【摘要】：船舶正在不斷朝著大型化的方向發(fā)展,而國內許多港口水深條件使得大型船舶尤其是大型油輪的進出受到限制。為使原油運輸作業(yè)更加安全、高效,增加港口的綜合競爭力,國內較多港口都已成功進行了大型油輪海上過駁減載作業(yè),其中,系纜布置對于保障過駁作業(yè)的安全進行具有重要意義,而石油公司國際海事論壇僅簡單推薦了一個最低過駁系纜布置標準,在國內港口也曾出現(xiàn)過原油過駁作業(yè)斷纜事故。因此,對海上原油過駁作業(yè)系纜布置進行研究具有重要的意義。從事海上原油過駁作業(yè)的雙船系統(tǒng)在外界環(huán)境作用下最終會穩(wěn)定于風浪流的合力方向,此時該系統(tǒng)達到外力的平衡狀態(tài),兩者間通過纜繩等索具達到內力的平衡狀態(tài)。而對于某一特定系纜布置方式,不同功能的纜繩受力大小、對減小兩船相對運動的作用隨氣象海況的不同而發(fā)生變化,因此討論船舶系纜布置不僅要考慮不同氣象海況對雙船系統(tǒng)的外界作用力,還要考慮纜繩數(shù)量、纜繩系固位置等因素。本文在石油公司國際海事論壇推薦的最低海上原油過駁作業(yè)系纜布置要求基礎上,了解查閱船靠碼頭的系泊相關資料、常用系纜布置方式后,結合油輪海上原油過駁中系纜布置作業(yè)特點,以纜繩系固位置、纜繩數(shù)量,是否增加橫纜為系纜布置的影響變量設計了不同的計算方案。再利用專業(yè)系泊力計算軟件OPTIMOOR計算得出了不同風浪、流夾角作用下的纜繩張力、兩船輸油軟管處相對運動量數(shù)據(jù),運用統(tǒng)計學中方差和極差分析法對以上數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,以均衡纜繩張力、控制兩船船中相對運動幅度和高效利用纜繩為目標,給出了系纜布置的優(yōu)化建議。最后利用Transas全任務航海模擬器進行了同等試驗條件下的模擬,對照結果表明本文提出的系纜布置建議能使原油過駁作業(yè)更加安全經(jīng)濟,可以為后續(xù)進行海上原油過駁作業(yè)研究提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The ship is constantly developing in the direction of large scale, and the water depth conditions of many ports in China have limited the import and export of large ships, especially large oil tankers. In order to make the operation of crude oil safer, more efficient, and increase the comprehensive competitiveness of the port, many ports in China have done large oil tanker sea refutation and load reduction operations. The cable arrangement is of great significance to ensure the safety of the refutation operation, and the International Maritime Forum of the petroleum company simply recommends a minimum refutation cable arrangement standard, and there has been a crude oil refutation accident in the domestic port. Therefore, it is very important to study the cable arrangement of the offshore oil refutation operation. The double ship system, which is engaged in the offshore oil refutation operation, will eventually stabilize the force direction of the wind and wave flow under the external environment. At this time, the system reaches the balance state of the external force, and the balance state of the internal force is reached by the cable and other rigging. For a certain cable arrangement, the force size of the cables with different functions is reduced. The effect of the relative motion of the small two ships varies with the different meteorological sea conditions. Therefore, the discussion of the cable arrangement of the ship's system should not only consider the external forces of the different weather sea conditions on the double ship system, but also consider the quantity of the cable and the position of the cable system. The minimum offshore oil refutation recommended by the International Maritime Forum of the oil company is recommended in this paper. On the basis of cable arrangement requirements, we can find out the related data of mooring on the ship's dock. After the cable arrangement, it combines the characteristics of the cable arrangement in the oil refutation of the oil tanker, and designs the different calculation schemes for the cable system position, the quantity of the cable and whether the cable is the influence variable of the cable arrangement, and then the professional mooring force is used. The calculation software OPTIMOOR calculates the cable tension under the action of different wind waves, the flow angle and the relative motion data at the two ship's oil hose. The statistical analysis method of variance and pole difference is used to analyze the above data, in order to balance the tension of the cable, control the motion amplitude and the high efficiency of the use of the cable as the target. The optimization proposal of the cable arrangement is made. Finally, the simulation of the Transas full mission navigation simulator is carried out under the same test conditions. The comparison results show that the proposed cable arrangement proposal can make the crude oil refutation more safe and economical, and can provide some reference for the further study of the offshore oil refutation operation.
