大數(shù)據(jù)在工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)管中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會改革的深化與城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的全面發(fā)展,政府對工程質(zhì)量管理的需求越來越高。與日益發(fā)展的建筑工程相比,工程質(zhì)量管理水平亟待進(jìn)一步提升,工程質(zhì)量管理數(shù)據(jù)非全面化、非動態(tài)化,檢測數(shù)據(jù)非準(zhǔn)確化、非及時化等問題制約著工程質(zhì)量管理水平的提升。這需要構(gòu)建工程質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng),通過獲取全息性、動態(tài)化、結(jié)構(gòu)化、及時性數(shù)據(jù),實現(xiàn)全面動態(tài)監(jiān)管的基礎(chǔ)。大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的發(fā)展為工程質(zhì)量管理的優(yōu)化提供了現(xiàn)實可能。在此背景下,本文首先從大數(shù)據(jù)背景下的工程質(zhì)量管理論的分析視角出發(fā),討論大數(shù)據(jù)概念與特征,研究大數(shù)據(jù)實施工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)管的必要性與分析以大數(shù)據(jù)為支撐的建筑業(yè)工程質(zhì)量管理的功能定位,從理論層面剖析大數(shù)據(jù)對工程質(zhì)量管理提升的內(nèi)在邏輯;其次,梳理當(dāng)前工程質(zhì)量管理面臨的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)非準(zhǔn)確性、非時效性、非全面性等現(xiàn)狀,從數(shù)據(jù)對比層面識別和發(fā)現(xiàn)工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系存在的問題;再次,分析了工程質(zhì)量管理模式監(jiān)管體系改進(jìn)的方法,認(rèn)為大數(shù)據(jù)時代下為建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)管改進(jìn)提供了很多機(jī)遇;最后,提出以大數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)管平臺的對策建議,以此助推工程質(zhì)量管理能力的跨越提升。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's economic and social reform and the overall development of urbanization, the government's demand for engineering quality management is increasing. The level of engineering quality management needs to be further improved, the data of engineering quality management is not comprehensive, non-dynamic, and the testing data is not accurate. Non-timely problems restrict the improvement of engineering quality management, which requires the construction of engineering quality management system, through the acquisition of holography, dynamic, structured, timely data. Under this background, the development of big data technology provides a realistic possibility for the optimization of engineering quality management. This paper first discusses the concept and characteristics of big data from the perspective of engineering quality management theory under the background of big data. This paper studies the necessity and analysis of big data's implementation of engineering quality supervision and analyzes the functional orientation of engineering quality management in construction industry supported by big data, and analyzes the inherent logic of big data's promotion of engineering quality management from the theoretical level. Secondly, combing the current status quo of non-accuracy, non-timeliness and non-comprehensiveness of statistical data faced by current engineering quality management, and identifying and discovering the problems existing in the project quality supervision system from the level of data comparison; Thirdly, the paper analyzes the methods of improving the supervision system of engineering quality management mode, and thinks that the big data era provides a lot of opportunities for the improvement of construction quality supervision. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to build up the engineering quality supervision platform with big data to promote the leapfrogging of the engineering quality management ability.
