【摘要】:電網(wǎng)公司是關(guān)系到國計(jì)民生問題緊密聯(lián)系的企業(yè),同時(shí)也是人們生活中不可或缺的三大基礎(chǔ)能源之一。電網(wǎng)公司的日常管理工作中涉及電力設(shè)備、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、高壓線路、變電站等電網(wǎng)資產(chǎn)的管理以及企業(yè)內(nèi)部的員工管理、權(quán)限管理和供應(yīng)商的管理等多個(gè)方面。傳統(tǒng)的電網(wǎng)資產(chǎn)管理過程中需要大量的人員進(jìn)行參與,需要人工進(jìn)行設(shè)備校驗(yàn)、信息錄入、線路查看等操作,這種方式不單單會(huì)耗費(fèi)大量的人力資源,并且很容易引起人為操作性的誤差,更為嚴(yán)重的是會(huì)影響到電網(wǎng)資產(chǎn)管理的準(zhǔn)確度以及安全性能。除此之外,傳統(tǒng)的管理模式缺少系統(tǒng)化的財(cái)務(wù)分析管理和資產(chǎn)運(yùn)營管理,從而導(dǎo)致資產(chǎn)投入過度、資產(chǎn)剩余、投入產(chǎn)出不成比例、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益增長率低等問題。針對上述問題,設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)一款面向運(yùn)營效率優(yōu)化的電網(wǎng)資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)勢在必行。面向運(yùn)營效率優(yōu)化的電網(wǎng)資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)采用B/S模式的總體系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),采用JAVA語言進(jìn)行開發(fā),在設(shè)計(jì)過程中參照MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)模塊設(shè)計(jì),遵循面向?qū)ο笥嘘P(guān)的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)思想,同時(shí)對系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的模塊功能進(jìn)行封裝。應(yīng)用Spring、Struts、Hibernate框架實(shí)現(xiàn)所要設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行模塊化的管理,不顯示具體業(yè)務(wù)邏輯所需要的技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。利用myeclipse工具對所設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,對系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過程中所涉及到的類以及包進(jìn)行綜合性的管理,并且,應(yīng)用UML語言對系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的過程進(jìn)行較為詳細(xì)的描述以及分析,通過協(xié)作圖、類圖、時(shí)序圖等方式來對系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)以及流程進(jìn)行相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)等。在管理系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)方面,采用Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫對系統(tǒng)所相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)并對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)主要包括系統(tǒng)管理、電網(wǎng)資產(chǎn)管理、資產(chǎn)運(yùn)營效率管理、財(cái)務(wù)仿真和查詢管理等五個(gè)模塊功能。系統(tǒng)管理包括人員管理和權(quán)限管理兩部分;電網(wǎng)資產(chǎn)管理包括固定資產(chǎn)的臺(tái)賬管理、供應(yīng)商的管理、資產(chǎn)的檔案管理和資產(chǎn)的報(bào)廢管理四種功能;資產(chǎn)運(yùn)營效率管理中包括資產(chǎn)組的投入產(chǎn)出管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析模型的管理、資產(chǎn)組的價(jià)值評估管理;財(cái)務(wù)仿真模型包括財(cái)務(wù)活動(dòng)管理、仿真模型管理、財(cái)務(wù)分析與統(tǒng)計(jì)三部分;查詢管理主要是對查詢功能的管理。本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)現(xiàn)與推廣應(yīng)用能夠減輕電網(wǎng)公司內(nèi)部員工的工作壓力,提高電網(wǎng)資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的整體效率。除了上述積極的意義之外,本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過程中應(yīng)用了先進(jìn)的開發(fā)架構(gòu)以及設(shè)計(jì)理念,填補(bǔ)了國內(nèi)相關(guān)研究的缺乏之處。
[Abstract]:Power grid company is closely related to the national economy and people's livelihood issues, and is also one of the three essential energy sources in people's lives. The daily management of power grid company involves the management of power equipment, engine, high-voltage line, substation and other power network assets, as well as the management of employees, authority management and supplier management within the enterprise. Traditional power grid asset management process requires a large number of personnel to participate in, need to manually check equipment, information input, line inspection and other operations, this way will not only consume a large number of human resources, And it is easy to cause the error of artificial operation, what is more serious is that it will affect the accuracy and security performance of power network asset management. In addition, the traditional management mode lacks systematic financial analysis management and asset operation management, which leads to excessive investment of assets, surplus of assets, disproportionate input-output, low economic growth rate and so on. To solve the above problems, it is imperative to design and implement a grid asset management system oriented to operational efficiency optimization. The power network asset management system oriented to the optimization of operation efficiency adopts the overall system architecture of B / S mode, and uses JAVA language to develop the system module. The system module is designed according to the MVC design pattern in the process of design. Following the object-oriented related design ideas, at the same time the system-related module functions are encapsulated. The application of Spring Struts hibernate framework to achieve the design of the system functions for modular management, does not show the specific business logic required by the technical implementation method. The system is constructed with myeclipse tools, the classes and packages involved in the system design are managed comprehensively, and the process of system design is described and analyzed in detail by using UML language. Through collaboration diagram, class diagram, timing diagram and so on to carry on the related design and so on to the system business and the flow. In the aspect of data management system, Oracle database is used to store the relevant data and design and implement the system. The system includes five modules: system management, power network asset management, asset operation efficiency management, financial simulation and query management. System management includes two parts: personnel management and authority management, power network asset management includes fixed assets account management, supplier management, asset file management and asset scrapping management. The efficiency management of asset operation includes the input-output management of the asset group, the management of the statistical analysis model, the value evaluation management of the asset group, the financial simulation model including the financial activity management, the simulation model management, the financial analysis and statistics. Query management is the management of query function. The implementation and application of the system can reduce the working pressure of the employees in the power grid company and improve the overall efficiency of the power grid asset management business. In addition to the above positive significance, the design process of this system has applied the advanced development framework and design concept to fill the lack of domestic related research.
