【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,就業(yè)服務(wù)需求不斷增加,我國(guó)的就業(yè)大軍逐年龐大,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)發(fā)展之前的招聘方式,需要求職者消耗大量的精力和時(shí)間,與此同時(shí),用人單位也不輕松,他們光舉辦招聘會(huì)就開(kāi)銷(xiāo)很大。所以,當(dāng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)走進(jìn)我們的生活時(shí),我們也迫切的希望能夠通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)來(lái)輕松的找到工作,用人單位也希望網(wǎng)絡(luò)能幫助他們招聘。但是,對(duì)于企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),眾多的求職簡(jiǎn)歷讓他們挑花了眼,很多企業(yè)需要有中介機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)幫他們初步篩選人才,與此同時(shí),我國(guó)的中介推薦機(jī)構(gòu)也日益發(fā)展,但是,很多中介還是有傳統(tǒng)的理念,所以他們的管理和經(jīng)營(yíng)模式還很傳統(tǒng)[1]。為了提高中介自身的發(fā)展,也為了滿(mǎn)足企業(yè)的需求,向企業(yè)推薦更多優(yōu)秀的人才,我們需要設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)支持中介推薦的就業(yè)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。這套系統(tǒng)結(jié)合了傳統(tǒng)的理念和現(xiàn)代化的技術(shù),將普及化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為基礎(chǔ),讓個(gè)人用戶(hù)、單位和中介機(jī)構(gòu)能夠進(jìn)行交流,滿(mǎn)足各自的需求。這套系統(tǒng)收集并且保存大量的個(gè)人和單位信息,它讓個(gè)人能夠搜集到有序的職位,不再盲目的進(jìn)行選擇。這套系統(tǒng)讓混亂的招聘方式變得規(guī)范,并且大大提高了個(gè)人就業(yè)的成功率。考慮到就業(yè)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的背景,結(jié)合目前信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展情況,我們決定設(shè)計(jì)并且實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)支持中介推薦的就業(yè)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用和普及,瀏覽器逐漸走進(jìn)人們的生活之中,很多人的生活都離不開(kāi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。為了利于推廣我們的系統(tǒng),我們決定采用B/S架構(gòu)的形式來(lái)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)。我們的用戶(hù)有三類(lèi),分為是個(gè)人用戶(hù)、單位用戶(hù)和中介機(jī)構(gòu)。針對(duì)每類(lèi)用戶(hù),我們都進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的用戶(hù)需求分析,充分了解每類(lèi)用戶(hù)的需求。系統(tǒng)的主要模塊有個(gè)人信息、簡(jiǎn)歷、求職、招聘、中介機(jī)構(gòu)和招聘會(huì)。系統(tǒng)中每個(gè)用戶(hù)的功能都不相同,系統(tǒng)后臺(tái)管理員有權(quán)并且必須審核單位用戶(hù)的信息,審核單位發(fā)布的招聘信息,以保證單位招聘信息的真實(shí)性和完整性,讓個(gè)人用戶(hù)能夠放心的進(jìn)行選擇。系統(tǒng)目前應(yīng)用于各個(gè)地區(qū)的人力資源部門(mén),用于查看就業(yè)信息,便于經(jīng)辦機(jī)構(gòu)統(tǒng)計(jì)就業(yè)情況。目前該系統(tǒng)在各個(gè)地區(qū)均運(yùn)行良好,得到用戶(hù)的一致好評(píng)。本文首先描述了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)背景和開(kāi)發(fā)目標(biāo),介紹了設(shè)計(jì)該系統(tǒng)的目的,并根據(jù)用戶(hù)的需求給出了這套系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計(jì)流程,且將需求模塊化,并且根據(jù)功能模塊圖,將各個(gè)功能模塊描述清晰,詳細(xì)介紹了各個(gè)功能模塊的功能。緊接著本文描述了系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu),給出了系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu)圖,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的多層次化要求。最后,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)在運(yùn)行部署階段是采用分層部署的方式,來(lái)支持系統(tǒng)的并發(fā)訪問(wèn)要求,本文也會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)部署結(jié)構(gòu)圖?偟膩(lái)說(shuō),本文對(duì)支持中介的就業(yè)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析和設(shè)計(jì),并且實(shí)現(xiàn)了相關(guān)功能模塊,并且對(duì)功能進(jìn)行測(cè)試和分析。相信這個(gè)系統(tǒng)將會(huì)為大家提供很多的便利和幫助。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the demand for employment service is increasing, and our country's employment army is huge year by year. Before the development of Internet technology, job seekers need a lot of energy and time to recruit, and at the same time, Employers are not easy either. They spend a lot of money on job fairs alone. So when the Internet comes into our lives, we are eager to find jobs easily through the Internet. Employers also hope that the Internet will help them recruit. However, for companies, the number of job resumes has made them look hard, and many companies need intermediaries to help them with the initial selection of talent, and at the same time, The intermediary recommendation organizations in our country are also developing day by day. However, many intermediaries still have traditional concepts, so their management and business models are still very traditional [1]. In order to improve the intermediary's own development, and also to meet the needs of enterprises, To recommend more talented people to enterprises, we need to design an employment service system that supports intermediary referrals. This system combines traditional ideas with modern technology, and takes the popular network as the basis for individual users. Units and intermediaries are able to communicate to meet their needs. This system collects and stores a large amount of personal and unit information that enables individuals to collect orderly positions. No longer blindly making choices. This system normalizes chaotic recruitment methods and greatly improves the success rate of individual employment. Considering the background of the development of the employment service system, and in the light of the current development of information technology, We decided to design and implement a job service system that supports intermediary referrals. With the application and popularity of the Internet, browsers are gradually coming into people's lives. A lot of people live off the Internet. In order to facilitate the promotion of our system, we decided to develop it in the form of a B / S architecture. We have three types of users: individual users, unit users and intermediaries. We have conducted detailed user needs analysis, fully understand the needs of each type of users. The main modules of the system are personal information, resume, job search, recruitment, intermediary agencies and job fairs. The functions of each user in the system are different. The system background administrator has the right and the necessity to audit the information of the users of the unit and the recruitment information issued by the unit, so as to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the recruitment information of the unit. The system is currently applied to the human resources departments in various regions to view employment information so as to facilitate the agencies to calculate the employment situation. At present, the system is working well in all regions. This paper describes the background and goal of the design and development of the system, introduces the purpose of designing the system, and gives the overall design flow of the system according to the needs of the users, and modularizes the requirements. And according to the function module diagram, each function module is described clearly, and the function of each function module is introduced in detail. Then, the whole structure of the system is described in this paper, and the overall architecture diagram of the system is given. Finally, the whole system adopts the method of hierarchical deployment to support the concurrent access requirements of the system. This paper will also design a detailed deployment structure diagram of the system. This paper makes a detailed analysis and design of the employment service system which supports the intermediary, and implements the related function modules, and tests and analyzes the functions. I believe this system will provide a lot of convenience and help for everyone.
