【摘要】：伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+時(shí)代的到來,各類企業(yè)都面臨著信息化大浪潮的挑戰(zhàn),企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,各行業(yè)都意識(shí)到了財(cái)務(wù)管理信息化在企業(yè)信息化中的重要作用。于是,企業(yè)紛紛使用先進(jìn)的財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)信息有效的管理和控制,從而提高財(cái)務(wù)管理的工作效率,降低管理的成本,提高財(cái)務(wù)信息的準(zhǔn)確性和統(tǒng)一性。北京聚智軟件公司,是一個(gè)新經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)下的快速發(fā)展中的中小型企業(yè)。為了解決公司快速發(fā)展過程中財(cái)務(wù)管理信息化的信息孤島問題和財(cái)務(wù)信息混亂問題,開發(fā)了這樣一套財(cái)務(wù)管理信息化系統(tǒng)。主要功能包括:會(huì)計(jì)和出納日常賬務(wù)處理、固定資產(chǎn)的管理、員工工資管理、財(cái)務(wù)分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表等。本財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)基于J2EE(Jave2 Platform Enterprise Edition)平臺(tái)企業(yè)版技術(shù),采用SSM(Spring MVC+Spring Core+Mybatis)開發(fā)框架進(jìn)行研發(fā),使用開源MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)管理。本系統(tǒng)聚焦聚智軟件公司這樣的中小企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理,力圖探索和解決現(xiàn)代中小型互聯(lián)網(wǎng)軟件企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的一般問題,為中小企業(yè)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)決策;同時(shí),隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代來臨,也試圖解決財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)要求支持移動(dòng)辦公,虛擬辦公的問題,這樣,公司的管理層和財(cái)務(wù)操作人員,可以隨時(shí)隨地看到準(zhǔn)確的財(cái)務(wù)信息,從而可以提高財(cái)務(wù)管理的工作效率,降低管理的成本,提高財(cái)務(wù)信息的準(zhǔn)確性和統(tǒng)一性。

Enterprises use advanced financial management system to realize the effective management and control of financial information, thus improving the efficiency of financial management and reducing the cost of management. To improve the accuracy and unity of financial information. In order to solve the problem of information island and financial information confusion in the process of rapid development of the company, it is a rapidly developing small and medium-sized enterprise in the new economic form, in order to solve the problem of information isolation and confusion of financial information in the rapid development of the company, Developed such a set of financial management information system. The main functions include: accounting and cashier daily accounting processing, fixed asset management, employee wage management, financial analysis, This financial management system is based on J2EE Jave2 Platform Enterprise Edition technology and adopts SSM(Spring MVC Spring Core development framework. This system focuses on the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises such as Juzhi Software Company, and tries to explore and solve the general problems in the development of modern small and medium-sized Internet software enterprise financial management system. At the same time, with the advent of the era of the mobile Internet, it is also trying to solve the problem of financial management system requiring support for mobile office, virtual office, so that the management and financial operators of the company, The accurate financial information can be seen anytime and anywhere, so as to improve the efficiency of financial management, reduce the cost of management, and improve the accuracy and unity of financial information.
