【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力的提升和廣大民眾對(duì)于體育需求的增加,籃球賽事的成功舉辦成為各地政府和企業(yè)發(fā)展體育產(chǎn)業(yè),提升城市的形象的重要手段。而賽事安全保障的運(yùn)作無(wú)疑是賽事成功舉辦的基石。而經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)復(fù)雜多變的安全形勢(shì)以及恐怖主義的蔓延等現(xiàn)象,使得體育賽事安保面臨的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。因此對(duì)賽事安保的研究有重大意義。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、觀察法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法對(duì)中國(guó)籃球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽山西賽區(qū)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀眾關(guān)于賽事安保的滿意度進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,并運(yùn)用SPSS20.0對(duì)所收集到的問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)地調(diào)研來(lái)闡述山西賽區(qū)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀眾的滿意度情況,進(jìn)而針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,為CBA賽事安保的未來(lái)發(fā)展提供數(shù)據(jù)參考。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀眾對(duì)山西賽區(qū)賽事安保滿意度的量表由3個(gè)因子構(gòu)成,即安保服務(wù)性、安保認(rèn)知性、安保專業(yè)性,通過(guò)一致性檢驗(yàn)得出該問(wèn)卷有較好的信度和效度。(2)從本文的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果來(lái)看,山西賽區(qū)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀眾具有較高的安全防范意識(shí),并且現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀眾對(duì)山西賽區(qū)賽事安�？傮w滿意度情況一般,未達(dá)到滿意狀態(tài)。相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō),滿意度較高的前五個(gè)分別是安保檢查的流程、入場(chǎng)時(shí)液體的檢查收繳、檢票入場(chǎng)時(shí)的秩序、場(chǎng)館座椅的安全、存包的服務(wù)。滿意度較低的后五個(gè)分別是退場(chǎng)時(shí)人車分流的管理狀況、對(duì)中場(chǎng)吸煙者的管理、安保的整體水平、保安賽中突發(fā)事件的處置、保安的服務(wù)態(tài)度。(3)由于觀眾與賽事安保接觸的時(shí)間長(zhǎng)度、內(nèi)容角度、側(cè)重點(diǎn)有所不同,不同性別、安保關(guān)注度、不同安保了解程度的觀眾對(duì)安保專業(yè)性評(píng)價(jià)有所不同,不同賽季數(shù)量的觀眾對(duì)安保服務(wù)性評(píng)價(jià)有所不同。(4)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀眾較好安全防范意識(shí)會(huì)提高安保服務(wù)要求,進(jìn)而影響現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀眾的賽事安保滿意度,此外有關(guān)CBA賽事安保的針對(duì)性較高的文獻(xiàn),以及調(diào)查的樣本量有限,致使研究的深度和客觀性也受到一定的影響�；诂F(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀眾對(duì)賽事安保滿意度的評(píng)價(jià),提出補(bǔ)齊安保短板;建立群眾主動(dòng)安保的意識(shí);構(gòu)建賽區(qū)安保服務(wù)星級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等建議。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of our country's comprehensive national strength and the increase of the public's demand for sports, the successful holding of basketball games has become an important means for local governments and enterprises to develop the sports industry and enhance the image of the city.The safety and security of the event is undoubtedly the cornerstone of the success of the event.However, the complex and changeable security situation and the spread of terrorism make the security of sports events face severe challenges.Therefore, the study of race security is of great significance.This research adopts the literature method, the observation method, the questionnaire survey method, the mathematical statistics method, the logic analysis method to carry on the investigation and the research to the Chinese basketball professional league tournament Shanxi match area spot audience's satisfaction about the match security.And use SPSS20.0 to collect the questionnaire to carry on the statistical analysis, combine the field investigation to expound the Shanxi match area scene audience satisfaction situation, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasure in view of the existing problem.For the future development of CBA event security to provide data reference.The results show that the scale of the audience's satisfaction with the security of the Shanxi tournament is composed of three factors, namely, security service, security cognition, security professionalism.Through consistency test, the questionnaire has good reliability and validity. (2) from the analysis of the investigation data of this paper, it can be seen that the audience of Shanxi match area has a higher sense of safety and precaution.And the overall satisfaction of the audience to the Shanxi tournament security is general, did not reach the state of satisfaction.Relatively, the top five with higher satisfaction are the process of security inspection, the inspection and collection of liquid during admission, the order of admission, the safety of venue seats, and the service of storing bags.The last five with lower satisfaction were the management of passenger and vehicle diversion, the management of smokers in midfield, the overall level of security, and the handling of unexpected events in the security match.Due to the length of time, the content angle, the emphasis of the audience, the different gender, the security attention, the different level of security knowledge, the audience has different evaluation of the security professional, because of the length of time, the content angle, and the emphasis of the audience's contact with the event security security.The number of viewers in different seasons has different evaluation of security service. 4) the better safety awareness of the audience will improve the security service requirements, and then affect the security satisfaction of the audience.In addition, the research depth and objectivity are also affected by the high pertinence literature on the security of CBA events and the limited sample size of the investigation.Based on the evaluation of the security satisfaction of the scene audience, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as filling up the security board, establishing the consciousness of the masses' active security, and constructing the star standard of the security service in the competition area, and so on.
