【摘要】：近幾年以來(lái),麗江市旅游業(yè)得到了極快的發(fā)展,麗江古城景區(qū)的接待客流量也呈大幅提升態(tài)勢(shì),給麗江古城帶來(lái)了源源不斷的經(jīng)濟(jì)動(dòng)力。但是從旅游景區(qū)管理的角度看,麗江古城目前在信息化建設(shè)方面還處于比較落后的狀態(tài),特別是作為景區(qū)第一道通行證的門(mén)票,依然在使用較為原始的紙質(zhì)門(mén)票或者普通證卡,既容易造假,又無(wú)法杜絕“人情放行”,在一定程度上損害了景區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。另一方面,為防止高峰時(shí)段出現(xiàn)踩踏等突發(fā)事件,更加有效地保護(hù)游客安全,國(guó)家旅游行業(yè)主管部門(mén)最近發(fā)布了對(duì)景區(qū)客流量的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控要求,電子門(mén)票系統(tǒng)完全能滿(mǎn)足監(jiān)控的要求,勢(shì)在必行。第三,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)高速發(fā)展的今天,游客對(duì)于景區(qū)門(mén)票提前通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)訂、支付的需求也越來(lái)越大,為提升游客滿(mǎn)意度,也需要麗江古城景區(qū)實(shí)施電子門(mén)票管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)。圍繞著麗江古城景區(qū)電子門(mén)票管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題和目前國(guó)內(nèi)外旅游景區(qū)電子門(mén)票管理發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析論后,本文的主要內(nèi)容有：首先對(duì)麗江古城景區(qū)門(mén)票管理現(xiàn)狀和麗江古城景區(qū)電子門(mén)票管理系統(tǒng)用戶(hù)需求特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,然后從系統(tǒng)的功能性需求和非功能性需求兩個(gè)大的層面進(jìn)行了理論分析,其中,系統(tǒng)功能性需求分析主要對(duì)系統(tǒng)硬件需求和功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,非功能性需求主要從界面需求、安全性需求兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。其次,本系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建了SSH和Ext組合的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),采用了良好用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)的WEB系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)架構(gòu)。首先對(duì)售票子系統(tǒng)、檢票子系統(tǒng)、票務(wù)中心管理子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,售票子系統(tǒng)具有售票、退票、團(tuán)體購(gòu)票、售票查詢(xún)等功能；檢票子系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)檢票功能,可按票類(lèi)進(jìn)行不同通道控制,如輸入語(yǔ)音提示和放行信號(hào)；票務(wù)中心管理子系統(tǒng)具有權(quán)限管理和查詢(xún)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析功能,并就電子門(mén)票的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述。最后逐條闡述了麗江古城景區(qū)電子門(mén)票管理系統(tǒng)的特色。最后,介紹了麗江古城景區(qū)電子門(mén)票管理系統(tǒng)的搭建環(huán)境,接著詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)及其實(shí)現(xiàn),然后介紹了庫(kù)存管理、售票管理、權(quán)限管理、查詢(xún)統(tǒng)計(jì)管理四個(gè)具有代表的功能模塊系統(tǒng)操作界面及實(shí)現(xiàn)情況,最后從功能和性能兩方面對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)能滿(mǎn)足所需的業(yè)務(wù)要求,性能良好。本系統(tǒng)具有跨平臺(tái)性、可擴(kuò)展性、可重用性和可維護(hù)性,且用戶(hù)界面友好,風(fēng)格統(tǒng)一,是一個(gè)具有功能豐富、運(yùn)行快捷、操作簡(jiǎn)單等特點(diǎn)的電子門(mén)票管理系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the tourism industry of Lijiang City has been developing very fast, and the tourist flow of the scenic spot of Lijiang City has also been greatly improved. Lijiang ancient city has brought continuous economic power. But from the point of view of scenic spot management, Lijiang ancient city is still in a relatively backward state in the field of information construction. Especially as the entrance ticket of the first pass of scenic spot, still using the relatively primitive paper ticket or ordinary card, it is easy to fake, and can not stop the "human rights release". On the other hand, in order to prevent rush hour stampede and other emergencies, more effective protection of tourists safety. The national tourism industry authorities have recently issued real-time monitoring requirements for scenic spots, electronic ticket system can fully meet the requirements of monitoring, imperative. Third, in the rapid development of Internet technology today. Tourists for the scenic area tickets booking ahead of time through the network, the demand for payment is also growing, in order to enhance the satisfaction of tourists. It is also necessary to implement the construction of electronic ticket management system in the ancient city of Lijiang. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of electronic ticket management in ancient Lijiang scenic spot and the present situation of the development of electronic ticket management in domestic and foreign tourist attractions. After. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the paper analyzes the current situation of ticket management in the ancient Lijiang scenic spot and the characteristics of the users' demand of the electronic ticket management system of the Lijiang ancient city scenic spot. Then from the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system two levels of theoretical analysis, the system functional requirements analysis of the system hardware requirements and functional modules are introduced in detail. Non-functional requirements are mainly described from interface requirements and security requirements. Secondly, this system constructs the system architecture of SSH and Ext combination. The WEB system development framework with good user experience is adopted. Firstly, the design of ticket selling subsystem, ticket checking subsystem and ticketing center management subsystem are introduced in detail. The ticket selling subsystem has ticket sales and refund subsystem. Group purchase, ticket sales query and other functions; The ticket checking subsystem realizes the function of automatic ticket checking, which can be controlled by different channels according to the ticket type, such as input voice prompt and release signal. The management subsystem of ticketing center has the functions of authority management and query statistical analysis, and the design of electronic ticket is elaborated in detail. Finally, the characteristics of electronic ticket management system of ancient Lijiang scenic spot are expounded one by one. Finally. This paper introduces the setting up environment of the electronic ticket management system in Lijiang ancient city scenic spot, then introduces the system database design and its implementation in detail, and then introduces the inventory management, ticket management and authority management. Query statistical management of four functional modules with the system interface and implementation, finally from the function and performance of the system from two aspects of the test, the test results show that the system can meet the required business requirements. Good performance. The system has cross-platform, scalability, reusability and maintainability, and friendly user interface, unified style, is a rich function, fast operation. Simple operation and other features of electronic ticket management system.
