長(zhǎng)期導(dǎo)向?qū)Νh(huán)保創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)績(jī)效關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用研究

【摘要】:據(jù)本文的目的,即推動(dòng)和促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)制造業(yè)進(jìn)行環(huán)保創(chuàng)新的開發(fā)和實(shí)踐出發(fā),探索企業(yè)環(huán)保創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。通過回顧有關(guān)環(huán)保創(chuàng)新、綠色創(chuàng)新、可持續(xù)創(chuàng)新和生態(tài)創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效間關(guān)系的文獻(xiàn)為基礎(chǔ),并利用全球制造業(yè)研究組(GMRG)的調(diào)查問卷和收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行研究和分析。從中選取了美國(guó)、中國(guó)和越南三個(gè)國(guó)家的樣本,剖析了環(huán)保創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)環(huán)境績(jī)效和經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效間的關(guān)系,并引入調(diào)節(jié)變量——長(zhǎng)期導(dǎo)向,研究其在環(huán)保創(chuàng)新和企業(yè)績(jī)效關(guān)系間的調(diào)節(jié)作用。最后驗(yàn)證了資源承諾對(duì)綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理與企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效和環(huán)境績(jī)效關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。利用由全球制造業(yè)研究組(GMRG)收集到的245份問卷,綜合使用SPSS 20.0和AMOS21.0進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、信度檢驗(yàn)、效度檢驗(yàn)等。接著用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,對(duì)問卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合。最后用多元線性回歸對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)變量進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)效用的分析,根據(jù)最終模型對(duì)假設(shè)進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)分析。并根據(jù)我國(guó)制造業(yè)在實(shí)施環(huán)保創(chuàng)新時(shí)的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,對(duì)政府和企業(yè)提出應(yīng)采取的對(duì)策和建議。結(jié)果顯示,企業(yè)的環(huán)保創(chuàng)新在不同程度上對(duì)企業(yè)環(huán)境績(jī)效產(chǎn)生正向影響,但是對(duì)企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效并沒有直接顯著的影響。但是企業(yè)實(shí)行環(huán)保創(chuàng)新所帶來的環(huán)境改善能夠促進(jìn)企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效,即環(huán)境績(jī)效在環(huán)保創(chuàng)新和經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效之間起了完全中介的作用;企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期導(dǎo)向的程度對(duì)企業(yè)環(huán)保創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐和企業(yè)環(huán)境績(jī)效及經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系存在正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:According to the purpose of this paper, that is, to promote and promote the development and practice of environmental protection innovation in manufacturing industry, to explore the internal relationship between enterprise environmental protection innovation and enterprise economic performance. Based on the literature on the relationship between sustainable innovation and ecological innovation and the economic performance of enterprises, and using the questionnaire of the Global Manufacturing Research Group (GMRG) and the collected data to conduct research and analysis. Samples from China and Vietnam analyze the relationship between environmental protection innovation and enterprise environmental performance and economic performance, and introduce adjustment variable-long-term orientation. This paper studies the regulatory role of resource commitment in the relationship between environmental protection innovation and firm performance. Finally, it verifies the regulatory role of resource commitment on the relationship between green supply chain management and enterprise economic performance and environmental performance. The 245 questionnaires collected by GMRG, The descriptive statistical analysis, reliability test, validity test and so on were carried out with SPSS 20.0 and AMOS21.0. Then, the questionnaire data were fitted with structural equation model. Finally, the adjustment utility of regulating variables was analyzed by multivariate linear regression. According to the final model, the hypothesis is tested and analyzed. According to the actual needs of China's manufacturing industry in implementing environmental protection innovation, the countermeasures and suggestions to the government and enterprises are put forward. The results show that, The environmental protection innovation of enterprises has a positive impact on the environmental performance of enterprises in varying degrees. However, there is no direct and significant impact on the economic performance of enterprises. However, the environmental improvement brought about by environmental protection innovation in enterprises can promote the economic performance of enterprises. That is, environmental performance plays a role as a complete intermediary between environmental protection innovation and economic performance, and the degree of long-term enterprise orientation has a positive effect on the relationship between enterprise environmental protection innovation practice and enterprise environmental performance and economic performance.
