【摘要】:隨著我國改革開放的不斷推進(jìn),經(jīng)濟(jì)水平不斷提高,廣大人民收入水平的迅速增長和理財(cái)意識(shí)的日益增強(qiáng)為我國商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了良好的外部環(huán)境。在這種有利形勢下,我國銀行業(yè)對(duì)個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)這一新興領(lǐng)域開始重視起來,大力發(fā)展個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)已成為新的利潤增長點(diǎn),各大商業(yè)銀行圍繞個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)展開了激烈的競爭。對(duì)于商業(yè)銀行來說,發(fā)展個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)不僅可以增加可觀的利潤,同時(shí)也為維護(hù)、拓展高端客戶提供了強(qiáng)有力的支持。盡管從相關(guān)管理辦法的規(guī)定來看,商業(yè)銀行的個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)是一個(gè)綜合性很強(qiáng)的概念,但就我國目前的情況來說,個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品才是個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的主要載體。近年來,在通貨膨脹的壓力下,居民對(duì)于資產(chǎn)保值增值的需求越來越大,銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品市場日益繁榮。本文以興業(yè)銀行安慶分行為調(diào)研對(duì)象,以生命周期理論、金融創(chuàng)新理論、貨幣時(shí)間價(jià)值理論和客戶關(guān)系管理理論為方案設(shè)計(jì)的理論基礎(chǔ),采用問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地訪談法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、電話調(diào)查法等種種方式對(duì)該行的個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行調(diào)研。此次調(diào)研成果采用了調(diào)研報(bào)告的形式,按照以下的思路進(jìn)行:首先,通過實(shí)地訪談,取得了興業(yè)銀行安慶分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)近五年經(jīng)營情況的第一手資料,并向客戶發(fā)放了調(diào)查問卷來直觀了解客戶對(duì)個(gè)人理財(cái)?shù)男枨鬆顩r;其次,介紹了安慶分行的概況、理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)組織框架和重點(diǎn)理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù),從而對(duì)安慶分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)有了初步了解;再次,分析和總結(jié)實(shí)地訪談得來的詳細(xì)資料,進(jìn)而對(duì)安慶分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀形成更加深刻的認(rèn)識(shí),同時(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果,從統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果的各方面對(duì)安慶分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營情況進(jìn)行分析、總結(jié),指出問題所在;最后,針對(duì)這些在發(fā)展中暴露出來的問題為安慶分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提出具體的對(duì)策和建議,使安慶分行能夠不斷完善個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù),在促進(jìn)自身可持續(xù)發(fā)展的同時(shí)更好地滿足人民群眾的金融需求。通過這次調(diào)研,本文認(rèn)為興業(yè)銀行安慶分行不僅需要在提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的理財(cái)服務(wù)上面下功夫,而且在設(shè)計(jì)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品時(shí)要為客戶處理好風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和收益的關(guān)系,最終達(dá)到雙贏的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of the reform and opening-up, the continuous improvement of the economy, the rapid growth of the majority of people's income level and financial development is the increasing awareness of personal financial services of commercial banks in China to create a favorable external environment. In this favorable situation, China's banking industry in the emerging field of personal finance business began to pay attention to up, vigorously develop the personal financial business has become a new profit growth point, the major commercial banks launched a fierce competition around the personal financial business for commercial banks, personal financial business development can not only increase the profits, but also for the maintenance, provides a strong support to expand the high-end customers. Although the provisions of the relevant management to the point of view, the personal financial services of commercial bank is a comprehensive concept is very strong, but the present situation of our country, the personal financial products Is the main carrier of the personal financial business. In recent years, under the pressure of inflation, the greater the residents for assets of the bank financial products market demand, increasing prosperity. The Industrial Bank Anqing branch as the research object, based on the life cycle theory, financial innovation theory, the theory of time value of money and the theory of customer relationship management based on the theory of design, using the method of questionnaire, interview, literature research method, investigation of personal financial business of the bank's telephone survey and various ways. The research adopts the form of a research report, in accordance with the following ideas: firstly, through on-the-spot investigation, has made nearly five years management of personal financial business of Anqing branch of Industrial Bank first hand information to clients and issued questionnaires to directly understand the customer demand for the personal finance; Second, introduces the general situation of the Anqing branch of the financial services organization framework and focus on financial services, so as to have a preliminary understanding of personal financial business of Anqing branch; thirdly, detailed analysis and summary data from interviews, and form a more profound understanding on the current situation of personal financial business of Anqing branch, and the statistical results of the questionnaire from the statistical results, the parties face analysis, management of personal financial business of Anqing branch of the summary, point out the problem; finally, according to the exposed problems in the development of further development of the personal financial business of Anqing branch to put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions, make Anqing branch to improve the personal financial management business, to meet the people's the financial demand in the promotion of sustainable development at the same time better. Through this research, this paper considers not only the Industrial Bank Anqing branch We need to work hard to provide high-quality financial services, and when designing financial products, we need to deal with the relationship between risks and benefits for customers, and ultimately achieve a win-win goal.
