【摘要】：包頭白云供電分局擔負著包頭市屬白云礦區(qū)的供電任務,用電人口在2.6萬左右,供電面積達到了138平方千米。隨著用電數量的增大,傳統(tǒng)的人工抄表已經不能滿足白云分局的工作,白云分局對抄表系統(tǒng)進行了計量改造,采用了變臺遠抄系統(tǒng)計量裝置,貫徹了“狠抓管理、堵塞漏洞、消除隱患”十二字方針,提升了白云分局營銷管理水平,降低了電力的相關損耗,增加了分局的經濟效益。包頭白云供電局應用遠程抄表系統(tǒng),前期安裝改造5條配電線路、43臺公變臺區(qū),79戶用戶箱變、配電室、變壓器,10戶高供高計戶,提高了電力系統(tǒng)的計量工作水平。遠程抄表系統(tǒng)具有遠程自動抄表、信息通訊可靠、快捷、周期性讀數等特點,可以遠程監(jiān)控電力計量裝置,實現(xiàn)電力信息的遠程自動傳輸,實施可靠地進行電表數據遠程超收。本文對質量控制理論在包頭白云分局計量改造項目中的應用進行了研究,分析了白云分局遠抄系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀、遠抄系統(tǒng)計量改造項目、計量改造項目的責任分工、遠抄系統(tǒng)計量改造質量控制的內容和質量控制對遠抄系統(tǒng)計量改造的影響。白云分局應當重視計量改造項目的質量控制,包括質量控制的職責分工與項目施工、資金管理、工程計劃、施工安全、項目驗收的質量控制,提出了質量控制的改進措施,可以提高計量改造項目的質量控制水平,保證計量改造項目的順利實施。
[Abstract]:Baotou Baiyun Power supply Bureau is responsible for Baotou Baiyun mining area of power supply tasks, the population is about 26000, the power supply area of 138 square kilometers. With the increase of power consumption, the traditional manual meter reading can no longer meet the work of Baiyun Substation. Baiyun Branch has carried out the metering reform of the meter reading system, adopting the metering device of the variable station remote reading system, carrying out the principle of "paying close attention to management and plugging the loopholes." The policy of eliminating hidden dangers has promoted the marketing management level of Baiyun Branch Bureau, reduced the related losses of electric power, and increased the economic benefits of the Branch Bureau. In Baotou Baiyun Power supply Bureau, remote meter reading system is applied to install and transform 5 distribution lines in 43 public transformer stations with 79 users' boxes, distribution rooms and transformers with 10 high power supply units, which improves the metering work level of power system. The remote meter reading system has the characteristics of remote automatic meter reading, reliable information communication, fast and periodic reading, etc. It can remotely monitor and control the electric power metering device, realize the remote automatic transmission of electric power information, and carry out reliable remote overcollection of electric meter data. In this paper, the application of quality control theory in Baotou Baiyun Substation is studied, and the present situation of Baiyun Substation's remote reading system, the project of remote reading system's metrology and transformation, the division of responsibilities of the metrological transformation project are analyzed. The content of quality control and the influence of quality control on metering reform of remote reading system. Baiyun Branch Bureau should attach importance to the quality control of the metrological transformation project, including the division of responsibilities for quality control and the quality control of project construction, capital management, engineering plan, construction safety, project acceptance and acceptance, and puts forward some improvement measures for quality control. It can improve the quality control level of the metrological transformation project and ensure the smooth implementation of the metrological transformation project.
