【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟體制的不斷完善,我國經(jīng)濟正由財政主導(dǎo)型向市場主導(dǎo)型轉(zhuǎn)變。金融結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性直接影響市場資金有效配置,資金的有效配置決定著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化調(diào)整。因此,金融結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展影響著整體經(jīng)濟的長期穩(wěn)定增長。如何構(gòu)建運行良好的金融體系促進資本市場發(fā)展?如何運用金融結(jié)構(gòu)提高產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的服務(wù)效率?如何根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的金融結(jié)構(gòu)來引導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,是擺在當(dāng)下的重要課題。在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中,金融結(jié)構(gòu)通過發(fā)揮其資金融通功能為市場經(jīng)濟中的產(chǎn)業(yè)部門提供相應(yīng)的金融支持;同時將資金從夕陽產(chǎn)業(yè)及劣勢產(chǎn)業(yè)抽離出來,進而轉(zhuǎn)移到新興優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)。金融結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展在生產(chǎn)方式轉(zhuǎn)變、資本要素配置、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整等方面起著“指揮棒”的作用。金融業(yè)作為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的一部分,其自身的做大做強、結(jié)構(gòu)體系優(yōu)化便是對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)最直接的調(diào)整。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)作為國民經(jīng)濟的重要基石,其轉(zhuǎn)型調(diào)整主要依賴于市場經(jīng)濟方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,而金融市場又是經(jīng)濟市場的核心。由此可見,金融結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在穩(wěn)定關(guān)聯(lián)性,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整離不開金融結(jié)構(gòu)的支持。本文研究思路按照:定義界定—描述現(xiàn)狀—理論分析—實證分析—總結(jié)建議。具體而言:首先我國正處于經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型時期,金融結(jié)構(gòu)對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的作用越來越明顯。金融結(jié)構(gòu)的完善,金融總量的擴張直接影響著資金的流向。金融結(jié)構(gòu)已成為社會資源運行的樞紐。因此,本文研究金融結(jié)構(gòu)對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整是十分必要的。其次,在研究金融結(jié)構(gòu)對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整影響之前,先要對全國及各區(qū)域金融結(jié)構(gòu)初始條件和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展現(xiàn)況進行簡單介紹。本文將全國各區(qū)域金融結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)整理成圖表,描述我國金融結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀。只有對經(jīng)濟整體水平、發(fā)展方式、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、金融結(jié)構(gòu)等有詳盡的把握,才能更好的對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變提出合理的整治意見。再次,本文選取2004年至2013年的28個省份相關(guān)金融結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)的年度數(shù)據(jù),運用單位根檢驗、協(xié)整檢驗、通過面板數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建雙對數(shù)模型等計量方法分析金融結(jié)構(gòu)對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整影響,再對東、中、西各區(qū)域差異進行比較。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)對全國而言,金融結(jié)構(gòu)各指標(biāo)對中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整存在顯著正向影響。(2)對區(qū)域而言,由于各區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有所不同,金融結(jié)構(gòu)參差不齊,故各因素影響程度存在差異;金融市場越發(fā)達地區(qū),金融結(jié)構(gòu)對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整效應(yīng)越大;反之亦然。最后,根據(jù)實證結(jié)果可知,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級調(diào)整必須從影響因素入手。為此,本文從深化金融體制改革、落實金融政策、著力解決中小企業(yè)融資難等方面提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of economic system, China's economy is changing from financial-oriented to market-oriented.The rationality of financial structure directly affects the effective allocation of market funds, and the effective allocation of funds determines the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure.Therefore, the coordinated development of financial structure and industry affects the long-term stable growth of the whole economy.How to build a well-functioning financial system to promote the development of capital markets?How to use financial structure to improve the service efficiency of industrial economy?How to guide the adjustment of industrial structure according to the existing financial structure is an important issue at present.In the development of modern economy, the financial structure provides the corresponding financial support for the industrial departments in the market economy by giving play to its function of financing, and at the same time, draws the funds from the sunset industry and the inferior industry, and then transfers the funds to the emerging superior industries.The development of financial structure plays a "baton" role in the transformation of production mode, the allocation of capital elements and the adjustment of industrial structure.As a part of the tertiary industry, the financial industry becomes bigger and stronger, and the optimization of the structure system is the most direct adjustment to the industrial structure.Industrial structure as an important cornerstone of national economy, its transformation and adjustment mainly depends on the transformation of the market economy, and the financial market is the core of the economic market.It can be seen that there is a stable correlation between financial structure and industrial structure, and the adjustment of industrial structure can not be separated from the support of financial structure.According to the definition-description of the current situation-theoretical analysis-empirical analysis-summary of recommendations.To be more specific: first of all, China is in the period of economic transformation, and the role of financial structure in industrial structure adjustment is becoming more and more obvious.The perfection of the financial structure and the expansion of the total amount of finance directly affect the flow of funds.Financial structure has become the hub of social resources.Therefore, this article studies the financial structure to the industrial structure adjustment is very necessary.Secondly, before studying the influence of financial structure on industrial structure adjustment, we should briefly introduce the initial conditions of financial structure and the present situation of industrial structure development in China and other regions.In this paper, the data of regional financial structure and industrial structure in China are arranged into charts, and the present situation of financial structure and industrial structure in China is described.Only with a detailed grasp of the overall level of the economy, the mode of development, the industrial structure, the financial structure, and so on, can we better put forward reasonable suggestions for the transformation of the industrial structure.Thirdly, this paper selects the annual data of financial structure and industrial structure indicators of 28 provinces from 2004 to 2013, using unit root test and cointegration test.Through panel data to construct double logarithmic model and other econometric methods to analyze the impact of financial structure on industrial structure adjustment, and then to compare the regional differences between east, middle and west.The results show that, for the whole country, the financial structure indicators have a significant positive impact on the adjustment of China's industrial structure.) for the regions, the financial structure is uneven because of the different regional economic development.Therefore, the degree of influence of various factors is different; the more developed financial market, the greater the effect of financial structure on industrial structure adjustment; vice versa.Finally, according to the empirical results, the upgrading of industrial structure must start from the factors.Therefore, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions from the aspects of deepening the reform of financial system, implementing financial policies, and focusing on solving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.
