【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)對(duì)少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生自信心的研究,探討其現(xiàn)狀并查找其影響因素,同時(shí)為提升少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生自信心提出科學(xué)合理的對(duì)策建議。方法:采用定性訪談與定量問(wèn)卷調(diào)查相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)疆內(nèi)外新疆籍少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生以及新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)留學(xué)生共1291名學(xué)生自信心影響因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查。訪談資料采用內(nèi)容歸類分析法整理,定量資料使用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,計(jì)量資料單因素分析采用方差分析,多因素分析采用多元線性回歸分析,計(jì)數(shù)資料采用卡方檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:1)定性研究結(jié)果,影響大學(xué)生自信心的因素歸納為個(gè)人因素、社會(huì)因素、學(xué)校因素及經(jīng)濟(jì)因素;2)定量研究結(jié)果:(1)新疆疆內(nèi)外少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生自信心與生源、疆域、家庭類型、家庭人口、性別、學(xué)科類別不存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),而與戶口類型、是否是獨(dú)生子女、BMI、年齡、高考身份、父母親學(xué)歷、家庭功能及社會(huì)支持存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);多因素分析發(fā)現(xiàn),年齡、性別、家庭功能、社會(huì)支持、參加高考身份、父親學(xué)歷是影響少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生自信心的因素(P0.05)。(2)留學(xué)生與疆外新疆籍少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生比較顯示,兩類大學(xué)生家庭功能之間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,在社會(huì)支持方面之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。單因素分析顯示:疆外大學(xué)生自信心影響因素為性別、戶口類型、父、母親學(xué)歷四類項(xiàng)目差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),其余項(xiàng)目差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);而留學(xué)生自信心影響因素除家庭人口數(shù)、家庭類型、學(xué)科類別差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義外,其余項(xiàng)目差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。不同生源大學(xué)生自信心各維度影響因素分析顯示:在內(nèi)心因素、學(xué)習(xí)因素、他人因素影響自信心(P0.05),而在社會(huì)因素之間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。多因素分析發(fā)現(xiàn):疆外少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生自信心的影響因素是參加高考身份、父親學(xué)歷、支持利用度,而留學(xué)生自信心的影響因素是性別、家庭人口數(shù),主觀支持和支持利用度(P0.05)。結(jié)論:疆內(nèi)外少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生自信心不存在差異,新疆少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生自信心普遍較好,應(yīng)從改變自我、他人給予關(guān)懷、營(yíng)造良好的家庭氛圍、父母教育和社會(huì)支持五個(gè)方面入手,進(jìn)一步提升新疆少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生自信心。提高新疆留學(xué)生自信心應(yīng)從自我完善、他人的關(guān)懷、家人的關(guān)心與支持、社會(huì)因素方面給予足夠重視,從而提高留學(xué)生的自信心。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the present situation and the influencing factors of the self-confidence of minority college students. At the same time, scientific and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the self-confidence of minority college students. Qualitative interview and quantitative questionnaire were used to investigate the influencing factors of self-confidence of 1291 students from ethnic minorities in Xinjiang and abroad in Xinjiang Medical University. The interview data were used. Content classification and analysis. The quantitative data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software, the variance analysis was used in the single factor analysis of measurement data, and the multivariate linear regression analysis was used in the multivariate analysis. The counting data were analyzed by chi-square test. Results the qualitative results showed that the factors influencing college students' self-confidence were personal factors, social factors, school factors and economic factors. 2) the result of quantitative study is: 1) there is no statistical difference in confidence and origin, territory, family type, family population, sex, subject category of ethnic minority college students in and out of Xinjiang (P 0.05). However, there were significant differences between BMI, age, college entrance examination status, parental education, family function and social support. Multivariate analysis found that age, gender, family function, social support, college entrance examination status. Father's degree is the factor that affects the confidence of minority college students (P0.05. 2) the comparison between foreign students and ethnic minority college students outside Xinjiang shows. There was no significant difference in family function between the two groups of college students, but there was a significant difference in social support between them (P 0.05). Univariate analysis showed that the influencing factors of college students' self-confidence outside Xinjiang were gender. There were significant differences in the type of household registration, father's education and mother's education (P 0.05), but no significant difference in other items (P 0.05). In addition to the number of families, family types, subject categories, there are statistically significant differences in the factors affecting the self-confidence of international students. There was no significant difference in other items (P 0.05). The analysis of factors influencing the self-confidence of college students from different sources showed that: in the heart factors, learning factors. Other factors affect self-confidence (P0.05). There was no significant difference in social factors (P 0.05). Multi-factor analysis showed that the influencing factors of college students' self-confidence outside Xinjiang were college entrance examination status, father's education and support utilization. The influencing factors of international students' self-confidence are gender, family population, subjective support and utilization of support. Conclusion: there is no difference in self-confidence of ethnic minority students in and outside Xinjiang. The self-confidence of minority college students in Xinjiang is generally good. We should start with five aspects: changing ourselves, giving care to others, creating a good family atmosphere, parents' education and social support. To further enhance the self-confidence of ethnic minority college students in Xinjiang, we should pay enough attention to the self-improvement, the concern of others, the care and support of family members, and the social factors to improve the self-confidence of foreign students in Xinjiang. So as to improve the confidence of international students.
