【摘要】：迅速發(fā)展的國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì),穩(wěn)步提高的生活水平,給我們帶來越發(fā)廣闊的活動(dòng)范圍、以及日益多元化的出行方式。但是在交通給我們帶來便利的同時(shí),安全隱患也隨之而來。從國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)看出,全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)在2014年一共發(fā)生了196812起大小不等的交通事故,58523人數(shù)因此罹難,211882人在事故中受傷。而當(dāng)車輛超載時(shí),路面的負(fù)擔(dān)將不可避免的增加,根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示,全國(guó)每年有超過300億元的損失是單純由于貨車超載所造成的,這對(duì)國(guó)家的財(cái)政是一筆很大的損失。引起這些事故的原因有很多,比如:路面環(huán)境、司機(jī)技術(shù)及狀態(tài)、行人以及道路狀態(tài)這些都是交通事故誘發(fā)的主客觀因素。但是,另一項(xiàng)統(tǒng)計(jì)表面,在貨車發(fā)生的交通事故中,有超過百分之八十的幾率是因?yàn)槌d。本設(shè)計(jì)就從監(jiān)管手段入手,出于對(duì)車輛貨物的安全性研究,通過技術(shù)手段干預(yù)來達(dá)到減少交通事故的發(fā)生率。本文研究貨車超重控制系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)地闡述大型貨車超載的產(chǎn)生以及發(fā)展,監(jiān)測(cè)大型貨車的超載系統(tǒng)的原理和技術(shù),需要對(duì)承重量很大的貨車運(yùn)輸進(jìn)行均載全過程檢測(cè),可確定貨車是否超重并在貨車超重的時(shí)候提供報(bào)警行為。STC89C52單片機(jī),就是為本設(shè)計(jì)的中心處理器,而稱重傳感器WPL110會(huì)將重量信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化成電壓信號(hào),然后A/D轉(zhuǎn)換芯片TLC0838會(huì)再次將其轉(zhuǎn)換成數(shù)字信號(hào),就可以很容易得出貨車的實(shí)際重量,然后實(shí)際重量會(huì)通過RS485接口傳輸?shù)缴衔粰C(jī),然后系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)將測(cè)得重量與設(shè)定重量進(jìn)行對(duì)比,就能很容易判斷貨車是否超重,如果超重就會(huì)發(fā)起警報(bào),并且,同時(shí)顯示出其超重重量。
[Abstract]:The rapidly developing national economy and steadily improving living standards have brought us a wider range of activities and increasingly diversified modes of travel. But while transportation has brought us convenience, The security risks also followed. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, a total of 196812 traffic accidents of varying sizes occurred nationwide in 2014, resulting in the deaths of 211,882 people. And when the vehicles were overloaded, The burden of the road surface will inevitably increase. According to statistics, more than 30 billion yuan of losses in the country each year are caused solely by overloading of trucks, which is a great loss to the state's finances. There are many reasons for these accidents. For example, road environment, driver's technique and condition, pedestrian and road condition are all subjective and objective factors induced by traffic accident. The odds are more than 80% because of overloading. This design starts with regulatory measures to study the safety of vehicle cargo. In this paper, the overloading control system of freight cars is studied, the generation and development of overloading of large freight cars are systematically expounded, and the principle and technology of monitoring overloading system of large freight cars are discussed. In order to determine whether the truck is overweight or not and to provide alarm behavior when the truck is overweight, the single-chip microcomputer STC89C52 is the central processor designed for this purpose. The weighing sensor WPL110 will convert the weight signal into the voltage signal, and then the A / D conversion chip TLC0838 will convert it into a digital signal again, and it will be easy to get the actual weight of the truck, and then the actual weight will be transmitted to the upper computer through the RS485 interface. The system then automatically compares the measured weight with the set weight, which makes it easy to tell if the truck is overweight, if it is overweight, and if it is overweight, it also shows its overweight weight.
