家庭經(jīng)濟水平與本科生文化資本狀況的相關(guān)研究:Z校的個案

【摘要】:本科生成長狀況是一個社會關(guān)切的重要問題,也是衡量高等教育人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的重要指標。根據(jù)法國社會學家布迪厄的資本理論,本科生成長的一個重要維度是其文化資本積累狀況。當今社會,“寒門”能否出“貴子”是一個重要的爭論話題。“貴子”的一個重要維度是文化資本水平。本科生家庭經(jīng)濟狀況與其大學期間的文化資本積累之間存在怎樣的關(guān)系,是一個兼具理論與實踐價值的研究課題。為探究家庭經(jīng)濟水平與本科生文化資本狀況之間的相關(guān),研究根據(jù)布迪厄的文化資本理論,將本科生的文化資本分為具體、客體和制度三種形式:具體形式文化資本是指主體的文化能力,包括語言能力和人格類型等;客體形式的文化資本指的是主體所擁有的文化產(chǎn)品;制度形式的文化資本則是主體所獲得的制度性資格與地位。對國內(nèi)外本科生家庭經(jīng)濟水平及其文化資本相關(guān)的文獻進行梳理會發(fā)現(xiàn),對家庭經(jīng)濟水平的研究主要集中于量化測量,以及家庭經(jīng)濟水平對學生學業(yè)成績的可能影響上,而對文化資本的關(guān)注集中在文化資本的理論思辨以及文化資本與學生成長之間的關(guān)系等方面,本科生家庭經(jīng)濟水平與其文化資本狀況的相關(guān)研究有待深入。研究參考蘇麗婉(Sullivan)和約翰·諾布爾(John Noble)等的研究,改編了文化資本測量量表;另外,研究綜合參考了國家統(tǒng)計局《2014中國統(tǒng)計年鑒》公布的居民收入情況,借用吳斌珍等的研究成果,以及周蜀溪的《家庭經(jīng)濟狀況測量量表》,編制了家庭經(jīng)濟水平與本科生文化資本狀況相關(guān)研究的調(diào)查問卷。研究采用問卷調(diào)查的方法,在一所省屬師范大學(Z校)隨機抽取了340名本科生作為樣本采集數(shù)據(jù),對本科生家庭經(jīng)濟水平與其文化資本狀況之間的相關(guān)進行量化考察。通過差異分析、因子分析、相關(guān)分析和回歸分析,研究得出以下結(jié)論:不同家庭經(jīng)濟水平的本科生,其文化資本狀況存在顯著差異;本科生的文化資本主要包含文化活動、文化知識、文化品位和社會關(guān)注四個主因子;家庭經(jīng)濟水平與本科生文化資本狀況之間呈顯著中度正相關(guān);通過構(gòu)建家庭經(jīng)濟水平與本科生文化資本狀況的回歸模型,可以預測本科生的文化資本狀況。在如上發(fā)現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,研究建議大學精準有效地資助家庭經(jīng)濟弱勢本科生;增強校園文化氛圍,使本科生有條件參與文化資本積累活動;有針對性地教育與鼓勵家庭經(jīng)濟弱勢本科生主動提升個體文化資本積累,以促進其自身成長。反思整個研究,個案研究具有重要學術(shù)價值,后續(xù)更大范圍的探索值得期待。
[Abstract]:The growth of undergraduate students is an important issue of social concern and an important index to measure the quality of higher education personnel training.According to the capital theory of French sociologist Bourdieu, an important dimension of undergraduate growth is the accumulation of cultural capital.Nowadays, it is an important issue to discuss whether Hanmen can produce Guizi.An important dimension of Guizi is the level of cultural capital.The relationship between the family economic status of undergraduates and the accumulation of cultural capital during their college years is a research subject of both theoretical and practical value.In order to explore the correlation between the family economic level and the cultural capital status of undergraduate students, according to Bourdieu's theory of cultural capital, the cultural capital of undergraduate students is divided into specific.The concrete form of cultural capital refers to the cultural ability of the subject, including the language ability and the type of personality, and the object form of cultural capital refers to the cultural products owned by the subject.The cultural capital in the form of institution is the institutional qualification and status obtained by the subject.By combing the literature on the family economic level and its cultural capital of undergraduate students at home and abroad, it is found that the research on the family economic level mainly focuses on the quantitative measurement and the possible influence of the family economic level on the students' academic achievement.However, the focus on cultural capital is focused on the theoretical speculation of cultural capital and the relationship between cultural capital and students' growth. The research on the economic level of undergraduate family and the status of cultural capital needs to be further studied.The study has adapted the Cultural Capital Measurement scale from the studies of Su Li-wan, Sullivan and John Noble, etc. In addition, the study synthetically refers to the income situation of residents published by the National Bureau of Statistics < 2014 China Statistical Yearbook.Based on the research results of Wu Bin et al and Zhou Shuxi's "Family Economic status Measurement scale", a questionnaire was compiled to investigate the correlation between the family economic level and the cultural capital status of undergraduates.In this study, 340 undergraduates were randomly selected from a provincial normal university to collect data, and the correlation between their family economic level and their cultural capital status was investigated quantitatively.Through difference analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: there are significant differences in the cultural capital status of undergraduates with different family economic levels, and the cultural capital of undergraduate students mainly includes cultural activities.There are four main factors of cultural knowledge, cultural taste and social concern; there is a significant moderate positive correlation between family economic level and undergraduate cultural capital status; by constructing a regression model between family economic level and undergraduate cultural capital status,We can predict the cultural capital of undergraduates.On the basis of the above findings, the study suggests that universities should provide accurate and effective financial assistance to underprivileged undergraduates, enhance the campus cultural atmosphere and enable undergraduates to participate in cultural capital accumulation activities.In order to promote their own growth, we should educate and encourage the underprivileged undergraduates of family economy to actively promote the accumulation of individual cultural capital.Reflecting on the whole study, the case study has important academic value, and the further exploration is worth looking forward to.
