【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,上世紀(jì)九十年代我國(guó)推進(jìn)了建國(guó)以來的第八次基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革。基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革倡導(dǎo)以“學(xué)生為本”,提倡為了每一個(gè)學(xué)生的發(fā)展、為了學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展的極為人性的教育理念。新的課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施對(duì)教師提出了新的要求。進(jìn)入到二十一世紀(jì),教育部在《教育部國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委財(cái)政部關(guān)于引導(dǎo)部分地方普通本科高校向應(yīng)用型轉(zhuǎn)變的指導(dǎo)意見》文件中指出,高校的發(fā)展要適應(yīng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的新常態(tài),把辦學(xué)思路轉(zhuǎn)到培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型技術(shù)技能型人才上來。新的教育理念和高校新的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)對(duì)高師院校畢業(yè)生提出了新的要求與期望。本文主要通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法等教育科學(xué)研究方法,以湖北省近三年入職的體育教師專業(yè)能力以及與之相關(guān)的高師院校體育教育專業(yè)實(shí)踐模式為研究對(duì)象,突出主體教育思想,從中小學(xué)教師能力的需求、現(xiàn)狀的角度分析湖北省高師院校體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生的教學(xué)實(shí)踐模式,指出其中的不足,提出改進(jìn)實(shí)踐模式的建議,為湖北省高師院校體育教育專業(yè)實(shí)踐模式提供借鑒。本文對(duì)通過調(diào)查及訪談結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)、湖北省近三年入職的體育教師都是通過公開考試、錄用的形式進(jìn)入中小學(xué)的,他們的教學(xué)教育理論知識(shí)、專業(yè)知識(shí)、專業(yè)技能方面都能夠滿足中小學(xué)教育教學(xué)需求,部分教師教學(xué)教育理論知識(shí)、專業(yè)知識(shí)、專業(yè)技能方面比較全面、突出;(2)、湖北省近三年入職的體育教師基本具有一定的創(chuàng)新、科研能力;(3)、湖北省近三年入職的體育教師在課堂教學(xué)組織、突發(fā)事件的處理、個(gè)性突出學(xué)生的教育方面能力準(zhǔn)備有待提高;(4)、湖北省近三年入職的體育教師在體育賽事組織、裁判實(shí)踐操作、集體活動(dòng)組織與指揮等方面能力有待提高。根據(jù)得出的結(jié)論,對(duì)湖北省高師院校體育教育專業(yè)提出以下建議:(1)、湖北省近三年入職的體育教師應(yīng)在工作過程中學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐,提高自己的能力、快速適應(yīng)角色轉(zhuǎn)換;(2)、湖北省高師院校體育教育專業(yè)應(yīng)該重視體育實(shí)踐方面的課程設(shè)置,加長(zhǎng)學(xué)生的實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐時(shí)間,拓寬學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐的途徑,不僅要讓學(xué)生在畢業(yè)前進(jìn)行教育.實(shí)習(xí),還應(yīng)該在課程學(xué)習(xí)期間進(jìn)行多形式的實(shí)踐,實(shí)行貫穿整個(gè)本科學(xué)習(xí)過程的“全程式”實(shí)踐模式。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, in -10s, our country promoted the 8th basic education curriculum reform since the founding of the people's Republic of China. The basic education curriculum reform advocated "student-based" and advocated for the development of each student. For the all-round development of students, the extremely human education concept. The implementation of the new curriculum standards put forward new requirements for teachers. Until 21th century. The Ministry of Education pointed out in the document "the Ministry of Finance of the National Development and Reform Commission of the Ministry of Education on guiding some local colleges and universities to change to application". The development of colleges and universities should adapt to the new normal of our country's economic and social development. The new educational concept and the new training goal of colleges and universities put forward new requirements and expectations for the graduates of normal colleges and universities. Questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods of educational science research. Taking the professional ability of physical education teachers in Hubei province for nearly three years and the related practice mode of physical education specialty in normal colleges and universities as the research object, the main body education thought is highlighted, and the demand for the ability of primary and middle school teachers is emphasized. From the point of view of the present situation, this paper analyzes the teaching practice model of physical education majors in normal colleges in Hubei Province, points out the shortcomings, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the practice mode. This paper analyzes the results of investigation and interviews and draws the following conclusions: 1). Nearly three years of physical education teachers in Hubei Province have entered primary and secondary schools through public examinations and employment, their theoretical knowledge of teaching education, professional knowledge. Professional skills can meet the teaching needs of primary and secondary schools, some teachers' teaching theory knowledge, professional knowledge, professional skills are relatively comprehensive, outstanding; In recent three years, the PE teachers in Hubei Province have the ability of innovation and scientific research. In the past three years, the PE teachers in Hubei Province have been organized in classroom teaching, dealing with unexpected events, and the students' ability to prepare for education should be improved. In the past three years, the PE teachers in Hubei Province need to improve their abilities in organizing sports events, referee practice, collective activity organization and command. This paper puts forward the following suggestions to the physical education major of Hubei normal colleges and universities. The PE teachers in Hubei Province who have been employed in the past three years should learn and practice in the course of their work, improve their ability and adapt themselves to the change of role quickly. We should pay attention to the curriculum of physical education practice, extend the practice time of students and broaden the ways of students' practice practice. Not only should the students be educated before graduation, but also the practice should be carried out in various forms during the course study, and the whole process of undergraduate learning should be carried out in the "whole-course" mode of practice.
