【摘要】：為推動經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變,中國政府發(fā)出“大眾創(chuàng)新、萬眾創(chuàng)業(yè)”的號召,極大地鼓勵了創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)活動的熱情�？萍夹推髽I(yè)孵化器是創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)活動最重要的載體,其發(fā)展對于推動創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)活動具有重要的意義。同時在實(shí)施供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革作為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級主線背景下,科技型企業(yè)孵化器還承擔(dān)著去化過剩產(chǎn)能和為創(chuàng)新經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展降低成本的任務(wù)。根據(jù)國家科技部火炬中心統(tǒng)計(jì),截止到2014年底,全國共有不同類型的科技型孵化器1748家,其中國家級科技型孵化器超過600家。不過,蓬勃昂揚(yáng)的態(tài)勢并不能掩蓋科技型企業(yè)孵化器在其企業(yè)化經(jīng)營中的問題,特別是民營科技型企業(yè)孵化器尚未形成可自我持續(xù)發(fā)展的能力,這是關(guān)乎民營科技型企業(yè)孵化器存亡的大事。而商業(yè)模式理論能夠從整體很好地詮釋科技型企業(yè)孵化器企業(yè)化經(jīng)營中的商業(yè)邏輯,并進(jìn)一步闡述了科技型企業(yè)孵化器所能為創(chuàng)新型創(chuàng)業(yè)提供孵化服務(wù)的價值主張以及構(gòu)建的合作伙伴網(wǎng)絡(luò)和核心資源等用以實(shí)現(xiàn)這一價值主張并獲得可持續(xù)盈利的要素。民營科技型企業(yè)孵化器能夠獲利、能夠生存與持續(xù)發(fā)展都源于選擇了適合自身特質(zhì)的各要素之間相互匹配的商業(yè)模式。本文以孵化器理論和商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究為起點(diǎn),結(jié)合實(shí)例創(chuàng)業(yè)工坊的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,用商業(yè)模式畫布模型為分析工具,識別出創(chuàng)業(yè)工坊商業(yè)模式中存在的問題和剖析了問題產(chǎn)生的根本原因,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法探討了創(chuàng)業(yè)工坊商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的可行性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過重新定位創(chuàng)業(yè)工坊的客戶細(xì)分群體從創(chuàng)業(yè)者這一單邊市場到創(chuàng)業(yè)者+風(fēng)險投資者的雙邊市場,構(gòu)建創(chuàng)業(yè)工坊雙邊平臺商業(yè)模式,同時,為了保證創(chuàng)業(yè)工坊雙邊平臺商業(yè)模式的有效實(shí)施,提出相應(yīng)構(gòu)成要素支持和保障措施。通過本文希望一方面對創(chuàng)業(yè)工坊的發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的指導(dǎo)意義,另一方面也將為其他民營科技企業(yè)孵化器提供有意義的參考。
[Abstract]:In order to promote economic restructuring and transformation of economic growth mode, the Chinese government issued a call for "mass innovation, mass entrepreneurship", which greatly encouraged the enthusiasm of innovative entrepreneurial activities. Science and technology business incubator is the most important carrier of innovative entrepreneurial activities, and its development is of great significance to promote innovative entrepreneurial activities. At the same time, with the implementation of supply-side structural reform as the main line of China's economic transformation and upgrading, the technology-based business incubator also undertakes the task of removing excess capacity and reducing costs for the development of innovative economy. By the end of 2014, there were 1748 different types of science and technology incubators, including more than 600 national technology incubators, according to the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology. However, the booming trend can not cover up the problems of the high-tech business incubator in its enterprise management, especially the private enterprise incubator has not yet formed the ability of self-sustainable development. This is related to the survival of private-owned technology-based business incubators. And the business model theory can explain the business logic in the enterprise management of the science and technology business incubator well from the whole. Furthermore, the value proposition of technology business incubator to provide incubating service for innovative enterprises and the construction of partner network and core resources to realize this value proposition and obtain sustainable profit are further expounded. Private technology business incubator can profit, can survive and continue to develop from the choice of their own characteristics of the various elements of the matching business model. Based on the theory of incubator and the research of business model innovation, this paper uses the canvas model of business model as an analysis tool. This paper identifies the problems existing in the business model and analyzes the root causes of the problems, and probes into the feasibility of the innovation of the business model by using the SWOT analysis method. On this basis, through repositioning the customer segmentation group of the enterprise industry workshop from the one-sided market of the entrepreneur to the bilateral market of venture capital of the entrepreneur, the business model of the bilateral platform of the enterprise industry workshop is constructed, at the same time, In order to ensure the effective implementation of the business model of the bilateral platform, the corresponding elements support and safeguard measures are put forward. This paper hopes that on the one hand, it will have practical guiding significance for the development of entrepreneurial workshops, on the other hand, it will also provide a meaningful reference for other private science and technology business incubators.
