【摘要】:“揠苗助長”的城鎮(zhèn)化擠壓了鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)的界面邊界和空間組織,使“重規(guī)模輕結(jié)構(gòu),重建設(shè)輕管理”漸成“新常態(tài)”。鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)空間形態(tài)正受到規(guī)模增長和結(jié)構(gòu)重塑的雙重壓力,具體表現(xiàn)為建成區(qū)與外部環(huán)境的共生關(guān)系不明,內(nèi)部團(tuán)組布局的關(guān)聯(lián)度降低,單體宅院加建與增生頻發(fā),秩序語言混亂,主旨不明晰?臻g形態(tài)映射下的土地利用與環(huán)境,不再是唇齒相依的伙伴而逐漸淪為背景,變得簡單而機(jī)械化!班l(xiāng)愁”,“愁”的不僅僅是對(duì)過去鄉(xiāng)土風(fēng)情的懷念,更是在當(dāng)面對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境凸顯種種問題時(shí),對(duì)未來鄉(xiāng)村資源如何合理利用的擔(dān)憂,其現(xiàn)狀發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域一樣,需要低碳化的良方加以約束與引導(dǎo)。本文正是基于鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境低碳化發(fā)展訴求的迫切現(xiàn)狀,以及導(dǎo)師國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)資助項(xiàng)目(51238011)“長江三角洲地區(qū)低碳鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境營建體系研究”的學(xué)術(shù)背景而展開。依循研究緣起、原型識(shí)別、理論架構(gòu)、路徑推導(dǎo)和體系營建的邏輯順序,進(jìn)行論述分析和實(shí)證研究。第一章,從全球氣候極端變化、城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程下鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需求出發(fā),提出鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境低碳化訴求的必要性和理性轉(zhuǎn)型的必然性。明確主要研究對(duì)象和基本概念,并對(duì)低碳認(rèn)知誤區(qū)進(jìn)行反思,梳理相關(guān)理論、研究動(dòng)態(tài)和實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀。第二章,對(duì)長期而固有的鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)空間形態(tài),從縱向結(jié)構(gòu)層次構(gòu)成到橫向顯隱性結(jié)構(gòu)要素的組織關(guān)系,進(jìn)行抽析厘清和深度剖析,揭示空間形態(tài)內(nèi)在適應(yīng)性發(fā)展秩序的一般原則和規(guī)律,判斷其碳鎖定作用:即碳脈循環(huán)過程的強(qiáng)度、方向和速率受制并影響空間形態(tài)的利用方式、規(guī)模和效率。明確從調(diào)控具有適應(yīng)性特性的空間形態(tài)入手,是提高碳脈循環(huán)效率、緩解碳輸出壓力的重要手段。第三章,為進(jìn)一步闡釋空間形態(tài)的適應(yīng)性和低碳化,引入復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)理論,并據(jù)此在適應(yīng)性視野下,提出“空間形態(tài)低碳適應(yīng)性”的內(nèi)容體系,進(jìn)一步明晰適應(yīng)性對(duì)象、研究思路、理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐路徑,試圖建立起第二章與第四、五、六章之間的理論架構(gòu)橋梁。第四章,選取浙北地區(qū)15個(gè)鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)樣本案例,在樣本閱讀中,對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)的碳脈信息進(jìn)行梳理和研究,在形態(tài)識(shí)別中,對(duì)空間形態(tài)生發(fā)的適應(yīng)性能力進(jìn)行參數(shù)選擇、特征描述與對(duì)比分析。同時(shí),建立基于空間形態(tài)的碳計(jì)量方法與模型。第五章,首先對(duì)空間形態(tài)映射下,表征土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系的測(cè)度參數(shù)指標(biāo)與碳排放強(qiáng)度,進(jìn)行相關(guān)性量化選擇,獲得低碳關(guān)鍵控制要素,并建立起空間形態(tài)低碳控制要素在用地控制和容量調(diào)控兩方面的關(guān)聯(lián)框架,完成在空間維度上對(duì)空間形態(tài)低碳適應(yīng)性營建模式的構(gòu)建。其次,以空間形態(tài)的適應(yīng)性作用規(guī)律為基礎(chǔ),借助復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)理論,在獲得低碳關(guān)鍵控制要素的基礎(chǔ)之上,加入隨機(jī)而偶然的主觀因素調(diào)控,結(jié)合積木機(jī)制的“疊加融合”,實(shí)現(xiàn)新組分更新與結(jié)構(gòu)層進(jìn)的迭代重組。從短程通訊、信息共享、協(xié)同競爭直至集聚涌現(xiàn),產(chǎn)生低碳適應(yīng)性彈性“序”之空間形態(tài),進(jìn)而完成對(duì)“空間形態(tài)—環(huán)境碳行為—活動(dòng)碳排放”適應(yīng)性機(jī)制的構(gòu)建,在時(shí)間維度上對(duì)空間形態(tài)低碳適應(yīng)性營建過程進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充、完善和引導(dǎo)。第六章與第七章,“空間形態(tài)低碳適應(yīng)性”的提出正是在適應(yīng)性視野下,基于時(shí)間和空間兩個(gè)維度作用的綜合表達(dá)。在社區(qū)層級(jí),注重?fù)窬优c控形;鄰里層級(jí),調(diào)整布局與擇徑;宅院層級(jí),控制筑體與節(jié)能。以微介入式針灸法則對(duì)適應(yīng)性過程機(jī)制的組織進(jìn)行優(yōu)化與協(xié)調(diào),并進(jìn)行低碳適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的建構(gòu),加強(qiáng)其穩(wěn)定性、持續(xù)性和可操作性。同時(shí),以浙江安吉景塢村的改造規(guī)劃為案例,實(shí)踐空間形態(tài)低碳適應(yīng)性模式語言的“在地參與”策略與過程機(jī)制的協(xié)調(diào)。本文從復(fù)雜性思維思考的視角,將鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)低碳化營建轉(zhuǎn)換到空間形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的生成與組織層面上,對(duì)空間形態(tài)的低碳適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行重新認(rèn)知,且沒有僅停留在二維的土地利用布局的調(diào)整,在時(shí)間維度上更加充實(shí)并飽滿了低碳適應(yīng)性生成的過程機(jī)制,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出對(duì)未來鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境低碳化訴求的若干建議、模式策略和方法運(yùn)用。
