【摘要】：群眾體育的發(fā)展關(guān)系著人民群眾的身體健康和生活幸福,是綜合國(guó)力和社會(huì)文明進(jìn)步的重要標(biāo)志,是社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容,是全面建成小康社會(huì)的重要組成部分。在國(guó)家推動(dòng)京津冀一體化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略背景下,群眾體育的發(fā)展面臨著新的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。如何科學(xué),合理、高效、綠色、循環(huán)、人文的全面促進(jìn)群眾體育的發(fā)展是當(dāng)前所面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn),要充分發(fā)揮發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的優(yōu)勢(shì),帶動(dòng)貧困地區(qū)的發(fā)展,做到科學(xué)合理,統(tǒng)籌兼顧,全面協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)域間的協(xié)同發(fā)展,資源共享,優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),共創(chuàng)繁榮發(fā)展之路。本文以京津冀地區(qū)群眾體育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法,問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法,歸納出目前各地區(qū)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)項(xiàng)目,落后項(xiàng)目、品牌項(xiàng)目、群眾體育發(fā)展的阻礙因素及面臨的主要難題,進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的分析,結(jié)合國(guó)家政策的發(fā)展,專家的建議,群眾的訴求,辯證的認(rèn)識(shí)當(dāng)前的現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的改革,將理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,一切從實(shí)際出發(fā),以人民群眾利益為宗旨,以滿足群眾體育需求為根本,以經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為基礎(chǔ),以法規(guī)政策為保障,以全面促進(jìn)群眾體育發(fā)展為依托,進(jìn)一步提高完善群眾體育推廣重要性的認(rèn)識(shí),增加群眾體育推廣總量和質(zhì)量,轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)罕婓w育推廣供給模式,明晰群眾體育推廣主體職責(zé),立足農(nóng)村建設(shè)群眾體育俱樂部,構(gòu)建村落化的群眾體育聯(lián)賽機(jī)制,著力發(fā)展農(nóng)村地區(qū)民族傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目,開發(fā)獨(dú)具特色的健身項(xiàng)目,建立體質(zhì)監(jiān)控和拓寬群眾體育市場(chǎng)規(guī)模,增設(shè)專職化的社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo),大力發(fā)展體育院校與地方合作制,走出一條科學(xué)高效的京津冀一體化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略下群眾體育全面發(fā)展特色之路。
[Abstract]:The development of mass sports is related to the people's health and life happiness, is an important symbol of comprehensive national strength and social civilization progress, is an important content of socialist spiritual civilization construction, is an important part of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Under the strategic background of promoting the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the development of mass sports is facing new opportunities and challenges. How to promote the development of mass sports in a scientific, rational, efficient, green, circular and humanistic way is a major challenge at present. It is necessary to give full play to the advantages of developed regions and promote the development of poverty-stricken areas so as to be scientific and reasonable. Overall planning, overall coordination of regional coordinated development, resource sharing, complementary advantages, create a prosperous road to development. Taking the present situation of mass sports development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research object, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper sums up the advantages and backward projects of the development of various regions at present. Brand projects, obstacles to the development of mass sports and the main problems faced, scientific and reasonable analysis, combined with the development of national policies, experts' suggestions, the masses' demands, dialectical understanding of the current situation, To carry out scientific and reasonable reforms, to integrate theory with practice, to proceed from reality, to take the interests of the people as the purpose, to meet the needs of mass sports as the foundation, to take economic development as the basis, and to take laws and regulations and policies as guarantees, On the basis of promoting the development of mass sports in an all-round way, we should further improve the understanding of the importance of popularizing mass sports, increase the quantity and quality of popularizing mass sports, change the supply mode of popularizing mass sports, and clarify the responsibilities of the main body of popularizing mass sports. Based on the construction of mass sports clubs in rural areas, the construction of village-based mass sports league mechanisms, the development of traditional national sports projects in rural areas, the development of unique fitness projects, the establishment of physique monitoring and the expansion of the scale of mass sports markets, To establish a full-time social sports guidance, vigorously develop the sports colleges and universities and the local cooperative system, and step out a scientific and efficient Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated and coordinated development strategy of mass sports all-round development characteristics.
