【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展和相關(guān)城市政策的頒布實(shí)施,不同規(guī)模的城市空間形態(tài)發(fā)生諸多變化,主要體現(xiàn)在城市外部空間的擴(kuò)展及內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的演化。城市空間形態(tài)拓展的實(shí)質(zhì)是城市內(nèi)外動(dòng)力作用下的結(jié)果,在不同的驅(qū)動(dòng)力作用之下,城市空間擴(kuò)展呈現(xiàn)不同的方式、速度和形態(tài)等,對(duì)城市社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)等多方面產(chǎn)生不同影響。本文選取五個(gè)位于甘肅省河西走廊具有代表性的、目前處在城市空間快速擴(kuò)展變化過(guò)程中的中心城市,對(duì)其城市空間擴(kuò)展時(shí)空規(guī)律、方式特征、動(dòng)力機(jī)制和綜合動(dòng)力作用進(jìn)行比較研究,不僅可以明晰其在城市發(fā)展過(guò)程中所處階段,而且能從比較中發(fā)現(xiàn)共性和特性,預(yù)測(cè)其發(fā)展趨勢(shì),以期對(duì)今后的河西走廊五個(gè)城市空間發(fā)展提出有益的對(duì)策和建議。首先,本文根據(jù)城市空間形態(tài)拓展和空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變的背景,對(duì)城市空間擴(kuò)展的相關(guān)理論、概念進(jìn)行綜述和辨析,根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究成果和趨勢(shì),結(jié)合對(duì)河西走廊五個(gè)城市的系統(tǒng)調(diào)研認(rèn)知,確定了本文研究城市空間擴(kuò)展和驅(qū)動(dòng)力研究的基本框架。同時(shí)構(gòu)建城市空間拓展和結(jié)構(gòu)演變地圖圖譜,以多時(shí)期空間和屬性信息揭示河西走廊5市空間形態(tài)和空間結(jié)構(gòu)層面變化過(guò)程。其次,通過(guò)比較分析2004——2014年期間河西走廊城市空間擴(kuò)展的過(guò)程、模式、特征和時(shí)空規(guī)律,運(yùn)用定性與定量、歸納與演繹、GIS空間分析技術(shù)與統(tǒng)計(jì)分析相結(jié)合的方法,明確了城市經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、投資、政策、規(guī)劃等多因子的作用關(guān)系和作用力大小,并為空間拓展動(dòng)力機(jī)制的提供因子分析準(zhǔn)備。再次,根據(jù)城市空間拓展的諸多因子之間的作用關(guān)系和作用程度,對(duì)河西走廊城市空間擴(kuò)展的時(shí)空軌跡和節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合制度變遷背景下的空間拓展機(jī)制,分述產(chǎn)業(yè)空間、居住空間和公服空間三個(gè)層面空間拓展機(jī)制和共性規(guī)律,總結(jié)河西走廊城市空間拓展的機(jī)制模式。最后,通過(guò)對(duì)動(dòng)力綜合作用和機(jī)制發(fā)展變化趨勢(shì)的分析,探討河西走廊城市發(fā)展過(guò)程中城市空間發(fā)展主導(dǎo)方向、組織模式、速度態(tài)勢(shì)以及城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變,借助理論動(dòng)力阻力模型和情景變量因子模型的情景預(yù)測(cè),提出相應(yīng)的空間發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:With the sustainable development of China's social economy and the promulgation and implementation of relevant urban policies, many changes have taken place in the urban spatial forms of different scales, mainly reflected in the expansion of the outer space of the city and the evolution of the internal structure. The essence of the expansion of urban spatial form is the result of the dynamic force inside and outside the city. Under the different driving force, the urban spatial expansion presents different ways, speed and form, which has different influence on urban society, economy and so on. In this paper, five representative central cities in Hexi Corridor, Gansu Province, which are currently in the process of rapid urban space expansion, are selected, and the space-time law and mode characteristics of urban spatial expansion are analyzed. The comparative study of the dynamic mechanism and the comprehensive dynamic action can not only clarify the stage of urban development, but also discover the commonness and characteristics from the comparison, and predict its development trend. In order to the future of the Hexi Corridor five urban space development and put forward useful countermeasures and suggestions. First of all, according to the background of urban spatial form expansion and spatial structure evolution, this paper summarizes and discriminates the related theories and concepts of urban spatial expansion, according to the research results and trends at home and abroad. Based on the systematic investigation and cognition of the five cities in Hexi Corridor, the basic framework of the study on urban spatial expansion and driving force is established. At the same time, the map map of urban spatial expansion and structure evolution was constructed to reveal the change process of spatial morphology and spatial structure in Hexi Corridor with multi-period spatial and attribute information. Secondly, by comparing and analyzing the process, pattern, characteristics and space-time law of urban spatial expansion in Hexi Corridor from 2004 to 2014, using qualitative and quantitative, inductive and deductive GIS spatial analysis technology and statistical analysis method. It clarifies the relationship and force of urban economy, society, investment, policy, planning and so on, and provides the factor analysis for the dynamic mechanism of spatial expansion. Thirdly, according to the function and degree of many factors of urban spatial expansion, the paper analyzes the space-time track and node of urban spatial expansion in Hexi Corridor, and discusses the industrial space combining with the spatial expansion mechanism under the background of institutional change. Three levels of living space and public service space space expansion mechanism and common law, summed up the Hexi Corridor urban spatial expansion mechanism model. Finally, through the analysis of the dynamic comprehensive action and the development trend of the mechanism, the paper discusses the dominant direction, the organization mode, the speed situation and the evolution of the urban spatial structure in the urban development process of Hexi Corridor. Based on the scenario prediction of theoretical dynamic resistance model and situational variable factor model, the corresponding spatial development strategy is put forward.
