商場(chǎng)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)成為新時(shí)代的特色,商場(chǎng)原有管理系統(tǒng)落后、會(huì)員管理粗放、營(yíng)銷方式過(guò)時(shí)等問(wèn)題制約了商場(chǎng)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。本論文源于實(shí)習(xí)單位的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目,是對(duì)北京某商場(chǎng)的管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行重新建設(shè),包括會(huì)員管理、營(yíng)銷管理、數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表、應(yīng)用管理、商場(chǎng)配置五個(gè)模塊,是商場(chǎng)基礎(chǔ)信息的管理系統(tǒng),可以為管理者、商戶、消費(fèi)者提供服務(wù),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)會(huì)員資源的整合、管理和開發(fā)等,對(duì)商場(chǎng)商戶、商場(chǎng)資源進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃和管理,對(duì)商場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等;同時(shí)允許消費(fèi)者通過(guò)微信查詢會(huì)員和商場(chǎng)信息、實(shí)現(xiàn)WiFi連接、停車等,改善了消費(fèi)者購(gòu)物體驗(yàn),提高了商場(chǎng)管理效率和水平,強(qiáng)化了商場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),符合商場(chǎng)發(fā)展需要。本系統(tǒng)使用分布式服務(wù)框架Dubbo進(jìn)行服務(wù)管理,使用SpringMVC+Mybatis框架進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn),使用MySQL存儲(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。本文首先介紹了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)背景,并對(duì)商場(chǎng)管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)和實(shí)施過(guò)程中的一些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行說(shuō)明,對(duì)系統(tǒng)采用的相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行闡述,最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的需求分析、概要設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)、測(cè)試進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的介紹。本人在實(shí)習(xí)期間主要參與了商場(chǎng)管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、測(cè)試等工作,具體工作內(nèi)容如下:(1)前期進(jìn)行大量的調(diào)研和分析,了解行業(yè)背景和工作流程,分析現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的不足和問(wèn)題,查閱文獻(xiàn)資料,針對(duì)性解決問(wèn)題,提出解決方案。(2)參與完成系統(tǒng)的需求分析。對(duì)商場(chǎng)管理系統(tǒng)的功能點(diǎn)和業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行仔細(xì)分析討論,對(duì)工作流程進(jìn)行具體分析,結(jié)合需求完成需求文檔的撰寫。(3)參與完成系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)和功能設(shè)計(jì)。提出合理的軟件架構(gòu),對(duì)可能存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并對(duì)功能模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),參與并完成數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)。(4)負(fù)責(zé)完成系統(tǒng)相關(guān)功能模塊的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)。參與并完成了會(huì)員管理、營(yíng)銷管理、商場(chǎng)配置、應(yīng)用管理、數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表模塊中部分具體功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。(5)參與并完成測(cè)試用例的設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)功能模塊進(jìn)行測(cè)試。(6)在系統(tǒng)上線運(yùn)行之后進(jìn)行日常的維護(hù)工作。該系統(tǒng)上線之后運(yùn)行良好,具有良好的可用性、穩(wěn)定性和安全性,切實(shí)改變了商場(chǎng)管理方式,達(dá)到了商場(chǎng)發(fā)展的預(yù)期目標(biāo),但還有一些地方仍需要改進(jìn),有待本人在日后工作中進(jìn)一步完善。
[Abstract]:With the steady development of China's economy and the Internet, mobile interconnection has become a feature of the new era. The original management system of shopping malls is backward, and the member management is extensive. Some problems such as outdated marketing methods restrict the further development of shopping malls. This paper is based on the actual project of the practical units, and it is to rebuild the management system of a certain shopping mall in Beijing, including member management, marketing management, data report, application management, etc. The store is equipped with five modules, which is a management system for the basic information of the mall. It can provide services for managers, merchants and consumers, and realize the integration, management and development of member resources. The mall resources are unified in planning and management, and the operation of the mall is statistically analyzed. At the same time, consumers are allowed to query members and market information through WeChat to realize WiFi connection, parking and so on, thus improving the shopping experience of consumers. It improves the efficiency and level of market management, strengthens the competitive advantage of shopping malls and meets the needs of market development. This system uses distributed service framework (Dubbo) for service management, and uses SpringMVC Mybatis framework for system implementation. This paper introduces the development background of the system, explains some problems in the construction and implementation of the market management system, expounds the related technologies used in the system, and finally analyzes the requirements of the system. Summary design, detailed design and implementation, detailed introduction of testing. During the practice period, I mainly participated in the requirements analysis, design, development, testing and other work of the market management system. The contents of the specific work are as follows: (1) A large amount of research and analysis was carried out in the early stage, to understand the industry background and work flow, to analyze the shortcomings and problems of the existing system, to consult the literature materials, and to solve the problems in a targeted manner. Put forward the solution. 2) participate in the requirement analysis of the system. Analyze and discuss the function points and business characteristics of the shopping mall management system carefully, analyze the work flow concretely. To complete the system architecture and function design. Put forward the reasonable software architecture, optimize the possible problems, and design the function module. Participate in and complete the database design. 4) responsible for the implementation of the system related functional modules. Participate and complete the membership management, marketing management, market configuration, application management, The realization of some specific functions in the data report module. 5) participating in and completing the design of the test case, and testing the function module. It has good usability, stability and safety, and has changed the management mode of the mall and achieved the expected goal of the development of the mall. However, there are still some areas that need to be improved, to be further improved in my future work.
