裝配式建筑建造過程質(zhì)量問題及改進(jìn)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài),探索建筑業(yè)新的發(fā)展方式成為各方關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),裝配式建筑作為生產(chǎn)方式變革的途徑之一,在降低材料消耗、提高社會(huì)效益和環(huán)境效益、提高勞動(dòng)效率方面有潛在優(yōu)勢,迎來了新一輪發(fā)展熱潮。由于裝配式建筑將大部分構(gòu)配件在工廠預(yù)制進(jìn)而運(yùn)輸?shù)绞┕がF(xiàn)場安裝定位,對傳統(tǒng)的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理方式提出了挑戰(zhàn),精益建造、精益生產(chǎn)的理論和方法為裝配式建筑的管理提供了一種可借鑒的思路,如何利用該理論指導(dǎo)裝配式建筑建造過程,改變目前粗放的發(fā)展方式,提高裝配式建筑企業(yè)核心競爭力值得研究。本文以裝配式建筑質(zhì)量問題為切入點(diǎn),對國內(nèi)外制造業(yè)和建筑業(yè)質(zhì)量管理理論和實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了研究,同時(shí)基于“兩化融合”的背景,梳理了智能化信息傳遞及協(xié)同管理的相關(guān)研究成果,將裝配式建筑質(zhì)量問題及改進(jìn)機(jī)制作為核心問題做了深入研究。使用排列圖法、4M1E法對裝配式建筑建造過程質(zhì)量問題表現(xiàn)和原因進(jìn)行分析,從組織、文化、流程控制、技術(shù)保障和信息化協(xié)同管理四個(gè)方面提出了質(zhì)量問題改進(jìn)機(jī)制。首先,文章介紹了當(dāng)前裝配式建筑推廣的政策與實(shí)踐背景及其發(fā)展的阻礙因素,梳理了質(zhì)量管理理論和工程質(zhì)量管理研究現(xiàn)狀,并引出本文研究內(nèi)容、目的、意義及技術(shù)路線。其次,結(jié)合濟(jì)南市裝配式高層住宅項(xiàng)目,對其質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行定量統(tǒng)計(jì),分析了設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)及運(yùn)輸、現(xiàn)場施工三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)主要質(zhì)量問題及產(chǎn)生原因,確定了目前存在的組織、文化、流程控制、技術(shù)保障和信息化協(xié)同管理五個(gè)方面質(zhì)量管理難點(diǎn),即設(shè)計(jì)和施工過程的割裂使裝配式建筑協(xié)調(diào)管理低效、從業(yè)人員質(zhì)量安全知識(shí)及意識(shí)欠缺易導(dǎo)致質(zhì)量隱患、過程控制精細(xì)化管理不到位、缺乏高效的質(zhì)量保障工具及技術(shù)、信息化協(xié)同程度低。最后,從組織、文化、流程控制和信息化協(xié)同管理四個(gè)方面提出改進(jìn)建議——完善裝配式建筑管理體系、質(zhì)量文化培育與人才培養(yǎng)、推行基于精益建造的過程控制、基于BIM的信息化協(xié)同管理。并提出基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、BIM、激光掃描等技術(shù)的信息化管理平臺(tái),并分析了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等技術(shù)的適用性、該平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)、主要功能模塊及技術(shù)架構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:With China's economy entering the new normal, exploring the new development mode of the construction industry has become the focus of attention. As one of the ways of the transformation of production mode, prefabricated building is reducing the consumption of materials and improving social and environmental benefits. There are potential advantages in improving labor efficiency, ushered in a new round of development upsurge. Because prefabricated buildings prefabricate most of the structural parts in the factory and then transport them to the construction site to install and locate them, it poses a challenge to the traditional construction project management method, lean construction. The theory and method of lean production can be used for reference in the management of prefabricated buildings. How to use this theory to guide the construction process of prefabricated buildings and change the present extensive development mode, It is worth studying to improve the core competence of assembly construction enterprises. In this paper, the theory and practice of manufacturing industry and construction quality management at home and abroad are studied from the point of view of prefabricated building quality problem. At the same time, based on the background of "integration of the two types of construction", Combing the related research results of intelligent information transmission and collaborative management, this paper makes a deep research on the quality of prefabricated building and the improvement mechanism as the core problem. This paper analyzes the quality problems and causes in the construction process of prefabricated buildings by using the arrangement diagram method / 4M1E method, and puts forward the improvement mechanism of quality problems from four aspects: organization, culture, process control, technical guarantee and information cooperative management. First of all, the paper introduces the policy and practice background of the present prefabricated architecture promotion and the obstacles to its development, combs the theory of quality management and the research status of engineering quality management, and leads to the research content, purpose, significance and technical route of this paper. Secondly, combining with the prefabricated high-rise residential building project in Jinan, this paper makes quantitative statistics on its quality problems, analyzes the three main quality problems in design, production and transportation, and on-site construction, and determines the existing organization and culture. There are five difficulties in quality management such as process control, technical guarantee and information collaborative management, that is, the separation of design and construction process leads to inefficient coordinated management of prefabricated buildings, and the lack of knowledge and awareness of quality safety among employees can easily lead to hidden trouble of quality. Process control precision management is not in place, lack of efficient quality assurance tools and technology, low degree of information collaboration. Finally, from four aspects of organization, culture, process control and information cooperative management, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the prefabricated building management system, cultivate quality culture and personnel, and implement process control based on lean construction. Collaborative information management based on BIM. An information management platform based on the technology of Internet of things (BIM) and laser scanning is put forward. The applicability of the technology, the design goal, the main function modules and the technical framework of the platform are analyzed.
