中小學(xué)校園欺凌問題及其對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著改革開放的深入,我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平得到了極大地發(fā)展。但是中小學(xué)生校園欺凌行為卻履見不鮮,嚴(yán)重影響中小學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展。在國家新型城鎮(zhèn)化的時(shí)代背景下,中小學(xué)校園欺凌也呈現(xiàn)出了新的特點(diǎn)和表現(xiàn)形式。中小學(xué)生校園欺凌行為現(xiàn)狀,有什么特點(diǎn),中小學(xué)校園欺凌發(fā)生的原因是什么,預(yù)防和干預(yù)的措施有哪些?正確的剖析和解決這些問題有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。通過梳理和總結(jié)法制網(wǎng)、中國法律統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒、媒體等對(duì)已經(jīng)曝光報(bào)道的校園欺凌相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)當(dāng)前我國中小學(xué)生校園欺凌的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析。根據(jù)法制網(wǎng)等近年來有關(guān)未成年人相關(guān)案例的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),可以了解到當(dāng)前中小學(xué)生校園欺凌具有普遍性、多樣性、組織性等特點(diǎn),根據(jù)以上的文獻(xiàn)分析及實(shí)地調(diào)查訪問中小學(xué)校園欺凌的現(xiàn)狀,并從社會(huì)因素、學(xué)校因素、家庭因素和個(gè)人因素四個(gè)方面分析了中小學(xué)生校園欺凌產(chǎn)生的原因。中學(xué)生校園欺凌影響因素較為復(fù)雜,家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)等多個(gè)因素相互交織、相互作用,只有找準(zhǔn)了中學(xué)生校園欺凌產(chǎn)生的原因,才能有針對(duì)性地提出干預(yù)中小學(xué)生校園欺凌的有效對(duì)策。根據(jù)史密斯的欺負(fù)問卷并結(jié)合地域?qū)嶋H情況,設(shè)置了中小學(xué)生欺凌調(diào)查問卷,通過調(diào)查法實(shí)地調(diào)查南寧市九年一貫制A中學(xué)校園欺凌現(xiàn)狀得出調(diào)查結(jié)果,對(duì)中小學(xué)校園欺凌現(xiàn)狀及產(chǎn)生的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,分析現(xiàn)階段我國應(yīng)對(duì)校園欺凌的防控措施,對(duì)國內(nèi)外校園欺凌防控措施進(jìn)行比較研究,借鑒其他國家的教育管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合地域?qū)嶋H情況,歸納現(xiàn)階段的校園欺凌防控措施的不足,研究建立多方面綜合性防控體系,并將家庭教育作為中小學(xué)教育階段校園欺凌防控措施中的重點(diǎn)和突破口,建立三教合一防控體系。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, China's economic level has been greatly developed.But the bullying behavior of primary and middle school students is not uncommon, which seriously affects the physical and mental development of primary and middle school students.Under the background of new urbanization, bullying in primary and middle schools also presents new characteristics and forms.What are the characteristics of bullying behavior of primary and secondary school students, what are the causes of bullying in primary and secondary schools, and what are the prevention and intervention measures?Correct analysis and solution of these problems have important practical value.This paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of campus bullying among primary and middle school students in China by combing and summing up the network of legal system, Chinese legal statistics yearbook, media and so on.According to the statistics on the relevant cases of minors in recent years, such as the legal system Network, we can understand that bullying on the campus of primary and secondary school students has the characteristics of universality, diversity, organization, and so on.According to the above literature analysis and field investigation to visit the status quo of bullying in primary and secondary schools, and from the social factors, school factors, family factors and personal factors to analyze the causes of bullying in primary and secondary schools.The influencing factors of middle school students' bullying on campus are more complicated. Many factors, such as family, school, society and so on, interweave and interact with each other. Only by finding out the causes of bullying on campus of middle school students,Only then can we put forward effective countermeasures to interfere with the bullying of primary and middle school students.According to Smith's bullying questionnaire and the actual situation of the region, a questionnaire was set up to investigate bullying of primary and middle school students, and the results were obtained by investigating the bullying situation of Nanning Nanning Nanning school.This paper analyzes the current situation of bullying in primary and secondary schools and its influencing factors, analyzes the measures to prevent and control bullying on campus in our country at the present stage, makes a comparative study on the measures of preventing and controlling bullying on campus at home and abroad, and draws lessons from the educational management experience of other countries.Combined with the actual situation of the region, this paper sums up the deficiencies of the current campus bullying prevention and control measures, studies the establishment of a multi-sided comprehensive prevention and control system, and regards family education as the key point and breakthrough in the campus bullying prevention and control measures in the primary and secondary education stage.Establish the system of prevention and control of the three religions in one.
