【摘要】：在新古典增長模型的基礎(chǔ)上,建立區(qū)域創(chuàng)新發(fā)展β趨同的空間計(jì)量分析模型,采用中部六省2004—2012年的面板數(shù)據(jù),分析了空間效應(yīng)和β趨同效應(yīng)及其成因。研究結(jié)果表明:中部六省自國家提出"中部崛起"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以來,集聚性明顯增強(qiáng),空間聯(lián)系也不斷密切。以發(fā)明專利申請(qǐng)授權(quán)量衡量的省域創(chuàng)新發(fā)展確實(shí)存在條件趨同趨勢(shì),且科研經(jīng)費(fèi)投入對(duì)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的推動(dòng)作用大于研發(fā)人員投入的推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:On the basis of neoclassical growth model, a spatial econometric analysis model of regional innovation and development 尾 convergence is established. The panel data of six central provinces from 2004 to 2012 are used. The spatial effect and 尾 -convergence effect and their causes are analyzed. The results show that the agglomeration of the six central provinces has increased significantly since the development strategy of "the rise of the central region" was put forward. The conditions of provincial innovation development, measured by the amount of patent application authorization, do have the trend of convergence, and the contribution of scientific research funds to innovation development is more important than that of R & D personnel.
