【摘要】:隨著社會主義市場化經(jīng)濟改革的推進,自由市場新形勢對企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶了新的挑戰(zhàn),由于長沙市公路橋梁建設(shè)公司的壯大,業(yè)務(wù)的數(shù)量也隨之增加。越來越多的業(yè)務(wù)有待處理,迫切需要公司為業(yè)務(wù)的計量和審核建立一套全新的管理機制。隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和科技的進步,在當(dāng)前市場經(jīng)濟中,信息化程度對一個企業(yè)的發(fā)展越來越重要。如果一個企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程不能捉住當(dāng)前社會的主流趨勢,仍舊沿用原有的一套處理機制和系統(tǒng),這些企業(yè)必將在當(dāng)前這個競爭激烈的社會中遭到淘汰。 本文主要介紹了長沙市公路橋梁建設(shè)公司公路工程計量支付管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)過程,描述了公路工程計量支付管理系統(tǒng)涉及的主要技術(shù),并對本論文的主要工作目標以及組織結(jié)構(gòu)進行了介紹,其次,對公路工程計量支付管理工作進行了詳細的需求獲取和分析;再次,按照需求分析的結(jié)果,對系統(tǒng)進行了詳細的功能設(shè)計,并對系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫進行了詳細的分析;最后介紹了本系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)過程,詳細描述了實現(xiàn)過程中的核心代碼。在本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)中,主要采用了struts2這一廣泛用于web系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的最新技術(shù)。 系統(tǒng)最終實現(xiàn)了對公路工程計量支付的管理功能,承包商可對業(yè)務(wù)計量和查詢包括:對合同信息、工程量清單、材料信息等錄入,變更令、價格調(diào)整、對施工過程中各類分項目如索賠項目的錄入處理,在具體業(yè)務(wù)計量中進行中間計量、材料情況計量、返還保留金等,以及生成報表和數(shù)據(jù)傳輸和安全維護;監(jiān)理可對申報的計量業(yè)務(wù)進行中間計量審核,業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)備份等安全管理,以及在審核的最初階段對系統(tǒng)進行初始化,建立整個業(yè)務(wù)體系;并且在功能完善的基礎(chǔ)上,盡可能保證系統(tǒng)的安全性和數(shù)據(jù)的一致性。系統(tǒng)的運行將大大提高公路工程計量支付管理工作的效率,提高長沙市公路橋梁建設(shè)公司的信息化程度,為業(yè)主、承包商和監(jiān)理各方帶來極大的便利。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of socialist market-oriented economic reform, the new situation of free market brings new challenges to the development of enterprises, due to the growth of Changsha highway and bridge construction company. The number of business also increased. More and more business needs to be dealt with, it is urgent for the company to establish a new management mechanism for the measurement and audit of business. With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology. In the current market economy, the degree of informatization is more and more important to the development of an enterprise. If an enterprise can not catch the mainstream trend of the current society in the process of development, it still uses the original set of processing mechanism and system. These enterprises will be eliminated in the current competitive society. This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation process of the highway engineering metering and payment management system of Changsha Highway Bridge Construction Company, and describes the main technologies involved in the highway engineering metering and payment management system. The main work objectives and organizational structure of this paper are introduced. Secondly, the detailed demand acquisition and analysis of highway engineering metering and payment management work are carried out. Thirdly, according to the result of requirement analysis, the system is designed in detail, and the database of the system is analyzed in detail. Finally, the implementation process of the system is introduced, and the core code in the implementation process is described in detail in the design and implementation of the system. It mainly adopts struts2, which is widely used in the development of web system. The system finally realizes the management function of highway engineering measurement and payment. The contractor can measure and query the business including: contract information, bill of quantities, material information input, change order, price adjustment. To the construction process each kind of sub-project such as claim item input processing, carries on the intermediate measurement in the concrete business measurement, the material situation measurement, the return reserve gold and so on, as well as generates the report form and the data transmission and the safety maintenance; Supervision can carry out intermediate metrology audit, business data backup and other safety management, and initialize the system in the initial stage of audit, and establish the whole business system. And on the basis of perfect function, as far as possible to ensure the security of the system and data consistency. The system will greatly improve the efficiency of highway engineering metering and payment management. Improving the informatization of Changsha Highway and Bridge Construction Company brings great convenience to owners, contractors and supervisors.
