基于支持向量機(jī)及MODIS數(shù)據(jù)的南昌市城市空間格局演變研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展及人口急劇地向城市聚集,南昌市城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快。城市化進(jìn)程加快不僅表現(xiàn)在城市人口的增加、非農(nóng)業(yè)活動(dòng)比例的增加,城市建設(shè)用地?cái)U(kuò)張也是一個(gè)重要的衡量指標(biāo)。及時(shí)掌握城市空間擴(kuò)展信息,對(duì)國(guó)家、當(dāng)?shù)卣M(jìn)行城市規(guī)劃與建設(shè)、土地利用管理及發(fā)展方向決策都具有重要的意義。本文以城市化快速發(fā)展的南昌市為研究區(qū),利用SVM、RS及GIS理論與方法進(jìn)行南昌市城市空間格局演變研究。在整個(gè)研究過程中所做工作如下:(1)將支持向量機(jī)與傳統(tǒng)的分類方法進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)利用支持向量機(jī)方法分類優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的分類方法;(2)分析單時(shí)相MODIS反射率數(shù)據(jù)、單時(shí)相加入指數(shù)信息、多時(shí)相反射率數(shù)據(jù)及多時(shí)相加入指數(shù)信息的不同特征組合方式對(duì)分類精度產(chǎn)生的影響,通過對(duì)分類精度的比較,決定選擇多時(shí)相加入指數(shù)信息的分類特征參與城市空間格局演變研究;(3)利用支持向量機(jī)分類方法,以多時(shí)相加入指數(shù)信息的分類特征組合作為數(shù)據(jù)源,對(duì)南昌市2004、2009、2014年的遙感影像數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分類提取,獲取南昌市十年間建設(shè)用地變化情況。同時(shí)利用Arc GIS10.0疊加分析功能對(duì)分類轉(zhuǎn)矢量的建設(shè)用地變化情況進(jìn)行分析,研究城市建成區(qū)空間格局演變軌跡;(4)從定性、定量?jī)蓚(gè)方面分析南昌市城市空間格局演變驅(qū)動(dòng)力。查找南昌市人口、生產(chǎn)總值、實(shí)際利用外資等數(shù)據(jù),利用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件SPSS19.0構(gòu)建主成分綜合得分模型。依據(jù)該模型劃分南昌市各行政區(qū)的空間格局演變強(qiáng)度,分析南昌市空間格局演變的趨勢(shì)?臻g格局演變研究可為掌握城市建設(shè)用地利用情況、控制城市建設(shè)用地范圍以及判斷城市總體發(fā)展方向等工作提供輔助決策信息。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the rapid accumulation of population to the city, the urbanization process of Nanchang is accelerating. The acceleration of urbanization is not only reflected in the increase of urban population and the proportion of non-agricultural activities, but also the expansion of urban construction land is an important measure. It is of great significance for the state and local government to plan and construct the city, manage the land use and make the decision of the direction of development. In this paper, the urban spatial pattern evolution of Nanchang city is studied by using the theory and method of SVMRS and GIS, taking Nanchang city as the research area. The results show that the SVM method is superior to the traditional classification method in analyzing the single phase MODIS reflectivity data. The effects of different feature combinations of single-phase index information, multi-phase reflectivity data and multi-temporal phase index information on classification accuracy are compared. It is decided that the classification features of multi-temporal and exponential information should be selected to participate in the evolution of urban spatial pattern. (3) using support vector machine (SVM) classification method, the classification feature combination of multi-temporal adding exponential information is used as the data source. The remote sensing image data of Nanchang city in 2004 / 2009 and 2014 were extracted by classification and the change of construction land in Nanchang city during the past ten years was obtained. At the same time, by using the function of Arc GIS10.0 superposition analysis, the paper analyzes the change of construction land of classified transformation vector, and studies the evolution track of spatial pattern in urban built-up areas.) it analyzes the driving force of urban spatial pattern evolution in Nanchang from two aspects: qualitative and quantitative. This paper looks up the data of population, GDP and actual utilization of foreign capital in Nanchang city, and constructs a comprehensive score model of principal components by using statistical analysis software SPSS19.0. According to this model, the spatial pattern evolvement intensity of Nanchang city is divided, and the trend of spatial pattern evolution in Nanchang city is analyzed. The study of spatial pattern evolution can provide auxiliary decision information for mastering the utilization of urban construction land, controlling the scope of urban construction land and judging the overall development direction of the city.
