船舶與海洋結(jié)構(gòu)物縱向下水直接計(jì)算法研究

【摘要】:船舶與海洋結(jié)構(gòu)物下水過(guò)程是結(jié)構(gòu)物建造安裝過(guò)程中較為復(fù)雜、危險(xiǎn)的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),稍有不慎,可能會(huì)造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失甚至是人員傷亡。對(duì)下水過(guò)程的研究,有助于改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有下水工藝,規(guī)避下水過(guò)程潛在的危險(xiǎn),校核下水過(guò)程中結(jié)構(gòu)物的強(qiáng)度與穩(wěn)定性。本文按照水線面特征將船舶與海洋結(jié)構(gòu)物劃分為孤立水線面和分離水線面結(jié)構(gòu)物。針對(duì)這兩類結(jié)構(gòu)物,提出了孤立水線面結(jié)構(gòu)物縱向下水靜力學(xué)直接計(jì)算法、孤立水線面結(jié)構(gòu)物縱向下水動(dòng)力學(xué)直接計(jì)算法以及分離水線面結(jié)構(gòu)物縱向下水動(dòng)力學(xué)直接計(jì)算法。這三種方法統(tǒng)稱為船舶與海洋結(jié)構(gòu)物縱向下水直接計(jì)算法。船舶與海洋結(jié)構(gòu)物縱向下水直接計(jì)算法基于浮性與完整穩(wěn)性直接計(jì)算法和剛體動(dòng)力學(xué),采用通用商用有限元軟件ABAQUS作為分析平臺(tái)。直接計(jì)算法的意義在于:(1)將較為繁瑣的邦戎曲線繪制,流體載荷積分等工作轉(zhuǎn)化為常規(guī)的有限元建模操作;(2)將各類載荷直接施加到結(jié)構(gòu)物的外表面單元上而無(wú)需作幾何外形的簡(jiǎn)化近似;(3)可通過(guò)一次分析得到結(jié)構(gòu)物縱向下水全過(guò)程的各個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)與力學(xué)成分。首先,將直接計(jì)算法應(yīng)用在簡(jiǎn)單算例中(方形駁船下水、Wigley數(shù)值船下水、導(dǎo)管架常規(guī)下水),并將分析結(jié)果與解析解進(jìn)行對(duì)比。在此基礎(chǔ)上,將直接計(jì)算法應(yīng)用在較為復(fù)雜的算例中(46000DWT油船下水、導(dǎo)管架自扶正下水),并統(tǒng)計(jì)各算例的分析時(shí)長(zhǎng)。算例結(jié)果表明:直接計(jì)算法分析結(jié)果較為準(zhǔn)確;能夠處理復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)形式以及先進(jìn)下水方式的下水問(wèn)題,分析效率較高。因此,本文提出的直接計(jì)算法為船舶與海洋結(jié)構(gòu)物縱向下水分析提供了一種新的手段,具有潛在的工程實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The launching process of ships and marine structures is a more complex and dangerous link in the process of building and installing structures. A little carelessness may cause huge economic losses or even casualties. The research on launching process is helpful to improve the existing launching process, avoid the potential danger of launching process, and check the strength and stability of structure in launching process. In this paper, ship and ocean structure are divided into isolated waterline surface and separated waterline surface structure according to waterline features. For these two kinds of structures, the direct calculation method of longitudinal hydrostatic of isolated waterline structure, the direct calculation method of longitudinal hydrodynamics of isolated waterline structure and the direct calculation method of longitudinal hydrodynamic of isolated waterline structure are proposed. These three methods are referred to as the direct calculation method of longitudinal launching of ships and marine structures. Based on the direct calculation method of floatability and integrity stability and rigid body dynamics, the general commercial finite element software ABAQUS is used as the analysis platform. The significance of the direct calculation method is that: 1) draw the more complicated Bonjon curve. Fluid load integration and other work are transformed into the conventional finite element modeling operation: (2) applying all kinds of loads directly to the external surface element of the structure without making a simplified approximate approximation of the geometric shape) the longitudinal structure can be obtained by one analysis. (the square barge launches a Wigley numerical ship, and the jacket is normally launched, and the analytical results are compared with the analytical solution. On this basis, the direct calculation method is applied to the launch of 46000DWT oil tanker in a more complicated example, and the jacket is launched from the straightening out, and the analysis time of each example is counted. The results of numerical examples show that the direct calculation method is more accurate and can deal with the launching problem of complex structure and advanced launching mode, and the analysis efficiency is high. Therefore, the direct calculation method proposed in this paper provides a new method for the longitudinal launching analysis of ships and marine structures, and has potential engineering practical value.
