涇渭電網(wǎng)智能計(jì)量系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案研究

【摘要】:隨著智能電網(wǎng)技術(shù)的提出和發(fā)展,對(duì)電能計(jì)量系統(tǒng)的功能和精度提出了更高的要求,同時(shí)伴隨著電力企業(yè)提高自身經(jīng)營(yíng)效益要求的不斷深化,以及電力客戶對(duì)電力企業(yè)服務(wù)水平要求的不斷提高,加強(qiáng)用電信息的采集與應(yīng)用,搭建電網(wǎng)企業(yè)與電力客戶之間快速有效溝通的橋梁就日益成為企業(yè)提升優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)水平的一項(xiàng)重要工作。 本課題設(shè)計(jì)了一套新型智能計(jì)量系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)以用電信息采集系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ),由電能表(智能終端)、采集終端、通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)、主站等組成,實(shí)現(xiàn)用電信息采集基本功能,并與營(yíng)銷系統(tǒng)、調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)(或能量管理系統(tǒng))聯(lián)合實(shí)現(xiàn)雙向計(jì)量、電力交易、需求響應(yīng)、計(jì)量異常監(jiān)測(cè)、電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)等用電服務(wù)和負(fù)荷控制功能,并隨著技術(shù)發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)分布式電源監(jiān)控、用戶能量管理、定制電力等高級(jí)應(yīng)用功能。該系統(tǒng)為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)和電力用戶之間架起了信息溝通的橋梁,為智能用電服務(wù)組織管理及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供技術(shù)支持,為電力客戶提供智能化、多樣化、互動(dòng)化的用電服務(wù),實(shí)現(xiàn)與電力客戶能量流、信息流、業(yè)務(wù)流的友好互動(dòng),構(gòu)建客戶廣泛參與、市場(chǎng)響應(yīng)迅速、服務(wù)方式靈活、資源配置優(yōu)化、管理高效集約、多方合作共贏的新型供用電模式,不斷提升供電質(zhì)量和服務(wù)品質(zhì),提升智能化、互動(dòng)化服務(wù)能力,逐步提高終端用電效率和電能占終端能源消費(fèi)的比重,并期望隨著系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步的應(yīng)用推廣,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)“電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行全景信息采集、高效負(fù)荷管理、全方位用電服務(wù)”的智能用電服務(wù)目標(biāo)。本系統(tǒng)結(jié)合涇渭工業(yè)園電網(wǎng)的實(shí)際狀況,進(jìn)行了試點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用,并給出了本智能計(jì)量系統(tǒng)對(duì)公司企業(yè)的影響性分析和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析。
[Abstract]:With the development and development of smart grid technology, the function and precision of electric energy metering system are required to be higher, at the same time, with the development of electric power enterprises to improve their own operating efficiency, And the continuous improvement of the service level of electric power enterprises, and the strengthening of the collection and application of power information. Building a bridge between power grid enterprises and power customers to communicate quickly and effectively is increasingly becoming an important task for enterprises to improve the quality of service. A new intelligent metering system is designed in this paper. The system is based on the structure of electric information acquisition system. It is composed of electric energy meter (intelligent terminal, acquisition terminal, communication network, main station, etc.) and realizes the basic function of power information collection. And with marketing system, dispatching automation system (or energy management system) to achieve two-way measurement, electricity trading, demand response, metering abnormal monitoring, power quality monitoring and other power services and load control functions, With the development of technology, the advanced application functions, such as distributed power source monitoring, user energy management, customized electric power, are realized. The system provides a bridge of information communication between power grid enterprises and power users. Provide technical support for intelligent power service organization, management and standards, provide intelligent, diversified and interactive power service for power customers, realize friendly interaction with power customers' energy flow, information flow, business flow, etc. Build a new mode of power supply and power supply with wide participation of customers, rapid market response, flexible service mode, optimized allocation of resources, intensive management, win-win multi-party cooperation, continuous improvement of power supply quality and service quality, and improvement of intelligence. Interactive service ability, gradually improve the terminal power efficiency and the proportion of electricity in terminal energy consumption, and hope that with the further application of the system, gradually realize the "power grid operation panoramic information collection, high-efficiency load management," According to the actual situation of Jingwei Industrial Park power grid, this system has carried on the pilot design application, and has given the influence analysis and the economic benefit analysis of the intelligent metering system to the company enterprise.
