烏魯木齊市中學(xué)地理教師職業(yè)倦怠調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:隨著時代的飛速發(fā)展,社會變化日新月異,知識經(jīng)濟方興日盛,人們生活節(jié)奏變得越來越快,職業(yè)壓力也越來越大,現(xiàn)在的人們正面臨著前所未有的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。在我國許多調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn),不斷變更的教育體制、朝著創(chuàng)新方向發(fā)展的教育機制、激烈競爭的教育崗位和不斷深入的素質(zhì)教育,使得對中學(xué)教師的要求變得越來越高,理所當然他們所承受的壓力也就越來越大。在長期重壓氛圍下工作職業(yè)倦怠極易產(chǎn)生。此次對烏魯木齊市(以下統(tǒng)一簡稱為烏市)中學(xué)地理教師進行了職業(yè)倦怠方面的情況調(diào)查,多種方法(文獻分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法及數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計法)結(jié)合多個維度(情緒衰竭、去人性化和個人成就感)展開研究,用SPSS和WPS對所得數(shù)據(jù)進行處理,報告了烏市中學(xué)地理教師在職業(yè)倦怠方面的輕重緩急狀況。進而得出烏市中學(xué)地理教師處于輕度倦怠狀態(tài),經(jīng)過詳細分析還得出了以下結(jié)論:性別、族別和學(xué)校類型在個人成就感維度上有顯著性差異,女中學(xué)地理教師的職業(yè)倦怠程度更高,漢族中學(xué)地理教師的職業(yè)倦怠程度更高,普通學(xué)校的中學(xué)地理教師職業(yè)倦怠程度更高;婚姻狀況、是否為地理專業(yè)和是否擔(dān)任班主任在情緒衰竭維度上存在顯著差異,已婚中學(xué)地理教師職業(yè)倦怠程度更高,非地理專業(yè)的中學(xué)地理教師職業(yè)倦怠程度更高,無擔(dān)任班主任的中學(xué)地理教師職業(yè)倦怠程度更高;任教年級在去人性化維度上存在顯著差異,高中地理教師職業(yè)倦怠程度更高;中學(xué)地理教師在30~40的年齡階段和在11~15的教齡階段職業(yè)倦怠較為明顯。通過對烏市中學(xué)地理教師進行職業(yè)倦怠情況探究后,分析引起倦怠的因素并提出了幾點緩解的意見建議。這幾點建議主要從四個層面展開:社會層面、學(xué)校層面、地理自身學(xué)科層面和地理教師層面。希望做出的幾點思考可以幫助烏市中學(xué)地理教師在職業(yè)發(fā)展道路上盡量遠離職業(yè)倦怠的困擾。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the times, social changes are changing with each passing day, the knowledge economy is flourishing, people's life rhythm is becoming faster and faster, and the pressure of occupation is increasing. Nowadays, people are facing unprecedented challenges. In China, many investigations and studies have found that the changing education system, the educational mechanism that is developing in the direction of innovation, the fiercely competitive educational posts and the deepening quality education, Which makes it more and more demanding for middle school teachers, As a matter of course, the pressure on them is increasing. Job burnout is easy to produce in the long-term stress atmosphere. This time, the teachers of middle school geography in Urumqi city (hereafter referred to as Urumqi) have been subjected to job burnout. A survey of the situation, A variety of methods (literature analysis, questionnaire, interview and data statistics) combined with multiple dimensions (emotional exhaustion, dehumanization and personal accomplishment) were used to process the data with SPSS and WPS. This paper reports on the status of job burnout of geography teachers in middle schools in Wucheng, and draws a conclusion that geography teachers in middle schools in Wucheng are in a state of mild burnout, and the following conclusions are drawn through detailed analysis: gender, gender, gender, gender, gender, gender, gender, gender, gender, gender, gender, There were significant differences between ethnic groups and school types in the dimension of personal achievement. Female middle school geography teachers had higher degree of job burnout and Han middle school geography teachers had higher degree of job burnout. The degree of job burnout of middle school geography teachers in general schools is higher, the marriage status, whether geography major or not and whether as head teacher have significant difference in the dimension of emotional exhaustion, and married middle school geography teachers have higher degree of job burnout. The degree of job burnout of middle school geography teachers with non-geography major is higher than that of middle school geography teachers who do not serve as class teacher, and there are significant differences in the dehumanization dimension of teaching grade, and the job burnout degree of senior high school geography teachers is higher than that of high school geography teachers. The burnout of geography teachers in middle school is obvious at the age of 30 ~ 40 and in the teaching age of 11: 15. Through the investigation of the situation of job burnout of middle school geography teachers in Wucheng, This paper analyzes the factors that cause burnout and puts forward some suggestions to alleviate the burnout. These suggestions are mainly carried out from four aspects: social level, school level, and so on. It is hoped that some thoughts can be made to help middle school geography teachers in Wucheng to keep away from job burnout on their career development path as far as possible.
