantly improve the competitiveness of the city. The influence of sports events on urban economic factors lies in improving the economic activity of the city, increasing the employment opportunities of the people, speeding up the development of urban tourism, and optimizing the urban industrial structure. The influence of sports events on urban non-economic factors is that sports events can promote the improvement of urban infrastructure, improve the quality of residents, enhance the psychological income of residents, promote the development of urban sports, and enhance the popularity of cities. Improve the soft power of urban culture. The problems existing in the process of holding sports events in cities are to increase the economic burden of the host cities, to exaggerate the influence of sports events on the host cities, to participate in the organization of sports events with too much manpower, and to reduce the utilization rate of sports venues after the games. Lack of sports event management personnel, the event brand marketing strategy behind. The strategy to promote the city competitiveness of sports events is to match sports events with urban development strategies, to build the brand of urban sports events, to build sustainable utilization of stadiums and gymnasiums, to strengthen the risk assessment management, and to strengthen the communication between cities.
