【摘要】:隨著教育信息化的普及一般高校都有信息化管理系統(tǒng),可以管理學(xué)校信息、教師信息、學(xué)生信息和成績信息等,并且配備專門的數(shù)據(jù)庫或者數(shù)據(jù)集群存儲這些信息,建立的信息化管理系統(tǒng)比如:高校學(xué)生成績管理系統(tǒng)、學(xué)生選課系統(tǒng)、學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)、學(xué)校教師考核管理系統(tǒng)等。這些基礎(chǔ)的信息系統(tǒng)為高校信息化建設(shè)起到不小作用,可以從一定程度上提高教師和教務(wù)人員的辦公效率,但是這些信息系統(tǒng)普遍只是信息的統(tǒng)計(jì)和維護(hù),從數(shù)據(jù)表現(xiàn)獲取統(tǒng)計(jì)信息難以挖掘隱藏在數(shù)據(jù)中的更具價值的信息。如何有效利用這些數(shù)據(jù)從這些數(shù)據(jù)中提取和挖掘有價值的信息,從而為學(xué)校以及教師提供輔助決策,真正意義上提高辦學(xué)水平和質(zhì)量成為值得關(guān)注的問題。本文主要研究的是學(xué)生成績管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)以及數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)在系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用。采用工程化的開發(fā)方式從系統(tǒng)需求分析、系統(tǒng)概要設(shè)計(jì)和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)到系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)和測試,在高校成績管理系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),從不同的角度、不同的層次來查找各門課程成績之間的相互關(guān)系和學(xué)生的成績與學(xué)生的自身學(xué)習(xí)條件及行為間的關(guān)系,為提高教學(xué)管理質(zhì)量的提高提供重要依據(jù)。論文的主要工作為:一、在閱讀大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,調(diào)研高校成績管理系統(tǒng)和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析構(gòu)建基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的高校管理系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性和技術(shù)可行性。二、設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)高校管理系統(tǒng),應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)進(jìn)行學(xué)生成績的挖掘。采用軟件工程化開發(fā)方式和.NET技術(shù)路線,對系統(tǒng)的功能進(jìn)行編碼實(shí)現(xiàn),完成了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。三、使用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)中關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則和分類規(guī)則技術(shù)對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行學(xué)生成績數(shù)據(jù)分析和知識發(fā)現(xiàn),通過簡單的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)—關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘和分類規(guī)則挖掘兩種技術(shù)在系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用,并給出數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證和解釋。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of educational informatization, general colleges and universities have information management systems, which can manage school information, teacher information, student information and achievement information, and provide special databases or data clusters to store these information.The information management system is established, such as: college student achievement management system, student course selection system, student student status management system, school teacher assessment management system and so on.These basic information systems play a significant role in the information construction of colleges and universities, and can improve the office efficiency of teachers and educational staff to a certain extent. However, these information systems are generally just statistics and maintenance of information.Obtaining statistical information from data representation is difficult to mine more valuable information hidden in data.How to effectively use these data to extract and mine valuable information from these data, thus to provide auxiliary decision for schools and teachers, and to improve the level and quality of running a school in a real sense has become a problem worthy of attention.This paper mainly studies the development of student achievement management system and the application of data mining technology in the system.Using the engineering development method from the system requirement analysis, the system outline design and the detailed design, the system realization and the test, the application data mining technology in the university achievement management system, from the different angle,In order to improve the quality of teaching management, we can find out the relationship between the achievement of each course and the relationship between the students' achievement and the students' own learning conditions and behaviors at different levels.The main work of this paper is as follows: first, on the basis of reading a large number of documents, the paper investigates the present situation of the research on the achievement management system and data mining technology in colleges and universities, and analyzes the economic and technical feasibility of constructing the university management system based on data mining.Second, design and develop university management system, apply data mining technology to mine students' scores.The software engineering development method and. Net technology route are adopted to realize the function of the system and the development of the system is completed.Third, using association rules and classification rules in data mining technology to analyze students' achievement data and discover knowledge.Through simple statistical analysis and data mining techniques, association rule mining and classification rule mining are applied in the system, and the data verification and interpretation are given.
