【摘要】：北京市高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)經(jīng)過(guò)多年的發(fā)展取得了一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和成績(jī),在北京市高校中開(kāi)辦高水平籃球隊(duì)的學(xué)校比例雖然不高,但在高水平籃球隊(duì)的招生、集結(jié)、訓(xùn)練、比賽等方面有著得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì),并走在了全國(guó)的前列。但是由于多年來(lái)研究、管理工作的滯后,以及缺乏有效的規(guī)劃和宏觀的指導(dǎo),影響了北京市高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展。因此,對(duì)于高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展及影響因素的研究是一項(xiàng)勢(shì)在必行的工作和從業(yè)者應(yīng)該思考的問(wèn)題。本文在研究的過(guò)程中,分別采用了數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法等研究方法對(duì)目前北京市高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的各參賽隊(duì)的隊(duì)伍建設(shè)以及聯(lián)賽的競(jìng)賽制度、商業(yè)發(fā)展、賽事推廣和新形勢(shì)下發(fā)展等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究。思考北京市高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀,以及在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題和未來(lái)發(fā)展的方向;分析影響北京市高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的因素,探索解決問(wèn)題的途徑,最終提出可行的北京市高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展建議,從根本上解決北京市高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展瓶頸問(wèn)題,達(dá)到可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目的,爭(zhēng)取為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)更多的具有較高文化素質(zhì)并且具有一定水平的體育精尖人才。通過(guò)研究總結(jié)出如下結(jié)論:北京市高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)總體水平較高,但是作為代表全國(guó)最高水平的省市地區(qū)聯(lián)盟在目前存在一些問(wèn)題,比如運(yùn)動(dòng)員的招生、學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾、畢業(yè)出路;教練員的隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、培訓(xùn);賽制問(wèn)題;比賽的商業(yè)化以及新形勢(shì)下聯(lián)賽的發(fā)展壯大等等這些問(wèn)題都影響著北京市高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的快速向前發(fā)展。提出如下建議:加強(qiáng)北京市高校高水平籃球隊(duì)的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè);增強(qiáng)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)高水平籃球隊(duì)的重視程度和支持力度;改革北京市高校高水平籃球賽的聯(lián)賽制度,加強(qiáng)聯(lián)賽商業(yè)化的發(fā)展速度,有效的結(jié)合當(dāng)前的科技、傳媒、以及首都的文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)特點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步把聯(lián)賽搞活。解放思想,更新觀念,在京津冀一體化發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中把握機(jī)遇,整合資源;充分利用市場(chǎng)化手段,盤(pán)活北京市高校高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的生命力;打造國(guó)家高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的輸出基地;希望這些合理化建議能夠?qū)Ρ本┦懈咝８咚交@球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展和提高起到一定的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:After many years of development, Beijing University High level Basketball has achieved certain experience and achievements. Although the proportion of schools that set up high-level basketball teams in Beijing's colleges and universities is not high, the proportion of high level basketball teams enrolling, assembling, and training in high-level basketball teams is not high. Competition and other aspects have unique advantages, and walked in the forefront of the country. However, due to many years of research, the lag of management, and the lack of effective planning and macro guidance, the development of high-level basketball in colleges and universities in Beijing has been affected. Therefore, it is imperative to study the current situation, development and influencing factors of high-level basketball in colleges and universities. In the course of the research, this paper adopts mathematical statistics, literature and materials, questionnaire, and so on. The methods of logic analysis are used to study the construction of teams and the competition system, commercial development, competition promotion and development under the new situation of the teams participating in the high-level basketball sports in colleges and universities in Beijing at present. Thinking about the current situation of high-level basketball in colleges and universities in Beijing, as well as the various problems and future development directions in the course of operation, analyzing the factors that affect the development of high-level basketball in colleges and universities in Beijing, and exploring the ways to solve the problems. Finally, the paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the development of high-level basketball in colleges and universities in Beijing, so as to solve the bottleneck problem of the development of high-level basketball in colleges and universities in Beijing, so as to achieve the goal of sustainable development. Strive to train more elite sports talents with higher cultural quality and a certain level for the country. The conclusion is summarized as follows: the overall level of high-level basketball in universities in Beijing is relatively high, but as a representative of the highest level in the country, the provinces, cities and regions have some problems at present, such as the enrollment of athletes, the contradiction between learning and training, Graduation way out; coaches' team building, training, competition system, the commercialization of competition and the development of the league under the new situation all affect the rapid development of high-level basketball in colleges and universities in Beijing. The following suggestions are put forward: strengthening the basic construction of the high-level basketball teams in Beijing's colleges and universities; strengthening the school leaders' emphasis on and support for the high-level basketball teams; and reforming the league system of high-level basketball matches in Beijing's colleges and universities. Strengthen the pace of commercialization of the league, effectively combine the current technology, media, as well as the cultural and economic characteristics of the capital, further invigorate the league. Emancipate the mind, renew the idea, grasp the opportunity in the process of the integrative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, integrate the resources, make full use of the market-oriented means, invigorate the vitality of the high-level basketball in Beijing's colleges and universities; It is hoped that these rationalized suggestions can promote the development and improvement of high-level basketball in universities and colleges in Beijing.
