我國西部地區(qū)承接國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移中的直接技術(shù)進(jìn)步效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移是實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、加快經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的有效途徑,尤其對于后發(fā)地區(qū)的我國西部各省市,如何在承接國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的過程中構(gòu)建特色鮮明的現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系、實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,對于西部地區(qū)未來經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展關(guān)系重大。本文從新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)角度探索我國西部地區(qū)國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移中直接技術(shù)進(jìn)步效應(yīng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制,爭取為西部地區(qū)順應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移趨勢,抓住產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的機(jī)遇,更好更快地利用其中的技術(shù)進(jìn)步機(jī)制實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供思路和啟迪。首先,本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移規(guī)模、地區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)三個(gè)方面分析了西部地區(qū)承接國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)其呈現(xiàn)如下特征:國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移規(guī)模逐漸加大;承接的產(chǎn)業(yè)類型不斷豐富,層次明顯提高;西部各省市之間承接國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移差距較大,內(nèi)部發(fā)展不平衡。其次,介紹了技術(shù)進(jìn)步效應(yīng)的內(nèi)涵與實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制,并基于新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)中的自由資本模型,將資本要素替換為技術(shù)要素,通過均衡分析和模型運(yùn)行特征推導(dǎo)出直接技術(shù)進(jìn)步效應(yīng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制。然后,建立西部地區(qū)承接國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移中技術(shù)進(jìn)步效應(yīng)的計(jì)量模型,檢驗(yàn)其方向和大小,根據(jù)回歸結(jié)果得出西部地區(qū)承接國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的確帶來了正面的直接技術(shù)進(jìn)步效應(yīng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上提煉出了西部地區(qū)承接國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移中直接技術(shù)進(jìn)步效應(yīng)的五個(gè)影響因素,即市場規(guī)模、貿(mào)易自由度、技術(shù)稟賦份額、專利授權(quán)量和研發(fā)人員數(shù)量。并通過建立一般計(jì)量模型檢驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn):這五個(gè)因素均在不同程度上影響著技術(shù)向西部地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移。最后,本文從技術(shù)稟賦投入、貿(mào)易自由度和專利產(chǎn)出方面對西部地區(qū)借助產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步給出了相關(guān)的建議,以期為西部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)承接戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整與現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系的構(gòu)建提供有意義的參考。
[Abstract]:International industrial transfer is an effective way to optimize the regional industrial structure and accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development, especially for the provinces and cities in the western part of China. How to construct a distinctive modern industrial system in the process of undertaking international industrial transfer, so as to realize industrial upgrading, This paper explores the realization mechanism of direct technological progress effect in international industrial transfer in western China from the perspective of new economic geography, and tries to conform to the trend of industrial transfer in the western region. Seize the opportunity of industrial transfer, better and faster use of the mechanism of technological progress to achieve industrial upgrading and economic development to provide ideas and inspiration. First, this paper from the scale of industrial transfer, This paper analyzes the present situation of undertaking international industrial transfer in the western region from three aspects of regional structure and industrial structure, and finds that the following characteristics are present: the scale of international industrial transfer is gradually increasing, the types of undertaking industry are constantly rich, and the level of undertaking is obviously improved. There is a large gap between the provinces and cities in the west to undertake international industrial transfer, and the internal development is not balanced. Secondly, the connotation and realization mechanism of the technological progress effect are introduced, and based on the free capital model in the new economic geography, The capital element is replaced by the technological factor, and the realization mechanism of the direct technological progress effect is deduced through equilibrium analysis and model operation characteristics. Then, the measurement model of the technological progress effect in the western region to undertake the international industrial transfer is established. Check its direction and size, According to the regression results, it is concluded that the direct technological progress effect in the western region is indeed positive. On this basis, five factors affecting the direct technological progress effect in the western region to undertake the international industrial transfer are extracted. That is, market size, degree of freedom of trade, technology endowment share, patent license and number of R & D personnel. By establishing a general measurement model, it is found that these five factors all affect the transfer of technology to the western region to varying degrees. In this paper, the author gives some suggestions on the realization of technological progress in the western region by means of industrial transfer from the aspects of technology endowment investment, trade freedom and patent output. In order to provide a meaningful reference for the western region industry to undertake strategic adjustment and the construction of modern industrial system.
