【摘要】：隨著人們生活水平不斷地提高,休閑體育正逐漸成為人們?nèi)粘Ｉ畈豢扇鄙俚闹匾M成部分。哈爾濱市獨(dú)特的冰雪資源和優(yōu)越的地理位置,為我市發(fā)展冰雪休閑體育及冰雪體育產(chǎn)業(yè)奠定了良好的自然基礎(chǔ),近年來(lái),在政府的大力支持與幫助下,冬季休閑體育運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)已進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,使得對(duì)冬季休閑體育參與及其消費(fèi)情況的研究具有了時(shí)代意義。本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)地考察法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法等研究方法對(duì)哈爾濱市冬季休閑體育參與及消費(fèi)情況進(jìn)行研究。切實(shí)摸清了我市冬季休閑體育參與人群的基本特征及參與人群的消費(fèi)情況,理清主要影響因素,并提出針對(duì)性的意見(jiàn)和建議。為哈爾濱市冬季休閑體育的繁榮發(fā)展,豐富我市體育文化內(nèi)容,促進(jìn)我市冬季休閑體育更快、更好的發(fā)展作出有益的探索。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)近年來(lái),哈爾濱市冬季休閑體育事業(yè)發(fā)展較快,已經(jīng)成為人們?nèi)粘Ｉ畹闹匾M成部分。(2)哈爾濱市冬季休閑體育參與及消費(fèi)人群中,男性數(shù)量略高于女性,中老年等休閑時(shí)間較多的人的數(shù)量高于工作和學(xué)業(yè)繁忙的人群。學(xué)生的主要冬季體育活動(dòng)多有學(xué)校組織進(jìn)行,個(gè)人自發(fā)行為較少。冬季休閑體育消費(fèi)者中,企業(yè)職員、私營(yíng)業(yè)主,事業(yè)單位職員、公務(wù)員為主要人群,74.8%的消費(fèi)者年收入在2萬(wàn)元以上。(3)哈爾濱市南崗、道理、道外、香坊四個(gè)主城區(qū)的冬季休閑體育參與及消費(fèi)者數(shù)量高于平房、松北、阿城、呼蘭四個(gè)城區(qū)。離主城區(qū)較近的平房、松北兩個(gè)城區(qū)高于離主城區(qū)較遠(yuǎn)的阿城、呼蘭兩個(gè)城區(qū),其主要原因是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展程度和交通便利度不同。(4)哈爾濱市居民對(duì)于健身消費(fèi)的意愿不強(qiáng),一方面是因?yàn)榻∩硐M(fèi)意識(shí)的落后,另一方面是因?yàn)楣芯用竦娜司杖胼^低。(5)場(chǎng)地、設(shè)施資源數(shù)量、分布合理化,消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)多樣化,項(xiàng)目設(shè)置多元化、時(shí)尚化,消費(fèi)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格合理化,健身指導(dǎo)身邊化,宣傳日�；枪枮I市冬季休閑體育消費(fèi)者的需求現(xiàn)狀。(6)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員數(shù)量非常低,多由非專業(yè)人士兼任或臨時(shí)聘請(qǐng),不利于長(zhǎng)期開(kāi)展社區(qū)群眾體育工作。由于職能不清,收入低,保障性差,且不受重視,因此體育專業(yè)人才一般不原因從事這個(gè)工作。(7)人們一般選擇在雙休日或節(jié)假日進(jìn)行冬季休閑體育活動(dòng),這與以往的研究一致,且不受季節(jié)影響。而選擇晨練的人群多數(shù)為離退休的中老年人群。(8)多數(shù)人采取每周一次的活動(dòng)頻率,持續(xù)時(shí)間多在1-2小時(shí)之內(nèi),主要是因?yàn)闅夂虻暮浜凸ぷ鞯姆泵?人們?nèi)匀挥休^強(qiáng)烈的“貓冬”思想。鑒于以上結(jié)論,我提出的建議是:(1)政府、體育局對(duì)全省冬季休閑體育場(chǎng)館設(shè)施、數(shù)量進(jìn)行科學(xué)規(guī)劃,合理布局;(2)加強(qiáng)冬季休閑體育設(shè)施建設(shè)與維護(hù).;(3)政府、體育局積極組織、承辦冬季休閑體育項(xiàng)目國(guó)際性賽事,增加觀賞性消費(fèi)活動(dòng)內(nèi)容,均衡消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu);(4)努力創(chuàng)新,開(kāi)發(fā)適合哈爾濱市方便可行的冬季休閑體育項(xiàng)目;(5)哈爾濱市政府為主導(dǎo),外樹(shù)形象,內(nèi)樹(shù)政策,推進(jìn)全社會(huì)冬季休閑體育活動(dòng)氛圍。并加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的運(yùn)用,舉辦國(guó)際性賽事,提高城市知名度,提高項(xiàng)目普及度,消費(fèi)者參與度。最終多角度、全方位實(shí)現(xiàn)冬季休閑體育宣傳工作。;(6)培養(yǎng)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's living standard, leisure sports is becoming an indispensable part of people's daily life. The unique ice and snow resources and superior geographical position of Harbin have laid a good natural foundation for the development of ice and snow leisure sports and ice and snow sports industry in our city. In recent years, the government has strongly supported it. Under the help of the winter leisure sports industry has entered a period of rapid development, making the study of winter leisure sports participation and consumption situation has the significance of the times. This paper mainly adopts the literature data method, field survey method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, logic analysis method and other research methods to Harbin winter leisure sports ginseng In order to make a clear understanding of the basic characteristics of the people participating in the winter leisure sports and the consumption situation of the people involved in the city, make clear the main influencing factors and put forward the pertinent suggestions and suggestions. It also enriches the sports culture content of Harbin city in winter and promotes the winter leisure body in our city. The results show that: (1) in recent years, Harbin's winter leisure sports industry has developed rapidly and has become an important part of people's daily life. (2) in the winter leisure sports participation and consumption population in Harbin, the number of men is slightly higher than that of women, and the leisure time of middle and old age is more. The number of people is higher than those of the work and the busy school. The main winter sports activities of the students are organized by schools and less spontaneous behavior. In winter leisure sports consumers, enterprise staff, private owners, public servants, civil servants are the main groups, and 74.8% of the consumer's annual income is over 20 thousand yuan. (3) Nangang, Harbin, In the four main cities of Xiangfang, the winter leisure sports participation and the number of consumers are higher than that of the flat house, Songbei, A Cheng, and Hulan four urban areas. It is close to the home town, and the two districts in Songbei are higher than the far away from the main city of A Cheng and the two urban areas of Hulan. The main reasons are the different economic development and transportation convenience. (4) Harbin The city residents' desire for fitness consumption is not strong, on the one hand because of the backwardness of the awareness of fitness consumption, on the other hand, because of the lower per capita income of the residents of the city. (5) the number of facilities, the rationalization of the number of facilities, the diversification of the consumption structure, the diversification of the project, the rationalization of the price of the consumer products, the development of the fitness guidance, the propaganda and publicity. Day to day is the demand status of leisure sports consumers in Harbin in winter. (6) the number of social sports instructors is very low, mostly by non professionals or temporary employment, which is not conducive to the long-term development of community mass sports work. Because of the lack of functions, low income, poor security, and no attention, sports professionals are generally not engaged in the reasons. This work. (7) people generally choose winter leisure sports activities in winter or holidays, which are consistent with the previous studies and are not affected by the seasons. Most people choose morning exercises for retired middle-aged and elderly people. (8) most people take a weekly frequency of activity for more than 1-2 hours, mainly because of gas. In view of the cold weather and busy work, people still have a strong "cat and winter" idea. In view of the above conclusions, I put forward suggestions: (1) the government, the Sports Bureau has a scientific planning and rational layout of the leisure sports facilities and facilities in winter in the whole province; (2) strengthening the construction and maintenance of leisure sports facilities in winter.
