【摘要】：魯塘村是廣東省清遠(yuǎn)市陽山縣黎埠鎮(zhèn)下的一個(gè)革命老區(qū),也是一個(gè)省級(jí)貧困村,在上級(jí)的指示下,努力把魯塘村建設(shè)為特色的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)鄉(xiāng)村,發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)、旅游業(yè),精準(zhǔn)扶貧,意義重大。魯塘村擁有較豐富的自然資源、水資源、農(nóng)業(yè)景觀、民俗文化景觀資源等,選用魯塘村作為研究案例說明鄉(xiāng)村景觀資源及其在休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用。對(duì)于魯塘村的景觀資源調(diào)查,進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)資料的調(diào)查、當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦牟稍L,實(shí)地景觀資源的勘測(cè)與數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)量,整理景觀資源構(gòu)成統(tǒng)計(jì)并進(jìn)行分析,掌握其自然與人文景觀資源的具體信息,對(duì)其進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)、結(jié)論和規(guī)劃應(yīng)用,總結(jié)出鄉(xiāng)村景觀資源的價(jià)值和功能性——產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)環(huán)境、休閑體驗(yàn)和文化傳播,為休閑農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃提供應(yīng)用依據(jù),得出魯塘村休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的五個(gè)主要功能規(guī)劃——生態(tài)觀光、鄉(xiāng)村體驗(yàn)、休閑養(yǎng)生、文化教育和產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)。依據(jù)魯塘村景觀資源的情況、評(píng)價(jià)與規(guī)劃應(yīng)用,總結(jié)魯塘村景觀資源在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃中的支撐與應(yīng)用。起支撐作用的魯塘村景觀資源是6個(gè)主要景觀資源;進(jìn)行了魯塘村景觀資源如何在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)中的應(yīng)用,本文探討了景觀資源如何在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)中應(yīng)用,從空間結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)劃、功能規(guī)劃、產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃和應(yīng)用景觀資源的景點(diǎn)規(guī)劃等方面探討應(yīng)用。在此基礎(chǔ)上,規(guī)劃了魯塘村休閑農(nóng)業(yè)總規(guī)劃,對(duì)此進(jìn)行了魯塘村休閑農(nóng)業(yè)道路規(guī)劃分析、交通流線分析、景觀流線分析、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)劃、防災(zāi)及安全規(guī)劃、用地規(guī)劃、支撐體系,總結(jié)了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃思路。并進(jìn)行魯塘村景觀資源在主要節(jié)點(diǎn)和次要節(jié)點(diǎn)的具體規(guī)劃分析,總結(jié)出魯塘村景觀資源在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用論述,即鄉(xiāng)村各種景觀觀光應(yīng)用、鄉(xiāng)村農(nóng)業(yè)體驗(yàn)應(yīng)用、鄉(xiāng)村文化應(yīng)用、鄉(xiāng)村休閑活動(dòng)應(yīng)用和鄉(xiāng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)應(yīng)用。為扶貧魯塘村,發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè),進(jìn)行鄉(xiāng)村旅游促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)。但是在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃過程中,會(huì)出現(xiàn)景觀資源的不合理開發(fā)、盲目利用和鄉(xiāng)土景觀的同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象,鄉(xiāng)村旅游的“鄉(xiāng)土性”和“特色性”不再突出,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展受到阻礙,鄉(xiāng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)型也受到影響。對(duì)于鄉(xiāng)村景觀資源的構(gòu)成、開發(fā)與利用的現(xiàn)狀,本文對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村景觀資源分類、評(píng)價(jià)與規(guī)劃應(yīng)用等進(jìn)行深入探討,進(jìn)而豐富鄉(xiāng)村景觀資源理論體系,為鄉(xiāng)村休閑農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃做好應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)指導(dǎo)鄉(xiāng)村景觀資源合理開發(fā)與應(yīng)用實(shí)踐,總結(jié)鄉(xiāng)村景觀資源在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用理論,為類似鄉(xiāng)村休閑農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃做參考。
[Abstract]:Lutang Village is an old revolutionary district under Libu Town, Yangshan County, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province. It is also a poor village at the provincial level. At the instruction of its superiors, it has worked hard to build Lutang Village into a leisure agricultural village characterized by its characteristics, and to develop rural industries and tourism. Accurate poverty alleviation is of great significance. Lutang Village has abundant natural resources, water resources, agricultural landscape, folk culture landscape resources and so on. The village is selected as a case study to illustrate the rural landscape resources and its application in the planning of leisure and sightseeing agriculture. For the investigation of landscape resources in Lutang Village, the investigation of literature, the interview of local residents, the survey and data measurement of field landscape resources, the arrangement and analysis of the composition of landscape resources are carried out. Grasp the specific information of its natural and human landscape resources, evaluate, conclude and apply it, sum up the value and function of rural landscape resources-industrial economy, ecological environment, leisure experience and cultural communication. This paper provides the application basis for the planning of leisure agriculture, and concludes the five main function plans of leisure agriculture in Lutang Village-ecological sightseeing, rural experience, leisure health preservation, cultural education and industrial economy. According to the situation of the landscape resources in Lutang village, the evaluation and application of the landscape resources in Lutang village are summarized, and the support and application of the landscape resources in the planning of leisure agriculture are summarized. The landscape resources of Lutang Village, which play a supporting role, are six main landscape resources, and the application of landscape resources in leisure agriculture is discussed in this paper, and the spatial structure planning of landscape resources is discussed. Function planning, industrial planning and scenic spot planning of landscape resources are discussed and applied. On this basis, the overall planning of leisure agriculture in Lutang Village is planned, and the planning and analysis of road, traffic streamline, landscape streamline, infrastructure planning, disaster prevention and safety planning, land use planning are carried out in Lutang Village. Support system, summed up leisure agriculture planning ideas. And carry on the concrete planning analysis of the Lutang village landscape resources in the main node and the secondary node, sum up the application discussion of the Lutang village landscape resources in the leisure agriculture planning, namely the rural landscape sightseeing application, the rural agriculture experience application, Application of rural culture, rural leisure activities and rural industries. In order to help the poor Lutang Village, the development of leisure agriculture, rural tourism to promote the economy. However, in the planning process of leisure agriculture, there will be unreasonable exploitation of landscape resources, blind utilization and homogenization of local landscape, the "local characteristics" and "characteristics" of rural tourism will no longer stand out, and the development of leisure agriculture will be hindered. Rural industrial development and transformation are also affected. For the composition, development and utilization of rural landscape resources, this paper discusses the classification, evaluation and application of rural landscape resources in order to enrich the theoretical system of rural landscape resources. This paper makes a good application foundation for rural leisure agriculture planning, at the same time instructs the rational development and application practice of rural landscape resources, summarizes the application theory of rural landscape resources in leisure agriculture planning, and makes reference for the similar rural leisure agriculture planning.
