基于物元模型的網(wǎng)級高速公路瀝青路面養(yǎng)護(hù)決策研究

【摘要】:隨著高速公路網(wǎng)的不斷完善,高速公路的里程不斷增加,各高速公路路面都存在著不同程度的損壞,但每年的養(yǎng)護(hù)預(yù)算是有限的,難以滿足所有高速公路的養(yǎng)護(hù)需求。因此如何把給定的道路養(yǎng)護(hù)預(yù)算分配到路網(wǎng)中最需要處治的路段上,是高速公路管理部門急需解決的難題。本文以江蘇省高速公路為依托,基于項目級路面養(yǎng)護(hù)管理決策支持系統(tǒng)的研究成果,對高速公路瀝青路面網(wǎng)級決策問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。網(wǎng)級路面養(yǎng)護(hù)決策是一個多因素、多屬性的決策問題。根據(jù)路網(wǎng)的具體特點,采用工程經(jīng)驗結(jié)合專家調(diào)查法,對影響路面養(yǎng)護(hù)決策的因素,包括路面性能和結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度、路面結(jié)構(gòu)材料、交通軸載、路齡和道路的地位等進(jìn)行深入研究,提取其中的主要影響指標(biāo)作為網(wǎng)級養(yǎng)護(hù)決策的特征指標(biāo)。運(yùn)用主客觀聯(lián)系和概率統(tǒng)計方法,研究各因素對路面養(yǎng)護(hù)決策的影響,采用曲線擬合的方法,對各影響指標(biāo)進(jìn)行規(guī)范化評價,將評價指標(biāo)的特征值變換到[0,100]區(qū)間上。對路面結(jié)構(gòu)材料、交通軸載和路齡的的決策影響參數(shù),根據(jù)擬合精度,選取冪函數(shù)、對數(shù)函數(shù)和立方函數(shù)進(jìn)行擬合。采用層次分析法計算得到各影響因素的權(quán)重。網(wǎng)級決策各影響因素包括路面性能,路面結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度,路面結(jié)構(gòu)材料,交通軸載,路齡和道路等級對應(yīng)的權(quán)重向量為WP=[0.5176,0.1840,0.1271,0.1020,0.0405,0.0287]T。進(jìn)行歷史養(yǎng)護(hù)費用和路面殘余壽命對網(wǎng)級決策各影響因素的敏感性分析,分析結(jié)果與層次分析法得到的權(quán)重分析結(jié)果基本吻合。運(yùn)用物元分析理論,采用各決策影響指標(biāo)的規(guī)范化分值和權(quán)重,對物元模型建立過程中的各影響評價指標(biāo)與養(yǎng)護(hù)路段的關(guān)聯(lián)度進(jìn)行分析確定,從而對各高速公路路段的養(yǎng)護(hù)緊迫性程度進(jìn)行綜合排序。通過對路面性能直接檢測指標(biāo)主要包括車轍深度和平整度的比較,選取車轍深度RD作為路面養(yǎng)護(hù)效益分析的路面性能指標(biāo)。對于路面使用性能綜合評價指標(biāo),主要采用路面破損狀況指數(shù)PDCI計算路面養(yǎng)護(hù)的效益。從回歸模型精度以及回歸模型的顯著性上來比較,選取立方模型進(jìn)行回歸分析建立路面車轍深度RD和破損狀況指數(shù)PDCI的發(fā)展曲線。通過對工程經(jīng)濟(jì)分析方法的比較,選用年度等額費用法和效益費用比法對江蘇省常見的預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)措施的費用-效益分析比較,在輕、中交通條件下,選擇預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)措施時需要優(yōu)先考慮微表處和薄層罩面;在重、特重交通條件下,則應(yīng)主要選擇普通罩面和就地?zé)嵩偕。通過對主要的幾種確定型預(yù)測模型的分析比較,選取灰色預(yù)測模型對路面車轍深度的發(fā)展進(jìn)行預(yù)測。根據(jù)路面性能預(yù)測,采用決策樹進(jìn)行項目級決策,確定需要養(yǎng)護(hù)的路段,并為每個路段選擇適宜的路面養(yǎng)護(hù)措施,制定未來幾年的路面養(yǎng)護(hù)需求計劃。對高速公路網(wǎng)級路面養(yǎng)護(hù)決策優(yōu)化問題提出了基于動態(tài)規(guī)劃思想的決策規(guī)劃模型,并采用整數(shù)規(guī)劃的算法進(jìn)行求解,以多年內(nèi)總的效益費用比最大為目標(biāo);谖镌P偷玫礁餍枰B(yǎng)護(hù)路段的綜合排序,把排序結(jié)果應(yīng)用到路網(wǎng)的養(yǎng)護(hù)計劃的優(yōu)化分析過程,能夠大大減少計算量。把動態(tài)規(guī)劃法用于網(wǎng)級系統(tǒng)決策優(yōu)化,得到未來3年系統(tǒng)內(nèi)江蘇省14條高速公路的路面養(yǎng)護(hù)資金分配計劃,顯示模型的的合理性和實用性。本文的研究成果可用于建立合理的網(wǎng)級高速公路路面養(yǎng)護(hù)管理系統(tǒng),為我國今后的高速公路路面養(yǎng)護(hù)管理提供技術(shù)支持,對我國高速公路瀝青路面的養(yǎng)護(hù)與管理具有非常重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the highway network, highway mileage increasing, the highway pavement there are different degrees of damage, but the annual maintenance budget is limited, it is difficult to meet the needs of all maintenance of expressway. So how to road maintenance budget allocated to a given network most in need of treatment on the road, is a difficult problem in highway management departments urgently need to solve. This paper takes Jiangsu province expressway project pavement maintenance management decision support system research based on systematic research on Asphalt Pavement of expressway network level decision problem. Network level pavement maintenance decision is a multi factor, multiple attribute decision making problem. According to the specific characteristics of the network, using the engineering experience according to the expert investigation method, the influence factors of pavement maintenance decision, including pavement performance and structural strength, pavement materials, transportation The axle load, the age of the road and road as well as the status of in-depth study, the main effect of the extraction of the index as the characteristic index of network level maintenance decision. The use of subjective and objective relation and probability statistics method, study the effects of various factors on the pavement maintenance decision, adopts the method of curve fitting, standardized evaluation of each index, characteristics the index value is transformed into interval [0100]. The pavement structure material, traffic load and road axis decision influence age parameters according to the fitting accuracy, selection of power function, logarithmic function and cubic function fitting. Based on several main analysis confirmed the prediction model, grey prediction model of selected pavement rutting depth was predicted according to the prediction of pavement performance. Network level pavement maintenance decision optimization problems in decision planning model based on dynamic programming, and solved using integer programming algorithm, in order to benefit the total cost of years than the largest target. The matter-element model of comprehensive ranking each need maintenance sections based on the ranking results applied to process analysis and optimization of network maintenance plan, can greatly reduce the amount of calculation. The dynamic programming method for decision optimization of network level system, obtain the pavement maintenance fund allocation plan for the next 3 years in Jiangsu Province 14 highway, shows the model is reasonable and practical. The research results of this paper can be used to build the road network level of Expressway Maintenance Management system to provide reasonable. Technical support for the future of China's highway pavement maintenance management, has very important significance in the maintenance and management of highway asphalt pavement in our country.
