深圳市居民低碳出行行為影響因素研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,城市化進(jìn)程日益加快,居民生活水平不斷得到提高,日常交通出行需求不斷增強(qiáng)。由此帶來的城市交通擁堵和環(huán)境污染問題也日益突出,導(dǎo)致居民生活環(huán)境不斷惡化。在此背景下,進(jìn)行居民低碳出行行為影響因素研究,從而合理引導(dǎo)居民選擇低碳出行具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先對(duì)低碳消費(fèi)、低碳出行、消費(fèi)行為理論等相關(guān)論題研究進(jìn)行了梳理;其次,在計(jì)劃行為理論的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了居民低碳出行行為影響因素的概念模型,并提出了相應(yīng)的研究假設(shè);再次,通過線上線下相結(jié)合的問卷調(diào)研方式對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS24.0和AMOS24.0對(duì)樣本進(jìn)行分析;最后利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對(duì)本文提出的各個(gè)假設(shè)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)低碳出行行為意向?qū)Φ吞汲鲂行袨榇嬖陲@著正向作用,而低碳出行知覺行為控制對(duì)低碳出行行為的影響并不顯著;(2)低碳出行行為態(tài)度、低碳出行主觀規(guī)范以及低碳出行知覺行為控制均對(duì)低碳出行行為意向存在顯著正向作用;(3)低碳出行個(gè)人相對(duì)利益和低碳出行社會(huì)相對(duì)利益均對(duì)低碳出行行為態(tài)度存在顯著正向作用,且低碳出行社會(huì)相對(duì)利益對(duì)低碳出行個(gè)人相對(duì)利益存在顯著正向作用;(4)低碳出行主要參考群體和低碳出行次要參考群體均對(duì)低碳出行主觀規(guī)范存在顯著正向作用,且低碳出行次要參考群體對(duì)低碳出行主要參考群體存在顯著正向作用;(5)低碳出行知識(shí)和低碳出行服務(wù)水平均對(duì)低碳出行知覺行為控制存在顯著正向作用;谝陨涎芯拷Y(jié)論,本文提出了引導(dǎo)居民選擇低碳出行方式的一些建議。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要集中在以下兩個(gè)方面:(1)研究視角的創(chuàng)新。與以往研究相比,本研究將低碳出行與計(jì)劃行為理論相結(jié)合,以計(jì)劃行為理論為出發(fā)點(diǎn),試圖從微觀層面探究居民低碳出行行為的影響因素。(2)模型構(gòu)建的創(chuàng)新。在借鑒計(jì)劃行為理論的基礎(chǔ)上,參考其他學(xué)者的研究成果,構(gòu)建拓展的計(jì)劃行為理論。不僅研究態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范、知覺行為控制三個(gè)主要變量對(duì)行為意向和行為的影響,也進(jìn)一步研究影響態(tài)度,主觀規(guī)范,知覺行為控制的前端因素。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the process of urbanization is accelerating day by day, the standard of living of residents has been continuously improved, and the demand for daily transportation has been increasing. As a result, urban traffic congestion and environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent, leading to the deterioration of the living environment. In this context, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influencing factors of residents' low-carbon travel behavior, so as to reasonably guide residents to choose low-carbon travel. In this paper, first of all, the low-carbon consumption, low-carbon travel, consumer behavior theory and other related topics are combed. Secondly, based on the theory of planned behavior, the conceptual model of the influencing factors of low-carbon travel behavior of residents is established. And put forward the corresponding research hypotheses. Thirdly, the data are collected by the questionnaire survey method, and the statistical software SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 are used to analyze the samples. Finally, the structural equation model is used to test the hypotheses proposed in this paper. The results show that the low carbon travel behavior intention has a significant positive effect on the low carbon travel behavior, while the low carbon trip perception behavior control has no significant effect on the low carbon travel behavior. Subjective norms of low carbon travel and perceived behavior control of low carbon travel have significant positive effects on low carbon travel behavior. (3) the relative interests of individuals in low carbon travel and the relative interests of society in low carbon travel are both positive towards low carbon travel behavior. There is a significant positive effect, And the low carbon travel social relative interest has significant positive effect on the low carbon travel individual relative interest. (4) the low carbon travel main reference group and the low carbon travel secondary reference group have the significant positive effect to the low carbon travel subjective standard. And the low carbon travel secondary reference group has significant positive effect on the low carbon travel main reference group) the low carbon travel knowledge and the low carbon travel service level have the significant positive effect on the low carbon travel perceptual behavior control. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions to guide residents to choose low-carbon travel mode. The innovation of this paper is mainly focused on the following two aspects: 1) the innovation of perspective. Compared with previous studies, this study combines the theory of low carbon travel with the theory of planned behavior, and attempts to explore the innovation of the model construction from the micro level of the influencing factors of low carbon travel behavior. On the basis of drawing lessons from the theory of planning behavior and referring to the research results of other scholars, this paper constructs the theory of extended plan behavior. It not only studies the influence of attitude, subjective norm and perceptual behavior control on behavior intention and behavior, but also studies the front-end factors of attitude, subjective norm and perceptual behavior control.
