【摘要】：眾所周知,金融在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。尤其是在改革開放以來,隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的確定和國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,金融行業(yè)得到了快速的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,并且在這一過程中,金融業(yè)對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)程度也在不斷加深。很多學(xué)者經(jīng)過研究金融理論認(rèn)為可以把金融效率作為經(jīng)濟(jì)的一個焦點,因為金融效率可以增進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的效率和速度,并起著決定的作用。同時,金融效率與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間相互作用關(guān)系也一直是學(xué)術(shù)界近年來討論熱點。在現(xiàn)代化的市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制中,金融業(yè)作為重要因素,在推動經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中,金融的效率可以說是起到了特別關(guān)鍵的作用。金融效率的問題逐步被大家重視起來。在一個地區(qū)或國家中,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的快速程度將直接決定了一個地區(qū)或國家的綜合實力,而其中經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的好壞的直接決定因素就是與其對應(yīng)的金融效率。不可否認(rèn),金融效率的良好運行必定會帶動一個國家或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)實現(xiàn)飛速發(fā)展。在“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的提出以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)的背景下,為國家或地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展必定會帶來新的發(fā)展契機,對內(nèi)蒙古亦是如此,因此內(nèi)蒙古必須抓住這個好機會帶動區(qū)域發(fā)展。在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過程中有眾多的影響要素,其中不可或缺的當(dāng)屬金融了,因為金融不僅可以為經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)提供所需的資金建設(shè),同時能夠?qū)Y金進(jìn)行合理的資源配置。在供給資金和進(jìn)行資金的分配時,金融效率的作用就凸現(xiàn)出來了。所以在推動內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中一個重要的步驟就是分析內(nèi)蒙古的金融效率,研究其是如何影響內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的。筆者以內(nèi)蒙古整個地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)為出發(fā)點,進(jìn)而分析內(nèi)蒙古的金融效率對內(nèi)蒙古的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展到底有怎樣的影響。在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)部分,包括了金融效率的理論和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的理論,在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)而分析了內(nèi)蒙古的金融效率對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響等。實證分析中運用因子分析、計量分析等。其中在進(jìn)行內(nèi)蒙古金融效率分析時運用因子分析對內(nèi)蒙古的儲蓄動員率、投資投向率以及儲蓄投資的轉(zhuǎn)化率和綜合金融效率進(jìn)行了實證分析,接著運用計量分析方法分析了內(nèi)蒙古的金融效率對內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響,得出了兩者的關(guān)系式。在進(jìn)行實證分析后,對實證結(jié)果進(jìn)行了總結(jié),同時從內(nèi)蒙古的儲蓄動員率、投資投向效率和儲蓄投資轉(zhuǎn)化率三個方面提出了改善內(nèi)蒙古金融效率,并依此來推動內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。本文的主要結(jié)論:從整體上看,內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的金融效率呈現(xiàn)“由弱變強,再轉(zhuǎn)弱”的趨勢。內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的綜合金融效率雖然出現(xiàn)過下降的趨勢,但是總體上在不斷的提升,說明內(nèi)蒙古的金融業(yè)在不斷進(jìn)步,金融效率在不斷提高;通過計量分析,內(nèi)蒙古的儲蓄動員率、儲蓄投資轉(zhuǎn)化率和投資投向率與內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長在長期存在著關(guān)系。這也是本文重要的結(jié)論。在計量分析中我們看到,內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的儲蓄動員率、儲蓄投資轉(zhuǎn)化率和投資投向率在內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響上都是正向的。但是,在對經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響上儲蓄動員率、儲蓄投資轉(zhuǎn)化率和投資投向率又是各有差異的。最后,從儲蓄動員率、投資投向效率和儲蓄投資轉(zhuǎn)化效率角度來改善內(nèi)蒙古的綜合金融效率,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的。

We see in the econometric analysis, the mobilization of savings rate in Inner Mongolia, saving investment conversion rate and investment rate in Inner Mongolia economic growth are positive.
