【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,作為支撐經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的電力能源行業(yè)也得以飛速發(fā)展。自改革開放以來,用電負荷不斷增長,伴隨著負荷快速增長的是風力發(fā)電和光伏等方式新能源的迅猛發(fā)展,與此相應的業(yè)擴報裝業(yè)務也以較快的速度在增長。因此加強快速報裝業(yè)務的發(fā)展,縮短業(yè)擴報裝時間,給客戶以滿意的服務,提高企業(yè)自身的公眾形象顯得極為迫切。由于業(yè)擴報裝業(yè)務內(nèi)容較多,其中驗收部分工作較為繁雜,造成時間遲滯的因素也是最為多元化,因此本課題將從業(yè)擴報裝驗收工作著手。文章首先對電力市場產(chǎn)品做一些介紹,分析業(yè)擴報裝作為一種電力產(chǎn)品其自身的特性,同時將精益生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量管理的基本理論做出闡述。接著將業(yè)擴報裝中驗收工作的內(nèi)容作出詳細的介紹,尤其是施工階段和竣工階段,如:電纜鋪設、設別選型、檢查工程資質(zhì)、資料等工作。通過對驗收工作內(nèi)容的介紹以及對相關(guān)細節(jié)的分析,找出造成驗收工作遲緩的癥結(jié)所在。文中最后,結(jié)合工作實際,建立QC工作小組基于質(zhì)量管理的魚骨圖工具對現(xiàn)狀進行分析。依據(jù)分析的結(jié)果,提出具體改進措施,并對改進措施落實前后的驗收時長數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計對比分析。通過分析結(jié)果,來檢驗基于該質(zhì)量管理方法所提出的改進措施是否能夠起到改善業(yè)擴報裝驗收工作的作用,進而說明該方法在縮短業(yè)擴報裝驗收工作時長上是否可行。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy, the electric power energy industry, which supports the economic development, has been developing rapidly. Since the reform and opening up, the power load has been increasing continuously. With the rapid growth of load is the rapid development of new energy sources, such as wind power generation and photovoltaic, and the corresponding business expansion is also growing at a relatively high speed. It is very urgent to improve the public image of the enterprise by providing satisfactory service to the customer. Because of the more contents of the business, the acceptance part is more complicated, and the factors that cause the delay in time are also the most diversified. Therefore, this paper begins with the acceptance of newspaper expansion. Firstly, the paper introduces the power market products and analyzes its own characteristics as a kind of electric power products. At the same time, the basic theory of lean production and quality management is expounded. Then the contents of the acceptance work in the industry expansion are introduced in detail, especially in the construction stage and the completion stage, such as cable laying, design and selection, inspection of engineering qualification, Through the introduction of the contents of the acceptance work and the analysis of the relevant details, we find out the crux of the delay in the acceptance work. Finally, combined with the actual work, A QC working group was set up to analyze the current situation of fish bone map based on quality management. According to the results of the analysis, the concrete improvement measures were put forward, and the long data of acceptance before and after the implementation of the improvement measures were statistically compared and analyzed. In order to test whether the improvement measures based on this quality management method can improve the inspection and acceptance of newspaper expansion, it is proved that the method is feasible in shortening the time of inspection and acceptance of newspaper expansion.
