【摘要】：《促進(jìn)展覽業(yè)改革發(fā)展實(shí)施方案》指出泉州要努力打造成福建省展覽業(yè)代表城市。泉州會展的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,還伴隨著無法估量的社會效益。會展產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展與會展人才息息相關(guān),李克強(qiáng)強(qiáng)調(diào)在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)十”理念下引導(dǎo)下,會展教育要能有效地結(jié)合和切換做中學(xué)和學(xué)中做。在移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下學(xué)生可以選擇多種模式進(jìn)行個性化高效的學(xué)習(xí)。根據(jù)招生數(shù)據(jù)顯示目前泉州僅有華僑大學(xué)開設(shè)會展經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理專業(yè)進(jìn)行會展人才的培養(yǎng),其他泉州高校僅是開設(shè)會展方向相關(guān)選修課程。利用移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)促進(jìn)泉州理工學(xué)院高職會展專業(yè)應(yīng)用人才的培養(yǎng),促使高職畢業(yè)生更快地進(jìn)入泉州會展行業(yè)角色,進(jìn)行會展服務(wù)。本文利用文獻(xiàn)檢索法查找相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、會展行業(yè)發(fā)展報告、政府報告、展覽業(yè)改革發(fā)意見、統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)等,編制相應(yīng)的問卷進(jìn)行調(diào)查,結(jié)合訪談確定泉州理工學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)的需求及現(xiàn)狀,新設(shè)會展專業(yè)與現(xiàn)有專業(yè)進(jìn)行應(yīng)用人才培養(yǎng)都會面臨培養(yǎng)定位錯位、招生困難、課程設(shè)置不合理、教材過時老舊、師資短缺、實(shí)踐教學(xué)沒落地、就業(yè)方向偏離以及移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下人才培養(yǎng)的轉(zhuǎn)型問題。對中外及國內(nèi)不同地區(qū)會展人才培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行對比分析,結(jié)合問卷總結(jié)會展人才培養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。最后從軟硬件兩大方面泉州理工學(xué)院會展應(yīng)用人才培養(yǎng)對策建議:確定內(nèi)涵發(fā)展的人才培養(yǎng)方案,全員招生,加強(qiáng)課程和教材建設(shè),強(qiáng)化師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè),EQM監(jiān)控反哺教學(xué),踐教學(xué)條件建設(shè)及組織管理,強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生主體性學(xué)習(xí)促進(jìn)就業(yè),移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)會展教學(xué),促進(jìn)會展人才全面發(fā)展,服務(wù)泉州會展發(fā)展。移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下泉州理工學(xué)院會展應(yīng)用人才培養(yǎng),除了開設(shè)該專業(yè)存在軟硬件方面的不足,在后續(xù)培養(yǎng)過程中,還有會出現(xiàn)更多其他更為具體細(xì)致又棘手的問題,特別是云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等將在會展業(yè)普遍應(yīng)用,改變服務(wù)方式,提高服務(wù)效率和質(zhì)量的同時,也給會展教育帶來更大的挑戰(zhàn)�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)教育無法取代傳統(tǒng)教育,如何進(jìn)行教育改革促進(jìn)二者協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)優(yōu)質(zhì)人才服務(wù)會展市場,這也值得思考。

Convention and exhibition education should be able to effectively combine and switch between learning and learning. In the mobile Internet environment, students can choose a variety of models for personalized and efficient learning. According to enrollment data, Quanzhou only has overseas Chinese University at present. Setting up a major in exhibition economy and management to train exhibition talents, Other Quanzhou colleges and universities are only offering elective courses related to exhibition direction. Based on the interview, the author determines the demand and present situation of personnel training in Quanzhou Polytechnic University. Both the new exhibition specialty and the existing major will face the problems of training orientation, difficulty in recruiting students, unreasonable course setting, outdated and old teaching materials. The shortage of teachers, the failure of practical teaching, the deviation of employment direction and the transformation of talent training in mobile internet environment. Finally, from the two aspects of software and hardware, Quanzhou University of Science and Technology, the countermeasures and suggestions of the application of personnel training: to determine the connotation of the development of talent training program, recruit students, strengthen the curriculum and teaching materials construction, To strengthen the construction of teaching staff, to strengthen EQM monitoring and feedback teaching, to implement the construction of teaching conditions and organizational management, to emphasize students' subjective learning, to promote employment, to provide mobile Internet service for exhibition teaching, and to promote the all-round development of exhibition talents.
