體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP對(duì)大學(xué)生體育行為影響的研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,科技的日益進(jìn)步,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展進(jìn)入了全民時(shí)代,各式各樣與運(yùn)動(dòng)相關(guān)的手機(jī)軟件層出不窮,與此同時(shí),我國體育產(chǎn)業(yè)已步入一個(gè)新的黃金期。作為社會(huì)新技術(shù)、新思想的前沿群體高校大學(xué)生,他們是手機(jī)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)用的主體,同時(shí)也是全民健身產(chǎn)業(yè)的未來支柱和堅(jiān)強(qiáng)后盾,自然會(huì)受到體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP的影響。因此,研究體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP對(duì)大學(xué)生體育行為的影響具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本研究以大同大學(xué)、山西大學(xué)、山西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)、中北大學(xué)、山西師范大學(xué)、運(yùn)城學(xué)院這6所山西省的在校大學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、對(duì)比分析法、邏輯分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了歸納整理,從山西省大學(xué)生接觸體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP入手,了解體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP的特征以及當(dāng)代大學(xué)生獲取體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP的習(xí)慣和方式,分析和研究體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP對(duì)大學(xué)生顯性體育行為和隱性體育行為兩個(gè)方面的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP發(fā)展勢(shì)頭迅猛,調(diào)查大學(xué)生中占80.54%都了解體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP,他們獲得的主要傳播途徑以QQ、微信、微博等社交平臺(tái)傳播,下載體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP的位于前三名的分別是Keep、悅動(dòng)圈和咕咚,使用體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP的目的以計(jì)步、卡路里消耗記錄和獲得運(yùn)動(dòng)計(jì)劃為主;體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP對(duì)山西大學(xué)生的顯性體育行為的影響主要表現(xiàn)對(duì)體育鍛煉頻率、鍛煉時(shí)間、鍛煉強(qiáng)度、鍛煉場(chǎng)地、組織形式以及體育消費(fèi)方面存在顯著影響,對(duì)體育項(xiàng)目沒有顯著性影響;體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP對(duì)隱性體育行為的影響主要表現(xiàn)在對(duì)體育需要、體育動(dòng)機(jī)、體育態(tài)度存在顯著性差異,對(duì)體育價(jià)值觀沒有顯著性影響。針對(duì)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)不準(zhǔn)確、廣告植入等問題,科研團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)該提高其精準(zhǔn)度和科學(xué)性,完善增強(qiáng)對(duì)用戶群體的針對(duì)性,使產(chǎn)品內(nèi)容豐富更加專業(yè)化,設(shè)計(jì)出特色和創(chuàng)新功能;大學(xué)生要合理使用體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP,在體育鍛煉方面應(yīng)該循序漸進(jìn),量力而行,根據(jù)自身具體情況找到適宜的運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和負(fù)荷,在體育消費(fèi)方面,大學(xué)生應(yīng)提高自己對(duì)健康投資的認(rèn)知程度,形成積極的體育消費(fèi)態(tài)度;體育教師通過體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP的軌跡記錄、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃等功能,可以對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行更加客觀的評(píng)價(jià),高?梢愿鶕(jù)季節(jié)或主題活動(dòng)需要,在體育運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP平臺(tái)上推出適當(dāng)?shù)幕顒?dòng)或比賽,組織學(xué)生積極參與到這種具有趣味性的體育鍛煉活動(dòng)當(dāng)中。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy and the progress of science and technology, the development of the mobile Internet has entered the era of the whole people. At the same time, all kinds of mobile phone software related to sports emerge in endlessly. The sports industry of our country has entered a new golden period. As a group of college students with new social technology and new ideas, they are the main body of mobile Internet application, and also the future pillar and strong backing of the national fitness industry. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the influence of sports APP on college students' sports behavior. This study is based on Datong University, Shanxi University, Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Central North University, The college students of Shanxi normal University and Yuncheng University are the objects of investigation. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, comparative analysis, logic analysis and mathematical statistics, the data are summarized and sorted out. Starting with the college students' contact with sports APP in Shanxi province, the characteristics of sports APP and the habits and ways of obtaining sports APP for contemporary college students are understood. This paper analyzes and studies the influence of sports APP on the explicit sports behavior and implicit sports behavior of college students. The results show that the sports APP is developing rapidly. 80.54% of the college students knew about the sports app, and the main ways they got were spread on social platforms such as QQQ, WeChat, Weibo, etc. The main purpose of using sports APP was to calculate steps, record calorie consumption and obtain exercise plan, and the effect of APP on explicit sports behavior of Shanxi college students was mainly related to physical exercise frequency, exercise time and exercise intensity. There is a significant impact on the exercise site, organizational form and sports consumption, but there is no significant impact on sports items. The influence of sports APP on the hidden sports behavior is mainly reflected in sports needs, sports motivation, sports needs, sports motivation, sports activities, sports activities, sports activities, sports activities, sports activities, sports activities. There are significant differences in sports attitude, and there is no significant impact on sports values. In view of the serious homogeneity of sports APP, inaccurate statistics, advertising placement and other problems, scientific research team should improve its accuracy and scientific nature. Perfect and strengthen the pertinence to the user group, make the product rich and professional, design the characteristic and the innovation function; the university student wants to use the sports type APP reasonably, should step by step in the physical exercise aspect, according to the ability, According to their own specific conditions to find the appropriate intensity and load of sports, in sports consumption, college students should improve their health investment cognitive level, and form a positive attitude towards sports consumption; Physical education teachers can make more objective evaluation of college students through the track record, data statistics and training plan of sports APP, and colleges and universities can carry out more objective evaluation according to the needs of seasonal or thematic activities. Appropriate activities or competitions are launched on the sports APP platform, and students are organized to participate in such interesting sports activities.
